I am posting this review very late, but better late than never. I own a 5 ton military surplus truck with a 24 volt system and Patriot Towing was able to come out and help get it started. They were very prompt, friendly, and helpful. I highly recommend these guys for any of your towing needs. If they can start a 5 ton military truck they can start anything. My 5 ton truck THE BEAST is used for charity events, Veterans events, parades, and car shows. read more

The NICEST tow man ever!!! DINO. What a spectacular human! He was certainly raised right. Very professional, honest & helpful. Took his time answering the many questions I had about my broken down vehicle. I sincerely appreciate his knowledge and advice. He is NOT just about making money. He has values and integrity. What a nice surprise to meet someone who is so optimistic, friendly and kind. Patriot Towing is far superior to any other service I have used. Highly recommend! read more

This place gave me such terrible service on such a stressful day. I was in a bad car accident yesterday morning and needed my car towed from OC to LA. I gave them a call and they quoted me 30-40 minutes. An hour later no one had arrived so I gave them a call and asked for their drivers number. They gave it to me and I called and the guy was confused. He told me he is not the one coming to get me. I called the office line back and they told me that they'd call me in 10 minutes to tell me whose on the way to get me. At this point it's well over an hour and I'm exhausted & tired of them lying to me. I needed to call back again 15 minutes later and they told me my driver was on the way and would be there in 20 mins. All in all it took them two hours to get to me. Beyond terrible service. read more

I was told my battery was dead and that I had to tow it to Toyota to get a new one, and I was given the number to Patriot Towing. I called and was told how much it would be by Dean, who also asked me what happened to my car. After I explained to him what happened he actually told me how to jump start my car, and told me what to do next when my mom and I both called him several times because we ran into some bumps and had no idea what we were doing. He also said they could come down and help me jump start my car if I needed to. He saved me a lot of stress and money and I would suggest this company to anybody! Thank you so much Dean! read more

Andre showed up on time, and had excellent communication with me prior to arriving. He was thorough in strapping down my car to the tow truck and I had no issues with the tow. He is a great guy and I think he will be there for any of your towing or transport needs. Fair pricing and it is always great to help support our troops. I will refer them to anyone who needs a tow in the future. Thank you for your towing service and more importantly, thank you for serving our country! read more

10:07 AM: Called my roadside assistance to arrange a tow to help get my car to a shop. They said Patriot Towing would be the tow service and they would text me with an ETA. 10:39 AM: Followed up with roadside assistance relaying that I haven't received any text, they said they'd follow up. 11:35 AM: Called Patriot Towing which went straight to voicemail. So much for being available 24 hours... 12:05 PM: Called roadside assistance asking when Patriot would be arriving they relayed that the driver said he was 10 minutes out. 12:39 PM: Called roadside assistance to ask where Patriot was, they relayed the driver was 20 minutes away. 1:01 PM: Called roadside assistance to cancel tow request, I was hungry and the shop was closing soon. 1:37 PM: Received text from driver mentioning he was sorry and was stuck in traffic. I jokingly mentioned for 2 hours, and then sarcastically asked if he was coming from San Diego. The driver answered yes. All this time the driver had my phone number and a simple text 1 hour after the intial request would have saved me from wasting 2 1/2 hours of my time. This veteran is very disappointed in the incompetence and unsatisfactory performance of Patriot Towing. Do yourself a favor and be sure your roadside assistance doesn't use Patriot, or you too will waste hours. I promptly told my roadside assistance to never match my requests with Patriot again! read more

Andre was AWESOME! He worked with our schedule to get two scissor lifts to a job-site in San Diego. He also promptly retrieved them when the project was completed. I would definitely recommend Patriot Towing. read more

Definitely worth the 5 stars. I called patriot towing for a fairly local tow when we needed to move my buddies car because he was moving and the car didnt run. Andre answered and said he could be there in 30 minutes. Which from previous tow experiences i thought was code for 2hrs. To my surprise he showed up in less than 30 minutes. Price was fair, Andre was professional and didnt look like a convicted felon. This is certainly my go to tow guy from here on out. Thanks Again! read more

This review is for the phenomenal and impeccable duo, Dino and Shawn. As a person who knows absolutely nothing about cars, insurance, and the process involving an MVA, I was astounded by their genuineness. They shared their honest opinions, guided me in the right direction, and most importantly, kept their word. Thank you, for making me believe there are still good people in the industry. I highly recommend Patriot Towing to anyone seeking only the HIGHEST quality of care. read more

Dino is the man! I called Long Beach towing to come and tow my Toyota 4runner but when they arrived on the scene the drive refused to tow my vehicle beach in his words, "I get paid commission and this tow job will take up too much of my time". So after that happened we were left stranded and Patriot Towing saved the day! When Dino arrived he was super professional and treated us like gold. He hooked up my 4Runner, and in minutes we were on our way. I am so glad I found Patriot Towing and really happy to have met Dino. It's obvious he enjoys what he does and truly cares about customers. Thank you again Dino! read more

Andre came out super quick and help me and my cousin out of a jam. Definitely recommend his services if you need a tow guy 100% reliable and friendly!! Thanks Andre read more

Got a tow from them after car accident. Scheduled a tow to my apartment. Guy shows up and says the complex is going to be a struggle to get into, can we park it at your work? I didn't think that was a problem. Until I got the bill and it was double the quoted price due to a change of location. Thought I was doing them a favor, but the nice guy act was just another company trying to get money out of me. Still trying to get paid back from my insurance company. But I don't wanna watch my wallet every time I'm requesting a service. read more

Always amazing service. I use them regularly for my higher end cars. Very good at what they do I don't trust anyone else. One time I had a small scratch with my car owner didn't hesitate to make it right and cover repair. Very rare now a days to find people like this. read more

My sister's gl 350 got a flat tire today. My bf was able to crank the jack and took off the bolts. However, due to the rust on the hub it was so difficult to pull the tire off. Last resort, we decided to call Patriot Towing, a man pick up the phone (wish I got his name) guide us through the process. He saved us from getting a tow (which would cost $50) by giving us some helpful tips via phone to take off the tire. Thank you for your honesty and helpful advice Patriot towing we were able to change our tire. read more

Shawn! I got rear ended and Shawn came to the rescue. In shock, confused and not knowing where to start, I could have had the crappiest day after getting in an accident, my first at that. Before even picking my car up he made an impression because he was informative and concerned about my safety, not even knowing he was picking up my car due to an accident until I told him! He could have easily dropped my car off and left it at the shop, he had no obligation to tell me but he let me know and even sent a picture of the business card for me! He didn't have to, but I am extremely glad he did! Couple hours after the drop I called the body shop to check in and it turns out Mercury had blindly chose a body shop and the place wasn't even equipped to assess the damage on my car! I was already frustrated dealing with insurance and they were about to send another random tow company to pick my car up to transfer it to a different location and dare to charge me to transfer it somewhere else for THEIR MISTAKE. Frustrated but not expecting anything from Shawn I told him what happened and thanked him for making the first part of my morning better and wishing that his company could transfer my car again. He informed me that they would be able to, I just have to tell my insurance company again! Shawn was the one to personally pick my car up again and drop it off at the new location. Not only that, he was able to get the shop to foot the bill and charge my insurance company (mercury was trying to get me to pay out of pocket and then reimburse me later) Again, Shawn didn't need to make it his problem and could have just went on his merry way. I had theeee longest day and would have been 80xs more stressed and frustrated had it not been for Shawn and Dino. Not exaggerating when I say this but Shawn cared more about my well being and car more than my own insurance company did (mercury). I had a very bad experience with a tow company Mercury had sent a couple months ago just for a flat tire so I didn't expect much from a tow company when I got into my accident. Shawn could have easily just did the bare minimum, grab my car and go but he genuinely cared about everything, down to telling Dino about me. Dino personally called to recommend a well trusted place to take my BMW to get fixed! They were both way more helpful and caring about my situation than my own insurance company was and that says and means a lot! They checked on me and gave recommendations. I felt like they were family. Just REALLY impressed with the way they are! Genuine good hearted people! Going above and beyond than just simply towing my car. Shawn made such an impression that I called my insurance company back and demanded that Patriot Towing be the ones to tow my car again should anything ever happen. I told them I didn't want anyone else and it has to be them or I'm gone. I highly recommend this place not just for their excellent service but because they really care about their customers! read more

Such a great company. I spoke directly with the owner on the phone and he couldn't have been any nicer. The gentleman who came to tow my car, Dino, was so incredibly sweet, professional, and time efficient. Their truck was immaculate and brand new, as a woman I felt very safe. I will absolutely be using this company and their services in the future. As well as recommending them to family and friends. Such and easy choice, you will be pleasantly surprised. read more

Dino from Patriot Towing picked me up from Lakewood and towed my car to Caruso Ford in Long Beach. He was dispatched to me from AAA. Dino was kind, professional and efficient. A good, honest man. I'm thankful. Keep up the excellent work at Patriot Towing! Thank you Dino! read more

Seriously as good as a towing service could possibly get! Leave it to my BMW's water-pump to blow at 1:00 am. I was adamant about having a flatbed tow my car and competing services were offering flatbeds with too long of a waiting time, too high of a cost because its an "emergency flatbed tow" or tried to convince to use a wheel lift when I specifically wanted a flatbed. Anywho, this guy "Dre" rescued me from my late night fiasco and was extremely friendly, helpful, and informative throughout the whole process. This was honestly the Ritz Carlton experience of tow truck companies. The next time i'm caught in a jam I will certainly use them again and I highly recommend them to everyone! read more

I was recently rear ended on the freeway and my tow truck driver Kevin was extremely helpful and was able to tow my car even though someone from another towing company said they were unable to with the exact same type of truck. I was happy with the extra lengths Kevin went to make sure my car securely and safely towed. read more

Shawn and Patriot towing came out to tow my Audi S5 when other places refused to deal with the liability. Not only did he come out in 100+ degree weather and take his time making sure that it was put on the flat bed securely, but he also walked me through any questions I had about what he was doing. He's a stand up guy, and very professional. Not that my car is some crazy exotic, but I wouldn't think twice about letting him tow anything on the road after seeing how well he took car of my car. read more

Can't have enough great things to say about this towing company. Shawn came out and did a great job, very thorough and efficient. My experiences with having to tow a car are usually unnerving because they never tell you how much exactly its going to cost. Dealing with this company was the exact opposite. Andre was great. Spoke to him over the phone and he was very straightforward with pricing. He came by and looked very clean and very professional. In these times its really hard to find honest businesses; so, when you see one its really refreshing. If, ever in the future, my car needs to get towed (knock on wood) then I will definitely be calling this company again. Also, veteran owned and operated! read more
