Just a heads up first, these guys work with AAA member. Triple A was the company who referred me to these guys. I wasn't able to use Triple A, simply because they have a motorcycle policy we handnt signed up for first. So to give these a review that is well deserve. I am extremely satisfied with the work Mike did removing a shipping container from my home. One thing is they are very communicative and reliable. I had the worst luck ever this weekend. My family drove down from Sacramento for Disneyland and post covid break. After two failed attempt from AAA and a Gieco roadside assistance each waiting 3 hours. AAA tried to jump my car in front of In & , no luck and that was 2am. He said it's probably the starter. Well I then I need to tow it to a shop the following day using Gieco. After 3 hrs again in front of In & Out (thank you for letting me loiter your premises) with delay "malfunctioning trucks" the 2nd tow guy said he can't help me bc the car cannot be on neutral so he is i unable to be it on a flat bed, it requires a different tow truck. He said I have request that thru the insurance, and it's hard to come by. I was going to have a meltdown. Worried I was stranded in LA with 4 kids and my sister. I then said F-it I will pay for it, yelped a tow company and click the first listing Affordable towing Company. Talked to Mike explain my situation, quoted $120 and I said please get here ASAP and I will buy the technician lunch from In & Out. He got there in 20 mins versus 3 damn hours. Manny, a nice friendly guy jumped my car just in case it is the battery instead of the starter with no problems unlike AAA. I was getting emotional bc I was so frustrated and relieved at the same time. I recommend these guys. Keep in mind, cash only...I did not know, went to the gas station next door to use the atm. And I'm & Out will be a good tip. $120 is steeped for a jump (I was supposed to get a towed) but it was worth it. Desperate times and I'm grateful. read more

Stay away -- They scammed me HARD. First of all my car's battery went off so I thought my car needed to get towed since I was stranded in the street and didn't know what to do. I called this company bc it was the closest to me and asked for assistance. BIGGEST MISTAKE. Should have just asked anyone on the street for jumper cables... seriously. Then they sent the towing car and the driver was already close by so he arrived in 10 mins found out that all I needed was a jump start. He said, "let me call my boss and tell him that you don't need a car tow because your car is fine now" he says, "sorry I have to tow your car because he's ordering me to in order to check it" I told him, "but my car is fine I could have literally asked anyone on the street to help me if I knew the problem. How much is it for the jump start?" He said, "$135... I know I feel really bad I'm sorry but by law now I have to tow. But you should see if you can waive the fee." Of course I was too naive and felt intimidated by them threatening me and I felt I could trust them since they're supposed to be the experts and had decent reviews.... so I said ok take it and guess what? I couldn't get it waived. They kept it in the shop for 2 hours and had me waste time on purpose just so they could charge me a storage fee. I still remember both of their faces knowing they were scamming me and pretending like they were working on my car and when all I needed was a jump start.
