Fast response and up front on the price (Reasonable price compare to other towing service in town). I contacted Bennie (owner) on Yelp and made a phone call around 10pm, he told me his price and the guideline of his service. He was on time and quick from start to end and gentle with the car. If you need a local towing service, Bennie is your guy. He is fluent in English and Vietnamese. read more

Don't let it the name fool you. They speak English too. I was given an quote for exact mileage and a quick time slot. I really needed the car towed ASAP. He said he would come right over from his current location. Have cash to pay or you'll be charged $5 for using credit card. Toan mentioned they cannot tow any cars that are leaking due to a car accident. Overall... affordable rates, honest, quick, reliable. read more

He already had wooden planks as ramps to get my car onto the flat bed. He was very meticulous and made sure that nothing would get scratched. Ban is a fellow car enthusiast so he totally understands where we come from. Price was very good and I will definitely be calling him for all my needs read more

Great service from Ben who drove up from Garden Grove to near LAX to rescue me and my disabled vehicle, even though it was far outside his regular service area. A very reasonable price compared to the other estimate I got. Ben stayed in touch while I waited for his availability (other tows in progress) and arrived exactly per his estimated time with a new and very clean flatbed truck. Five stars for first class service. read more

Super Super Company! I can't praise their service enough. I get a call from my Dad who is almost 80 that his car won't turn over. I am at work two counties away, so I can't assist him in person. Requested a quote from two places and Ben responded quickly with a rate that was almost half of what other place quoted me. He went to my Dad in less than 45mins and safely took the car to the auto repair shop. Along the way, Ben kept me posted with progress, so I wasn't worried at all. Quick response, great price, and awesome service to boot. Thank you Ben!!! read more

I really need a lift for work, and they gave me a great quote for the distance needed (Westminster to Orange). I was nervous about which towing service to use, but was quickly reassured when I called. The workers were friendly and caring, genuinely curious about the car's situation. On the ride over, Benny engaged with great conversation and made me feel like on old friend rather than a customer. I'm very lucky to have found this service! 10/10 would use again read more

Quit shopping around on Yelp and Call Ben up for all your tow truck needs. He has- hands down- the best prices and service. I always get him to tow my cars whether it's local or long distance. As an owner-operator, he actually cares about his job and customers unlike any other towing company out there.
