Ivan was very pleasant and friendly when I called. When I met him, he was a helpful guy. Weekend cost was reasonable and he took care of my baby (1987 300ZX that is, haha). I would refer him to the locals. By the way, he was ON TIME TOO!!!!

Have a ZL1 Camaro with low front and leery of damage during load/unload... Ivan handled it like a Pro... had special ramps just for the job and not wood blocks... super clean rig and serious attention to detail!

I've had Howards Towing tow my VW a few times to my mechanic. He's always on time. He's quick to hook up my car. I'm restoring my VW so its nice to know I can rely on Ivan to get my car to my mechanic on time.

Reasonably priced and accommodating! I have seen Ivan tow numerous vehicles to the car dealership that I work at! But this time it was my girlfriend's car needing a 5 mile tow to the transmission shop. He came to her house and then took the car from there. I was able to schedule and communicate by phone calls/text leading up to the tow. His equipment is very well maintained so don't hesitate to call Howard's Towing. Every other tow company provided outrageous quotes for a short tow including one across the street from my girlfriend's house.

I've used Howard's Towing twice and both times he's been great. When your car needs a tow, the last thing you want is more stress so having someone who is friendly, professional and just wants to help you like a friend rather than treat you like a cash grab makes your bad car situation better. And all done with a fair and reasonable price. I hope to not need a tow again anytime soon because that means another car issue but if I do, I wouldn't hesitate to call him again. read more

If I could give Ivan 10 stars I would. He was able to flatbed my completely dead SUV from Aliso viejo to the dealership in Anaheim within 30 minutes of calling him. He is professional, knowledgeable and quick! I'm so thankful he didn't require me to accompany him to the dealership (as the other tow companies do require). Since it was after hours, he dropped my car outside the gate, put the keys in the Dropbox and sent me pictures of where it was parked and its condition. I highly recommend Ivan and Howard's Towing! The quality, speed and service was worth the cost - and the cost was in line with the other companies in my area. read more

Easiest 5 stars ever. My experience with Ivan with Howards Towing was great! Excellent communication and was even early to our early morning appointment. Ivan's price was very reasonable. Ivan arrived in what looked to be either a new or very well kept flatbed. We actually ended up needing Ivan again later in the day (our catalytic converter was confirmed stolen by our mechanic so we needed a tow to a shop that could actually replace it). Ivan gave us his availability and pricing and helped us get our car to its final repair destination. I would definitely recommend Ivan to anyone who needs towing services! read more

Being able to call to have a car picked up from one site, in Riverside County, to be transported to Orange County, is extremely appreciated. And, it was within a few hours, vs a day, or two. The price was extremely reasonable too, especially as the pick up was during rush hour, along the 91. Thank you, Ivan, for your careful transportation, and positive attitude. After a car accident, my car was not drivable. I needed my car towed home and called this company after reading the great reviews. Ivan answered and kindly answered all my questions. He soon told me he'd be there in 30 minutes, which he did! Once he arrived he let me know who he was and quickly got my car on the flatbed and took my car home. I was delayed by some traffic but Ivan kindly waited until I arrived to put my car in the garage. Great service, and very kindly answered all the questions I had. I had just driven into town from out if state and unfortunately had my vehicle overheat about a mile from my destination and wasn't familiar with the area. I found Howard's towing from a quick Google search and was glad I did, the level of care and overall service was extremely helpful. First off, I want to say that I am not usually the type of person to leave reviews unless I am moved with the company's service. I cannot even begin how much at ease I felt when I contacted Howard's towing and how professional they handled everything. It is so hard to find a towing company nowadays that does not overcharge you for every little inconvenience they encounter. Howard's towing was quick, arrived 10 minutes early, communicative and towing price was reasonable and did not overcharge. We called every tow company and most of them were unresponsive. We called Howard's Towing and he was able to get to us within 15 minutes. He kept giving us an ETA which is awesome. It was only a 3 minute drive to the mechanic and every other tow company was overcharging us. This tow company gives a fair rate and is speedy! 10/10 thanks for getting us out of a pickle. read more

Car got overheated and began leaking and I couldn't drive it far. I called a different towing company and after three failed calls they finally said they couldn't send anyone. I called Howard's Towing where they listened to my issues, gave me a flat rate, and an accurate time estimate to when they could pick me up. Ivan came and helped me out bringing it to the dealership. Top notch service 100% recommended. I needed a urgent tow took him 15 mins to get my house. I did have to make him wait because the shop I was towing to wasn't answering the phone and he waited patiently until I found another shop. He was cool over the phone, but once he arrived, his attitude completely changed. I can overlook someone being a little rude--it was late, probably the end of his shift, and I get that people have bad days and I'm fine with that. What I can't overlook is how he handled the job. He showed up to my house at night and immediately started laying on the horn before even calling me, waking up my baby. Then he expected and told my pregnant wife to climb up onto the trailer to drive the car off. That should have never even been suggested. This was heard as I was on the phone with my wife at the time. He ended up unloading the car himself into my driveway. He was specifically told to take it slow over the gate track, but instead he came off the trailer too fast and bent my rim. I have security camera footage from my property, footage from the car itself, and I was on the phone while it happened. I tried calling Fernando afterward, but he never answered. Skyline needs to have a serious conversation with this driver before his attitude and carelessness end up causing even bigger problems for someone else or himself. The company itself seems fine, but this experience with Fernando was completely unprofessional and unacceptable Hopefully Fernando straightens up and fixes his attitude while on the job.

At that time, I felt it was a great option. This time, however, my experience was different. I am not sure whether it is because prices have gone up, but the tire looked repairable to me. Still, they told me it could not be patched and that I needed to buy a used tire instead. Since I was already there and the work needed to be done, I ended up paying $60 for a used tire. What disappointed me most was that I originally thought I would be able to keep my old tire and take it home, because I believed I could patch it myself and keep it as a spare. In the end, that was not how it worked. Their used tire replacement process meant they kept my original tire and gave me another used tire in exchange. So it did not really feel like I was simply buying a used tire for $60. It felt more like I was trading in my old tire, which did not even have a hole that obvious to me, and still paying $60 on top of that. The service was done quickly, but the overall experience left me feeling less satisfied than before. Next time, I would definitely compare prices and ask more questions at a few other shops before making a decision.on the car

Absolutely perfect. Ivan brought my Audi R8 some distance to my home. Just had the front end repainted due to some road chips in the paint. It will sit and marinate for 30 days and then go back out to have ceramic and clear braw. Ivan will tow it then also (don't want any road/rock chips to happen before the clear bra.
