He was cool over the phone, but once he arrived, his attitude completely changed. I can overlook someone being a little rude--it was late, probably the end of his shift, and I get that people have bad days and I'm fine with that. What I can't overlook is how he handled the job. He showed up to my house at night and immediately started laying on the horn before even calling me, waking up my baby. Then he expected and told my pregnant wife to climb up onto the trailer to drive the car off. That should have never even been suggested. This was heard as I was on the phone with my wife at the time. He ended up unloading the car himself into my driveway. He was specifically told to take it slow over the gate track, but instead he came off the trailer too fast and bent my rim. I have security camera footage from my property, footage from the car itself, and I was on the phone while it happened. I tried calling Fernando afterward, but he never answered. Skyline needs to have a serious conversation with this driver before his attitude and carelessness end up causing even bigger problems for someone else or himself. The company itself seems fine, but this experience with Fernando was completely unprofessional and unacceptable Hopefully Fernando straightens up and fixes his attitude while on the job.

I was driving my 2010 Honda Civic. The transmission gave up on me and my car couldn't accelerate efficiently or go faster than 40mps.
