Crazy things happened to me, I think my car will be a total loss for sure. I was so busy dealing with insurance and such, thanks to Marco for helping me out. This happened earlier today as I was driving to work I suddenly heard scraping from underneath my car! My first thought was a blown up tire but no it sounded as if something got stuck underneath my car. So I pulled to the side (btw im on the freeway) and looked underneath and it was actually a hood looking thing that was supposed to be connected with my car and it had fallen. Whenever it comes to towing a car, I'm sure everybody would rather just not be involved. And when my car broke down for the first time, I was not thrilled about having to call a towing company. With that being said, Right Now Towing really saved me. I had just gotten off work late and was just a few miles away from home when my car started smoking. I ended up calling Right Now Towing and a guy named Adam ended up coming to help. He sort of gave me a run down on what happened to my car, which was pretty helpful, and gave me and my car a lift back to my place. He was a pretty cool dude I guess. I drive a 1995 corolla and needless to say it has broken down a couple of times since I've started driving it. I found Right Now Towing on yelp and based on the reviews I decided to call them. Luke came to my rescue fairly quickly. The entire ride Luke was very polite and conversational. He gave me a ride back to my house and before he left he gave me some mechanical advice. This company provides great customer service and is constantly checking up with me to make sure I am satisfied. Marcus, one of the tow truck driver, was so kind and understanding as he helped tow a car that has been parked in my front yard for over months now. The prices were fairly cheap and I could not have asked for a better experience. Being that my experience was such a great experience, I referred this tow company to my aunt who owns a business that has strictly a private parking place for only employees. She gets plentiful people that chose to park there illegally and she constantly is in need of a tow truck. So I've recently moved to Cali and having very little to no friends here was hard enough as it is but having my car that i drove all the way from Oregon to here brake down on a rainy night was just my luck! It was a dark cold and rainy Tuesday night that my car engine just completely shuts off, it's never happened before but the long drive must've caused that.
