I just received a tow from the gentleman by the name of Joe and older gentleman in his 60s quite kind was nice enough to call me to let me know that there was some traffic that was blocking him from being there at a certain point which is very kind and courteous a lot of times other drivers just get there and don't say nothing despite the fact that they were an hour late or something Joe cared to be honest and kind about the entire process. He got us to our destination comfortably AC was on there was some good music. My mom's car had a flat tire, and I was not able to get to her at the time. AB Towing came to the rescue. A gentleman named Chris W. was assigned to her. He gave me a call and assured me my mother was in good hands; since she does not speak much English. Not only was he respectful, but he was kind and accommodating to our situation. My mother has received a lot of tows over the years (from other companies), and she told me that Chris was hands-down the best tow driver she has ever had to work with--professional, courteous, and truly caring. Chris arrived way ahead of the estimated time and delivered her car to the shop safely before they closed. I was stranded with a flat tire and no spare for well over 3 hours in a chic fil a parking lot waiting for autoclub, who deceptively kept telling me they were coming soon (even though they knew they didn't have enough trucks) which prevented me from getting a ride home which I ended up doing anyways. Joe was the most courteous and helpful driver. He called us shortly after we requested a tow through AAA and was prompt, courteous and great to deal with. This was so refreshing and appreciated, particularly given the terrible experience we had the night before with another AAA vendor. My son was stranded and called AAA. He was supposed to get help within 45 minutes. Over THREE HOURS LATER, and my multiple calls to AAA, I finally went to get my son It was after 11 pm and still no truck. My son received multiple conflicting text messages, and I called twice, being told each time "within 45 minutes." As I said, over 3 hours later, no tow and I had to go get my son. On July 15 around 3 PM, I witnessed a driver from AB Towing driving recklessly on the 15 Freeway. He was driving on the shoulder, weaving through traffic as if the highway were his personal racetrack. Despite my attempts to avoid him, he intentionally cut me off, putting my family and I in danger and causing a major safety risk to everyone on the freeway. I called AB Towing immediately to report the incident. The dispatcher assured me they would notify the owner and would follow up on the issue. However, while I was on the phone, the driver cut me off again. I expressed my frustration to the dispatcher and said your driver just FUkn cut me off again, who simply stated that the call was being recorded, then hung up without any concern for the situation. I called back and spoke to another representative who claimed this behavior wouldn't be tolerated and would be dealt with accordingly. I informed them that I had recorded the driver's actions, including him flipping us off, and my wife captured it on video. This driver was smiling while displaying such disrespect, all while operating a company tow truck affiliated with AAA.I strongly advise against using AB Towing. I will be reporting this behavior to AAA as well, as it reflects poorly on their partnership with this company. Don't use this company for any Towing service! read more

This company really came through for me today! My car lost power on the side of the 55 freeway earlier today. AAA dispatched another towing company who left me stranded on the side of the 55 freeway because we were unable to put the car in neutral. AAA sent A&B towing and Don was my life saver today. He managed to get the car restarted long enough for us to put it in neutral and tow it on his vehicle. Don was incredibly warm and friendly and clearly knows his cars, unlike his competition who left me stranded on the side of the road. I highly recommend A&B towing. Ask for Don. read more

Absolute worst service !!! My bf called triple A for assistance at 6:30pm and they got him a service order with A&B towing . -They told him they would be with him no later than 8pm -. At 9pm they did not respond to 3 of his calls,did not give text updates , and did not provide gps location. -At 9:20pm I called them from home and finally got through on the 2nd call! I talked to a very curt man . -I told him the situation ,gave the service order number,time stamps ,and asked for confirmation on whether they were going to help my bf or not . -He said "we got backed up ,the driver will be there in 10mins." Then he hung up on me !!!! -At 9:45pm still not there,no response , and not answering phone -Had to make a different service request with triple A -The new company driver they sent was there in less that 10mins -made a complaint with triple A already , hope they don't ever contract this business again A&B towing is rude,unprofessional ,and absolutely ridiculous. Let's talk generalizations. If you're going to work with cars, you should probably know about cars. Gas engines, electric engines, low cars, high cars, trucks; you name it, if you're going to be someone who is relied upon to help when there are issues, you should have some knowledge of the situation. My car broke down, AAA called, independent contractor came. Now I should preface this with, the gentlemen was completely professional, and very calm and nice. Understandingly, just following protocol to limit liability. My issue comes when he couldn't' diagnose properly, WHERE to jack my car up. My car is lower, and has side skirts, but this has NOTHING to do with the jack points on the FRAME of the car. He kept on repeating, your frame is plastic, it will crack. FIRST OF ALL, my FRAME is metal, the side skirts are CARBON FIBER. And when I told him, look, just jack here, you wont crack it, he had to call is equally inept manager, who said not to touch it. I even said, here, let me jack it up, so you're not liable for damage. And they still refused. When I asked for a tow truck, they said NO, and left me to fend for myself. Tl;dr: They left me stranded in 90 degree weather, and I finally got my jack under the car (surprisingly), and jacked it up, without cracking anything, and swapped my own tire out. Then spoke with AAA, and filed a complaint with the company about A&B being useless. I can only imagine what would have happened if they came to my rescue in bum-f*ck no where.
