AAA had ordered a tow for me and I had a 2 and a half hour wait time! I called about 320, and was told by Hadley its been 553pm.. omg.ugh. so, i called back, to no avail, but excellent customer service at AAA, and they tried to rush it. At 415ish, I got a call from Andrew, the tow truck driver, and he was there at 420pm! VERY Nice young man, and had me at BigO Tires by 450pm.. which is another great experience. Kudos to AAA for expedition of service, but Hadley, you have a great top notch driver in Andrew. He was super respectful and knew what he was doing. I waited for a review, but never got one. Hadley Tow contracts with AAA. At apx 1 am, My friends car suddenly had a very weird electrical issue where the car would not respond to the key fob, he could not start or turn off the car, but all the lights/electronic were on. The initial ETA was 6 am! We were panicking until the dispatcher from Hadley called us and assured us we could have someone out within an hour. Shortly after that call ended, the technician called me. He assured us he would be there within 10 mins. Sure enough, Yuhan (I think that was his name) shows up like a knight in shining armor. When we called to ask where the driver was, we were told it would be another hour past the agreed time. When we reiterated the agreed upon date/time, the person told us ti F*** off! Unprofessional! Called AAA and Mo called me back quickly and said he would be there in about 20 minutes. My car just shut off as I was driving down MacArthur Boulevard, which is a very busy multi. ln. Thorofare. I had my two young grandchildren in the car and it was very concerning as I was nervous as someone Would rear end me. Mo with Hadley towing was amazing. I've been meaning to call AAA for a battery replacement but kept forgetting and saw Max in my neighborhood changing my neighbor's battery. Since I'm a lady who knows nothing about cars, I (rudely) interrupted to ask him a brief question about getting and he offered to come to my house when he was done! Not only did he come by promptly, he tested my battery and was honest about whether it needed replacing based on what he was seeing. (I ended up replacing it to be safe!) Christopher W from Hadley tow showed up this morning to tow my mother in laws vehicle to a repair shop. He was impatient, made me feel very stupid for not being able to turn a wheel of a completely dead car (making comments of how weak I am), and also showed up to the cars repair shop destination with an attitude. The amount of profanity that came out of his mouth because there were too many cars maneuvering around was embarrassing and completely unprofessional. AAA this is not what we pay for. I already called in to the office and filed a complaint with Emily. Keep in mind we used your service 2 weeks ago as well for the same exact route with Antonio and he was incredible to work with.
