AAA uses this company to be aware they're horrible. They give you 1 hour window, but God for a bit if you have to use the restroom for 3 minutes, you now lose your spot! And when you call customer service, everyone says sorry, but no one is fixing the problem regardless if you have waited for an hour and a half, and now I have to wait another 45 minutes! Orange towing was sent to me through Triple A. I needed assistance because my car wouldn't start- which ended up just being my wheel censor and a charge on my battery. My tower was not supposed to tow my car with my back wheels still on the ground. My car has NEVER been towed that way, it's simply not suppose to but he did. Due to Orange Towing's irresponsibility and poor job towing- when we arrived to my house and the tower got in my car and started driving it, the brakes caught on fire. He let my back tire burn for minutes, asking me for buckets of water--- it wasn't until my third trip outside he thought to look for the fire extinguisher. After the fire was out- he called his supervisor and said somebody will be coming by the next day and will be in contact with us. Of course, none of that was true. I finally get a hold of them about two weeks later- and they tell me there's no way to prove it was their fault. Even though my brakes that they ruined were brand new and just repaired three months before. On my receipt it shows what was wrong before needing orange towing and what all the damages they gave me because they sat there and let my car burn. I think this company is a joke, they had the audacity to tell me it was a freak accident....... But in person when it happened the tower seemed worried and in such a hurry to leave. He lied about somebody coming back to help me. If triple Aaa sends orange towing to you, just cancel it. Untrained. Unprofessional. A whole joke. The towers and management. One of their tow trucks came out to help me tow my car because I couldn't get my car towed by a regular tow truck since my car is lowered. David the drive took his time to make sure nothing bad happened to my car while putting it onto the bed! He made a little ramp for my car because without it my car would have been scratch and scrapping the whole way up and down. Why was it good to do business with this company? -Dispatch was courteous and clear that if driver could he would do his best to arrive sooner. -I only waited about 30-40 minutes for driver and once there, service was quick, courteous with no unnecessary sales job. -Pedro at Orange Towing's only suggestion was it would be a good idea to buy new battery soon! Horrible claim to be 24hrs called Sunday night around 10pm about 5xs no answer . There is no point in claiming to be 24hrs if you're not willing to take calls . Whoever runs this place either needs to get on top of the staff or stop claiming fall advertisement and change hours. read more

This business is absolutely extraordinary considering what kind of business they're in. The people that l encountered in this situation as my car being towed are wonderful. I was in complete shock as to how each person was so willing to help me understand what it is that I'm going to need to get my car the quickest way possible. from the phone call that initially started the ball rolling to each person I encountered at Southside towing in Orange . I had to have my rental car towed back in June and AAA sent this questionable company out to do the job. I waited over 2 hours for the technician to arrive. I've never waited that long in the history of being a AAA member. Once Brian, the technician, arrived, he asked why the car was being towed and I answered. He did not say one more word after that. He did not verify my AAA membership, like they are supposed to, nor have me sign any paperwork like I have had to do in the past with AAA service providers. The rental company instructed me to place a bag with the key around the gear shift. I told Brian that and he proceeded to take the bag and THROW it into the car - who knows where it landed or if the key was still in the bag. After getting the car secured, he got in the truck and SPED out of the complex - flying over speed bumps and all. No bye, no thank you, nothing! Super unprofessional. To top it off, today I received a letter from the rental agency notifying me of a toll that was charged to the vehicle from the use of the FastTrak lane - I guess the driver was trying to save some time and thinks I'm going to foot the bill?! I'm currently disputing that so if I have to deal with this company directly, I'll be updating this review accordingly. I'm hoping between the rental agency and AAA it will get settled. I've already filed a complaint with AAA, as well, as they should not be using unprofessional and rude drivers like this one. Maybe the company is great, but your driver is a representation of the company, and this driver made the company look horrible. read more

On 24 July 2021, we needed a tow from Irvine, California to Vista, California for a 1994 Jeep Cherokee. We contacted AAA and in short order AAA sent a truck from Orange Towing. The flatbed tow driver, Pedro, was very friendly, efficient, careful, and highly professional. We were very comfortable with Pedro taking our vehicle to a location nearly 50 miles away during which he had to deal with heavy traffic and a mandatory stop at a DOT weigh station. Needed a car towed from orange county, and these guys came through. My driver Johnny was a total professional, and got there in the time that was quoted to me. He was able to pick my car up and drop it off even though the drop off space was very tight. I would've given it five stars, but your dispatcher failed to give Johnny the correct pick up address and an incorrect delivery address. Not Johnny's fault, he made up for it by a speedy, safe delivery with total professionalism. read more

I have a Chevy 2500 HD and the front axle broke off so I called triple a horrible service they tried to make me sign a waiver saying that they were not responsible for messing up my truck as they drag it onto a flat bed truck .
