Because of these issues, I have been unable to retrieve my car for 10 days. I drove to the address listed online (174 W. Lincoln Ave, Unit 532, Anaheim, CA 92805), but it appears to be a UPS Store with a mailbox rather than a customer service office. On the first day, I was told I could pay an additional $300 or wait because they were "busy." Based on my experience, I did not believe they were actually that busy, and I felt pressured to pay the extra fee to get faster service. I plan to contact Toyota Financial to report my experience, as this company is one of its third-party contractors. I also intend to file a complaint with the California Attorney General's Office: https://oag.ca.gov/consumers and other government organizations, too. I believe both the contractor and Toyota Financial should review these business practices and ensure customers are treated fairly.
