My work van ( fully load with work materials) was stranded on a very difficult side of the road with a flat tire, i didn't have the proper tools & I had an injury to my left arm. Previously I called AAA but they refused to help me. They told me I had to call someone else because it was a commercial van. So I called MFC Roadside Assistance. He literally got there in 10 minutes. I ain't going to lie at first I thought what's this guy going to do because, He rolled up in a little white Toyota RAV4. I was expecting him to pull up in some kind of service vehicle. He then proceeded to charge me for services rendered before Services were rendered. I thought to myself what if he just gives up and leaves saying that he couldn't perform the services but he didn't. He's stuck it out and finished the job even though it was extremely difficult. He did it all in a timely manner. I am very appreciated with his services. Thank God He put Miguel in my path.

The real test of a tow company is during holiday time, and yes ArtZ company passed this test for us. Car broke stuck on freeway CA 15, insurance customer care took our time as they tried hard to find a tow for us within the time frame. None of them were available beyond 3 hours.Finally they said we need to find and they'd reimburse. This happened for the 1st time for us that our insurance couldn't help us. I called an XYZ company, he said not before an hour and asked us to call highway patrol so they could give a free ride to a safe spot down. Highway patrol in turn gave us a tow number. My husband was on wait and the greetings while I called ArtZ and he was there in no time. The best thing about ArtZ is he communicates and keeps us informed on his whereabouts and the ETA. So we weren't worried. ArtZ was there within 15 min and we were out to our home. ArtZ is helpful and friendly person. He loves his job and does it happily. Thank you very much ArtZ. Called 3 other towing companies before ArtZ Towing. 2 of em didn't answer any of my calls. Then AMPM towing company answered and said that it would take them 45 minutes to get to my location however, I waited 3 hours and i called back several times and they said they are still taking care of other customers. So, I decided to call another towing company and I came across ArtZ Towing. Art, the owner, was very nice and very reasonable with his prices (I consider it the best price in Rancho). He attempted multiple times to jumpstart my car but it turned out that the battery is already dead so I asked him to tow it and take it to a repair shop. (He took my car to 2 different repair shops, because the 1st location do not do battery replacement for the model of my car.) He was very patient and nice about it! I couldn't recommend ArtZ Towing more!!! Imagine, you're a middle-aged woman on your way to work and your vehicle stalls on the side of the rode! What would you do? I, being that middle-aged woman, pull out my smart phone and Yelp* towing services in my location. Now... ArtZ Towing isn't the first service to appear on my screen, no.... there were plenty of other services nearby. What first set ArtZ Towing aside from all the others is their quick response time of 10 minutes! The owner, Art, was prompt, polite, and highly professional. His truck and equipment are well maintained and clean. Art got my vehicle and me to my destination safely and at an affordable fair price too. I received a call that my daughter had just been in a car accident, leaving the car disabled and incapacitated. On my way to the accident I saw a flatbed tow truck parked a few blocks away from my home. After insuring my daughter was okay and once the police officers left, I returned to the tow truck of Art and asked for a quote. Both he and his wife's concern, friendliness and professionalism assured me I was talking to the right people. He gave me an awesome price and had the car removed within a 1/2 hour. I called AAA and they said they would pick me up within a few hours. 3 hours pass by and I call back only to be redirected 3 times and placed on hold for an 40 minutes. I wait another 2 hours. It has now been more than 5 hours that I have been waiting for a tow truck. I finally called artz towing. He gave me a fair price. 175 dollars cheaper than the big name company that I called first. Not only was he very prompt but also very friendly and professional and made my ride home very enjoyable. I would definitely contact art if you are in need of a fast tow. 10/10 would definitely call him again! read more

My car was stuck at work lights were off and my power key will not open the vehicle I called him at 1:30 in the morning he showed up in Ontario he leaves the key from Ranciato and he charge me 65 bucks that was an awesome price late at night the guys very nice clean has a high-end brand new truck which told me he was good with his clients and he just had a good appearance in conflict and verbiage I highly recommend to MIke that I have his card so I never leave keep Thomas cards but this guy is a real nice guy museum and spread the word he's a good guy read more

I've used Artz Towing before on a recommendation a few years ago. My car broke down on me last Friday, he answered on the first ring and he was there with a flat bed truck within 20 minutes, he dropped my us off at the mechanic and I was home within an hour of calling him. Talk about service! You know what else I liked, he knew the mechanics where we were heading and spoke well of them which made me even more comfortable. I would give this company a 5 star for doing a very good job. My car got stuck in a car wash conveyor due to shifter cable broke and this guy managed to do a quick fix just for me to drive my car to the mechanic shop. It only took him 5 minutes to do and boom! It's running again and I was able to drive my car. I would highly recommend Art Z towing for the prompt response and very good service. Never had a tow before, but this was a pretty good experience. The man who helped me was friendly and casual and also worked quickly. I wasnt able to follow him to my destination since my car ran out of gas on the way, but he was able to get there quickly and messaged me afterwards letting me know when he got there and what happened. Overall the experience was very postive and I wouldn't hesistate giving them another call if I needed a tow in the future. read more

We were waiting 5-6hrs for a tow truck for a simple tow for a flat tire due to the fact that we didn't have a spare tire. After being in the hot sun and being given the run around for hours, we contacted ArtZ and right after giving him the location he came and was caring of our situation and got us to a tire shop in a zip. Art is super professional and got to me very quickly! I was stuck on Mt. Baldy and Art got me out of there and into a safe location as fast as he could, which I am eternally grateful for. Not many tow companies go up to Mt. Baldy, but he did and that's incredibly valuable information to have for anyone who plans on hiking up there and happens to lose a key or something (as I did!) They were great to work with and fast service even on modified vehicles! AAA wouldn't take my car due to the modifications even tho I have adjustable air suspension on my jetta but artz said it was no problem and had my car loaded in minutes! Trying to scam us for double the price. When I asked him for his name, he gave me a fake one, "Kevin." I knew this wasn't a real name because the initals on the receipt were "AH". We have hired Armando multiple times, and each time, he scammed us of money. He said there was a "5% zelle fee" one time and then upped it to a "10% zelle fee" the second time we asked. He also stated that the $400 extra would have to be negotiated with his "supervisor" because he "wasn't in charge" of the prices. And told us to contact the number we initially contacted him with -- implying that the person on the number 909-816-1167 was not him. Even though we called that exact number to ask him if he got the correct address and knew where our trailer would be towed. We spoke DIRECTLY to him with that number!!!! I would not continue to provide service to someone so greedy, that lies and takes advantage of young women. To think you'll be able to get away with something like this without being put on blast is incredibly insulting. We initially trusted him because he is actually knowledgable in what he does, but at the expense of his greed and dishonesty, I wish no one else to hire him for service.
