Never take you car to this place. They stole things out of my car and lost my license plate too. I had to report my license plate stolen and get it replaced. Plus they left my car abandoned in the parking lot where they shop is located and my battery went dead. They used the warranty I had the battery to get it replaced. Also, they were going to try and charge me a $195 dollars a day for storage for a public parking. In addition, when I went to pick up my car the bumper was zip tied on and parts were missing off the car that took them another 3 weeks to replace. Furthermore, my a/c wasn't working either. Another repair shop in the same location had to fix my a/c because of the incompetence of there mechanic failed to fix it properly. After I picked up the car my knock sensor came on showing that the engine was in critical failure, and it had to be taken back to the repair shop to be checked again. The repair shopw told me that they couldn't do anything for my car and it needed to be sent to the dealership for further assistance. What happened was there incompetent mechanic didn't put enough oil back in the engine and that's what caused the sensor to shut down the engine keeping it from be damaged. I had to pay for the diagnostic and the tow charge to get to the dealership. Now they do not want to reimburse for the cost the I incurred. I would suggest you not to go to the shop to get anything done. They are a ripe off. read more

We actually used this shop because of good reviews here and the fact that they are AAA approved. My wife was worried that her 2026 Honda "Baby" would not still look new. Her worries were put to rest when we picked it up. Body repairs were straight and paint matched exactly. We were really worried about the paint match. It's a dark grey semi metallic called Meteorite and the new work matched the adjacent color exactly. Even the metallic "sparkle" matched. This shop was easy to work with and got the job done in the time frame they promised. Seemed to be big enough to handle most jobs correctly and small enough to give us personal care. The car was even cleaned and polished when we picked it up. No overspray nor overlapping paint at the edges. A job well done and correct and frankly, looked just like it did when it was new. ‼‼ Upland Auto Body destroyed my brand new 2024 BMW.‼‼ My car got into a sandstorm and needed to be repainted and they completely messed up the whole car, my car looked better BEFORE I brought it in than when I picked it up. SMH I wouldn't trust the "5 star" reviews if I were you, your best bet is to click on the 1star reviews and read those because that better describes this business. According to public court records, this business has been ordered to pay over $18,000 in previous small claims judgments. I also took this shop to court for the damages and negligence they caused -- and I won TWICE. That alone speaks for how bad this shop is. Please be careful with this business. They operate under the official name Everything Internet LLC, but do business as Upland Auto Body. I honestly don't know how they're still open. Maribel, the shop manager, regularly showed up to the body shop wearing short dresses and high heels, attire that seemed completely out of place for an auto repair environment. In hindsight, that should have been my first red flag. It did not give me confidence in the professionalism of the business. Alex, the owner, was dishonest throughout my entire experience. We feel like they had our back through the process of getting our car repaired with the proper parts. The insurance adjuster wanted to get a rear cross member from a auto wrecking yard and reuse a cracked trim piece that fits under the rear bumper for our 2017 Honda CRV. Upland Auto Body convinced them to replace them with new parts from the dealer. Our car looks perfectly beautiful and it drives with no rattles or squeaks. The paint is perfectly matched as well as the gaps between the door and hatch, perfect! I looked in the shop when I was there and it looked clean and organized. However, the only way we could receive the tonneau cover from Upland Auto Body was to completely remove our review from Yelp and other platforms. Because we rely so heavily on customer feedback for our own personal ventures we didn't feel that it was ethical to have to remove our own experience with this business to receive what is rightfully ours to be replaced. I took My car in because it got hit while driving and chose Upland auto Body because I heard from my fiancé good things about MARIBEL. MARIBEL handled everything for me, talking to the insurance company, sending pictures, the rental, the quote it was so nice especially because the insurance company was stressing me out and she kept me updated she is amazing. she went on a leave unfortunately during the time my car was in and someone else took over and they did a very very very bad job (I won't say names) and I was so disappointed with how I received my car it was disgusting sooooo dusty and everything was unplugged back camera and speakers it looked like such a rushed job and I had to take it back to him so they can atleast take the dust off and my fiancé had to replug in my back up camera and speakers. I ended up getting a letter from the insurance company and I was confused so I went in to ask about it and the QUEEN MARIBEL HERSELF was back and I was so thankful I explained to her how I received my car how everything was rushed and unplugged and dirty and how I work a lot so in general it's hard to find a day to come back because of my work hours she apologized profusely she told me whenever I have time I can leave my car and she will have it taken care of I left my car that same day and when I got it back it was like a completely new car they even took off the scratches and scrapes I had and I was so grateful she took care of me.
