We brought our car here after being rear ended (they are recommended by the insurance company) and I must say that we had absolutely amazing service. I was mostly assisted by Giovanni who was very communicative through the whole process but the rest of the staff was amazing as well. I really love this place because we had an issue with the timing of our accident and we had a trip planned while the car was in the shop but Gio made sure that we wouldn't have any issues because they work with enterprise to make drop off and pick up very convenient. When we picked up our car they even washed/detailed it and it looked better to me than it did when we purchased it! Wish I could leave 0 stars. I had a horrible experience with this company. I was in an accident in January and selected fix auto upland to fix my car. From the beginning they asked me to call my insurance company to let them know they sent over the estimate. I was a little annoyed since I work a 9-5 job and their operator literally says they will communicate with the insurance company so you don't have to but I did it anyway lol then they insisted on collecting my deductible before ordering any parts which I understand. However I have a coverage called uninsured motorist which waves your deductible. After explaining this to representative she insisted on me paying at least half of the $500 deductible so that I wouldn't have to wait for them to verify that information with my insurance. I decided to wait for them to verify with State Farm. Since then we've been playing phone tag and they claim they haven't been able to verify the deductible waiver with State Farm. It's been over a month. Today I had the pleasure of speaking with the owner, he was a real piece of cake. lol I explained the situation to him when he rudely interrupted me and said it's my responsibility to communicate with my insurance. So I asked him why the operator says they will be responsible for communicating with the insurance company and his response was, "no, that's the customers responsibility." I will gladly be taking my business elsewhere. I am absolutely disgusted by the owners lack of sympathy and rude mannerism. read more

Our 18 year old Mini Cooper really needed a paint job on the hood and a new front bumper. A couple of friends told me about Gio at FixAuto in Upland. So, I dropped in, one day, met Gio and immediately knew he was the guy who was going to paint this car. He came highly recommended, is friendly, easy to talk to and honest. I asked him for a price to paint the entire car. He looked at the car, then at me and said, "I don't have the heart to do it. Your paint is too good." That's a guy worth giving business, to. Liars, they tricked me through lies. I explained if the estimate is the same as the Cadillac car dealership i would rather fix it at the Cadillac dealership. The verbal estimate was $1400, Cadillac was $2000 for replacing mirrors. I had a long conversation with the manager GIO inquiring how can he do it for $1400 when the part ls alone are $1400, he said he is making a small profit of about $150. The guys at Fix Auto Upland did an amazing job on my 2003 Honda civic Si. I took it in with a whole lot of dings and scratches looking like it was ready for the junkyard, and these guys made it look like a brand new auto show worthy car. I wanted to make it look like the Japan Type R version of my car and man did they nail it. I came at them with so many parts that were not designed to fit my car, so a lot of customization was needed to fit these parts in, and I do mean a lot of customization.
