Came to this auto shop due to being rear ended and their insurance AAA selected this shop. Driving into it, very easy to locate, lots of parking available, very clean. When entering, there are two lovely ladies that are so kind and welcoming. The shop took care of my car, Baymax very quickly and expertly. They also were very great at keeping me informed of my status and expected time to pick up my baby. When I picked up my car, I did notice something a little off and they were amazing to take care of the minor fix. My OCD would've gone nuts if that minor detail was not fixed. I was able to have it corrected very promptly and with such responsive care. If I ever need any auto body for my car (fingers crossed not ever), I will absolutely come to Foothill Auto Body!! I recently used Foothill Auto Body to get my car repaired because someone backed their car into mine in a parking lot. I was referred to this shop by my auto insurance company and they even had a sign posted on the exterior of the business as a valued partner with my insurance. The process was honestly quick and painless. Drop off was a breeze. The receptionist was friendly and efficient. I worked with Carlos and he was friendly, professional and informative. He told me he was estimating the repair would take about 6 days. When I heard that, I thought "okay, so like 2 weeks at least." But sure enough, 7 days later, I received a phone call that my car was finished and ready to be picked up. Upon pickup, Carlos showed me the repair and explained some things to me. They completely washed the exterior of my car (and it badly needed it) and vacuumed the interior. They're fair, honest, professional, and a great local option for body repairs. I needed a door handle fixed on my 2000 Toyota Camry. I took it over to Foothill Auto Body and to say they went above and beyond to "MacGyver" it would be an understatement!! First of all the two ladies in the front ( sorry didn't catch their names) are super friendly and helpful. Then there's Carlos a super nice guy who really went out of his way to help me..he wouldn't give up to find a solution. My back passenger bumper was damaged. Insurance sent me to Foothill Auto Body for an estimate. They took it apart and sent the estimate. Insurance said the 12 yr. old car would be totaled but we could buy it back, AS IS. Thats what we did. We went to pick up the car and they had reattached the bumper for us. We thought it would still be crunched when we got it back, but they popped out the dents and evened things out for us and it looks good as new. WOW, the car still drives good and now looks great! I had to bring my car in to get work done after a car accident and was recommended for this body shop through my insurance. While their work may be superior, their customer service and updating the customer about when their car will be ready was far from exceptional. My car was supposed to be ready Friday, April 25, I was getting updates through their text messaging app telling me that my car was supposed to be ready on this day. I called the day of to confirm what time I should pick up my car, it was not until I called that they informed me my car would not be ready for another week. While I understand things can come up, causing delays in the process, clear communication to the customer of when their vehicle will be ready should be a higher priority to them. When calling to ask about details for my car, they transferred me to the gentleman that was working on my car. He did explain why it was gonna take longer which again I understand things happen, however, when you have people that are paying out-of-pocket for rental cars and the bills already up to $1000 you have to update people correctly! When expressing my concern about having to take out another rental due to THEIR miscommunication, of when my car would be ready, they made me feel like I was being ridiculous for having questions and not once did they ever try to attempt to even apologize for any sort of inconvenience that was happening. They never once took accountability for miscommunication and made no effort to try to even resolve any questions or concerns that I had regarding the whole situation. If I ever need work on my car done again I will go to another place because their lack of communication and failure to accept their own faults is very unprofessional and overall gives the whole business and awful look. If they simply would've been more communicative on timelines and updated me with ACCURATE pickup dates this review would have not been made, however the fact I had to reach out first just to be belittled and rudely told the updates on my vehicle is the reason I felt the need to write this review. read more

Had to get my bumper fixed after an object on the freeway hit my bumper. I didn't have time to avoid it so I ran it over. The grill was cracked and paint was scratched and scuffed up. I recently had a little ding on my bumper and my dad and I came to meet Carlos to get a quote. Carlos came out front right away and diagnosed my car scratch and told me it would be in the $1000 plus range and went through why it would cost that much and explained everything in detail to me. He was very nice, professional and funny. It was like I was taking my car to an uncle. I received a quote from the ladies in the front office within an hour of my visit and am deciding if I can live with the scratch or not. As anticipated, the paintjob has failed. Not in the 2500 miles as previously mentioned. But not much longer. I stand behind my original review and will not take another vehicle to Foothill autobody. I will recommend to friends and family to not go here. AAA is working on getting a different shop to assess the damage and additional flaws. I will keep you posted on where and how things progress. As a side note be aware of parts not being replaced as specified and/or the use of used parts as shortcuts and profit margins. This may be determined by your insurance policy. I work in Claremont CA i obviously know where im leaving a review. and the review still stands We were referred by someone in the business to this place. We do a lot of work to our trucks. The front office lady's weren't very pleasant to us. We asked for a specific person and when they pointed them out we were gonna head that way then she told us to wait. Which is fine but it's how it was done and after we were told to wait she opened here eyes wide like we were idiots and cocked her head. We waited 15 mins while the person we waited for was shooting the s*** with someone. We own our own business and don't treat customers this way. Regardless if they're paying customers or not. First impressions were terrible and I'm sad that someone we do a lot of business who is also an auto body business owner with referred us here. read more

I was in a car accident this morning and called a few repair shops in the area. Each location shared the same information that the supply chain was causing delays with parts and most shops were unable to take any cars until December, BUT Foothill Auto Body was the only place that was pleasant in conveying this and wasn't dismissive of my call. Additionally, they suggested exactly what AAA had to me about going in and having my car looked at to essentially "get in line" for the chance to be repaired. When I went to the shop, Johanna, Alisa and Dennis were all incredibly helpful, kind and very reassuring. Being in an accident is hard enough, so having their assistance was very much appreciated. They even got me into a rental car, so I could get the process started. I haven't even had my car repaired yet, but their service has already far exceeded what I could have asked for. Car: 2017 Subaru WRX Paint : CWP Ladies at the front desk are awesome and super friendly. But.. Was in a minor car crash and front bumper was replaced also painted. While the turn around time was fast the work was not that great. When picking up the vehicle I was told the car would be "detailed" well I work at a detail shop and have been doing it for years not sure who they have washing the cars but they gave me the scratches for free as well leaving the inside dirty/ engine bay not even wiped down with all white overspray. My hood has swirls in it, my fender that was hit has no paint clarity in it because it was most likely washed with a dirty wash mitt or not rinsed before with paint dusting and now completely scratched and will be doing a heavy paint correction on it. The fender was not replaced but "fixed" and now has various dents on it. The paint match on the bumper is terrible. I understand how it's pretty much impossible to match paint while a car has already been on the road for about 2 years but the fact that it has runs on bumper and it doesn't fit correctly just upsets me. I should've done more research went somewhere else. It's great that you're busy but follow QUALITY OVER QUANTITY. read more

I highly don't recommend getting your car repaired here. I came here due to the high reviews and was shocked at the unprofessional service. Ryan took care of my car, which had weird noises coming from the brakes. They essentially never solved the issue and instead replaced the suspension parts in my vehicle without guaranteeing that it would fix my problem. There was very little improvement, and they essentially fixed wasn't broken. It felt like they were playing a guessing game with my money, and I wasted $1800 for nothing. I personally spoke to Ryan, and he was not helpful. He made excuses without taking accountability for making sure my car was fixed before payment. I took my car to a second repair shop, and they noticed some faulty repair work from Foothill Auto Body. I do not trust this place and am very unhappy with the service. This place was recommended by a friend after my accident. All I can say, is my friend must not have had my service manager. My car was a week later than I was told. When I did pick up my car, I noticed a rubbing sound in the front about 3 days later when I was out of town. The wheel then started to bounce at speed on the freeway. The door was also not assembled properly. When I returned to get the issues addressed, my service manager, Mario, was armed with excuses before I even started to explain the problems. He was belligerent and aggressive with in an attempt to scare me into leaving (I did not) Not a great experience. They did fix the door after I argued and told him to check service log (he said they never opened the door panel, lie), but refused to even examine the suspension issue. I am now in dealership/insurance limbo.... read more

I was in a rear end collision. The insurance company found this shop for me. Brought my car here and was extremely disappointed with the work and the service. The day I went to pick up my car it still had a dent and scratches on the rear end. It was taken care of but some other issues that where brought up weren't taken care of. Needles to say make sure you look at the reviews of the shop before you take your vehicle in. I'm updating my Review because the body posted a response to my Review. As you can tell on all their responses they would like to help you and that they're sorry for the inconvenience. At the end they put the managers name Dennis. I've spoken to him( Dennis ) he is not professional what so ever. Let me re phrase that. They're nice until you sign the check. Then whatever happens it's your problem. AAA had my car towed to this shop after my minor accident last month. She was in the shop for a couple weeks, but they did a really good job. There were a few false alarms when they thought she was done, and called me to pick her up when there were small things here and there that weren't fully completed, the AC, missing screw on undercover, etc. But they were always really good at looking her over again and trying to fix the problem right away, then and there, and they were always really nice about it. Just got into an accident. It's Friday at 3:47pm and I have Wawanesa Insurance. Foothill AB is their authorized repair shop. I called to have the car towed from the scene of the loss instead of having it towed to a tow yard. I know the process as I work in insurance. I called and spoke with Anne at Foothill Auto Body. She was the rudest, most inconsiderate, and uncaring person. The first thing that came out of her mouth was, "Don't bring it here, It has to be done by Wawanesa." I told her what my plan was.
