Took truck there for tailgate replacement on a Geico claim. Got truck back and found fresh new damage. Of course the area they fixed is all good, but they didnt point out the new damage. Maybe, just maybe they didn't notice. It's Saturday , so i cant call anybody. But messages have been left. Well see if they and Geico do the right thing and fix the new damage. Someone had clipped my rear passenger bumper in trader Joe's pking lot- Their ins recommended this place- seeing as I've never had an accident ( thank God especially after 52 yrs) I figured ok- they're local in Rancho Cucamonga so I brought it in. OMG!!! The absolute WORST in customer service. Promised return calls, by Danny -NEVER did. Only to hear " oh sorry" - very aloff and uncaring vibe all the way around. I was very specific when I spoke to Danny that I wanted factory parts. NOT AFTER MARKET!! My Lexus was promised Friday it would be ready no word until late Monday. Only to arrive and they forgot to put on a part! Plus bumper wasn't even on correctly had to go back!! 2x Car had dirty footprints from work boots and dirt on passenger seat. The bumper still is not flush on my car, and I called today and spoke to Jose the manager, and he looked on my paperwork and they did NOT use factory parts. So now they've ordered the factory part. I'm going to have to bring my car in again. And get a rental car and wait until its done ! I honestly can't understand how they stay in business.. I'm writing this to share what happened to my son at this Body Shop. As a mother, I am extremely upset with how he was treated. The front desk lady spoke to him with attitude and absolutely no respect. He went in simply asking for help, and instead he got rude behavior and unprofessional treatment. No customer should ever be talked to like that.I don't want anyone else to experience what my son went through. Honestly this was the worst customer service I ever had. I'm really upset. The workers were so rude and acted like they didn't care at all. Very disappointing. I had my car repaired here. I paid my deductible and my insurance (Mercury) found me not at fault it took 3 months and me calling to get my deductible refunded. They never completed the repair on an internal panel because they couldn't find the part. They didn't replace a rear reflector that was broken I had to email a photograph and then they replaced it. The paint job is less than a year old and bubbling and coming off. Do not recommend. read more

WOW JUST WOW !!!! I am so beyond impressed. They had my car in and out in 2 days repainting the bumper! They communicated with me daily multiple times a day, on how the progress was going, and I was shocked how quickly they were able to get it done. They were the only shop close to me able to match my paint exactly and do it FLAWLESSLY! The paint work is amazing and I have zero complaints! They even lifetime warranty their work which says a lot to the quality they stand by! They even detailed my whole car inside and out for FREE! I wasn't even expecting that... Only came here because they are partnered with GEICO. I figured it should be decent work, not the case. They took my truck on a Monday morning and finished it on Thursday. I wasn't able to pick up till Friday. When I arrived at very first glance From a distance I was already upset with the work. Orange peel texture was EXTREMELY noticeable. I told them and they said they would fix it. I sat and waited nearly 2 hours since I had to Uber there. When they completed it it still wasn't right but I had to leave. Now I'm coming out of my own pocket to make this look better with a paint correction service. Which is about $500. Seems to me this place just wants to get the cars in and out without doing quality work. Why would they think it's okay to turn in a vehicle in that condition. I'm not a professional but noticed the poor quality work immediately. They said it's lifetime warranty in hopes for me to feel better and hurry up and pay them. I recommend not to go here! You will get your vehicle back fast but be very upset with the work. I have another claim with my 2nd truck but I will not return here. I regret coming here and honestly I was happier with the way my truck looked with the damage. read more

Came in a couple minutes early before opening and Vanessa was able to attend to me despite them not opening till 8 am. I've never been involved in an accident and so she was very informative when I asked any questions regarding my vehicle. She also was quick to arrange me a rental vehicle through enterprise, (through my insurance). I very much appreciated her swiftness and customer service skills as it is sometimes hard to come across these days. Collision center has also been keeping me informed on the status of my vehicle through text messages so I'm never out of the loop on the status of it. I would recommend taking your car here as the service and quality of work here is great. Would also like to add that Danny was a huge help to me with some minor concerns I had with my vehicle after I picked it up. He assured me that the concerns I had would get taken care of and they immediately were. His professional and his eagerness to helping me was something I very much appreciated. I backed into a car parked close behind me, and because the damages were so little it was less expensive to pay for the repairs out of my pocket than for the owner to go through my insurance. (keep that in mind if you get in a minor fender-bender; call your insurance first and inquire about this before having them do the repairs). Anyway, the owner got 3-4 quotes from different repair shops, and Collision Center of Rancho Cucamonga (CCRC) was the cheapest. I know that cheapest isn't always the best, so I contacted CCRC and spoke to Carlos V. to get an idea if they were honest. He was nice and made me feel comfortable moving forward with them. However, once that happened communications with Carlos were very frustrating. Since I was paying the bill I wanted to be kept in the loop on the repairs to keep them from getting far beyond the quoted price. Every time I called he would tell me that he would get back to me later on that day or the next. That didn't happen. The owner was even given a link to some online tracking system to keep us updated on the progress. Waste of time as it was not updated. After a few days in their shop I called (again me calling them on not receiving an update as they had promised) and was told that there were a couple extra parts needed ($110) and some paint damage which came to between $900 & $1000 extra. I asked Carlos to send pictures of the paint damage. Well, it was a small spot (size of half a dime or less) that was rusty (indicating it probably happened before this fender-bender) and was positioned underneath a headlight where it was not be visible anyway. For this they were going to charge me close to $900!!! Glad I asked to see pictures. Fortunately, Carlos backed up on taking advantage of me and offered to reduce their hourly rate which would ultimately save me around $100 for a nearly $3000 bill, and I provided a small bottle of touch-up paint ($20) for them to use on that spot. I was thankful to be able to avoid that HUGE and unnecessary markup, but now feeling low confidence in the honesty levels here. Finally, after the car repairs were completed, again I called them and discovered that the owner was there at the shop to pick up the car but they would not release it to him until I paid. And, the bill had risen significantly! Wow, surprised, not so much now. I asked to see the updated invoice and discovered that a calibration which I was hoping could be avoided (quoted originally at $500) had risen to nearly $ 900. The original quote showed $500 and the final included a markup of 20%. I asked Carlos why the 20% was not in the original quote and the reply was it was a mistake. Oops, oh darn, guess the quote being artificially low, which is why we went with CCRC in the first place was just a mistake, and the charge for the calibration (which Carlos told me probably took 30-60 minutes to complete) was only $900 ($400 above the quoted price; those are high-end lawyer rates). Carlos again dropped their labor rates, which dropped the overall price another $50. This was nice but doesn't begin to touch the huge increase. And, to call the owner in to pick up his car but not inform me that he was coming and that he would not be able to take possession of his car until I had paid, felt like a planned extortion. The owner was irritated at this and I don't blame him. Bad business! This wasn't the worst experience I've ever had with an auto shop, but I wouldn't use them again. Please be careful. read more

This is my first time ever filing a claim against my insurance company. I don't have anything to compare but I have assisted my parents over the years and that process was very long and slow. For example, my dad's car was stored at a body shop after being involved in a traffic accident and towed. At least two weeks before a claims adjuster went to business location to quote for repairs. After being involved in my minor TC, I did my entire claim online on a Sunday night with Geico.com. Within minutes I was issued a generated claims number and was contacted via email based on my written report, I was at fault but not to worry, 'these thing happen". What a relief and peace of mind. The following day I was contacted via email with a preferred body shop all in my immediate area. Connected via link and reserved a 5:30 appointment at my leisure. Upon entering you immediately walk straight to receptionist who has all your forms ready to sign and initial. Bar stools are there for your convenience or you can choose sit on a regular chair. I met with a well groomed claims adjuster from Geico who I thought was a Honda Sales rep, the type you see in a TV commercial. He explained the process and duration of work to be done and would give me better and accurate information once damages are removed and a thorough inspection is performed. My damage is so minimal, I doubt I'll hit the $3,000. 00 range with a $250.00 deductible. I should be back on Friday or Monday for work completed. My overall thoughts, Geico.com definitely made it pain free and all at my leisure. Body shop recommended is also above standards with customer first in mind. I was also assured my insurance premium will not increase because I qualify for "good driver history". A win win :) read more

I visited the Collision Center of Rancho Cucamonga today, unfortunately. Lol. Just want to say that the service was excellent! I got here at 7:30 although they open at 8:00 a.m. I was more than welcome to come sit in the lobby by one of their technicians, who was pulling cars out to the parking lot. He was very attentive to me and cordial. Alma was the receptionist at the front and she immediately began taking care of my claim, even though it was not even 8:00 yet. She greeted me with a smile and proceeded to begin my claim. She was very knowledgeable to my questions and carried on in a friendly, and professional way. This is not my first experience with this center and I continue to be impressed by their customer service. In a word....wow! Unfortunately, an adverse party backed into my vehicle and smashed the front bumper and grill. As the previous body shop that I used was no longer associated with Mercury Insurance, I opted to connect with the current shop suggested by Mercury, Collision Center (CC). The day of the accident, Vanessa from CC was on it and contacted me. She was extremely courteous and explained the process in detail and offered to arrange my rental car with Enterprise. As I opted to use OEM parts for the vehicle (Mercury typically uses the highest grade of after market parts), it was in the shop a bit longer until the parts arrived. OEM provides exact fitment to original specs for the vehicle. I found both Vanessa and the estimator, Carlos, to be both responsive and willing to answer any questions throughout the course of the work. When the car was completed, I couldn't believe it was my car. It was stunning, both engine bay and outside. The technicians that perform the work are truly gifted and it looked as good as when I bought it off the dealer lot. Both CC and Mercury Insurance are terrific partners and eliminate the stress that comes with any needed repairs for their customers vehicles, as the need arises. If another accident presents itself in the future, I wouldn't hesitate to use CC services again. They are 5 stars plus in my book. read more

As of right now, my family and I are waiting for our car. Yesterday was the day we were supposed to take our car home--that did not happen. The tires on the front were not aligned although its what it said on the paperwork. Pulling in the parking lot, we also noticed that the affected tire from the accident was flat, so we had to point that out to them (how can they miss that?). AND the lock on the passenger side were STILL not working. So we were sent home with our rental. Today, we 're scheduled again to pick up our baby, to our surprise, the locks are STILL broken!!! As of this moment, they took our car in for a quick fix up which they said would only take 5 minutes. I don't know, i think its been about 20 mins now and still, we're waiting. This is my first car accident. The other party was at fault. My car was damaged from front passenger side to the back. Tire in the front was pushed in and door. Just to give you guys some info to why we were here. Anyway, we finally got our car. The inside had finger marks from the people who fixed it. We could tell that the windows were left open so dust and dirt settled on everything. This is really inconvenient esp when you have little kids who are with you and lives almost an hour away. I wish the people in the front desk would communicate well with the people in the back. That way, the customers will be informed CLEARLY. Driving home our car now, the tire (affected side) are 10 PSI deflated compared from the rest. My family and I are too tired to turn back right now. They will see us again for sure. read more

Negative comments below are accomplished by those who have not yet reached their level of competence. I just wish that there is someone in the department of the shop who takes care or promotes customers of Yelp reviews, because this shop clearly deserves more writings. My 2015 WRX had front and rear door damage because of some piece o' shxt didn't tie the stacks of plywood pieces loaded on the back of the truck. One of the piece of plywood on top flew out of the truck and struck right into my car; the truck was speeding at 90mph on freeway. Unluckily, I couldn't catch the driver. I pulled over to a parking lot and I saw clearcoat scratches here and there on both of right side doors. Rear door had deep paint crack about 3 inches long and front door had small dents which were not too bad. Also the bottom of the rear door had a bulged out dent. I was so lucky because only the surface of the plywood hit my car but not the edge, which would have caused major damage. I wasn't going to fix the damage at first because after buffing out and applying touch up paint on cracked area, it didn't look too bad.....until I exposed my car to the direct sun; damages looked very apparent. Also I didn't wanna jeopardize myself taking into a wrong shop and mess up the car even worse. I took the initiative and decided to fix my car before the color fades overtime; it would be very difficult to match once it fades. I filed comprehensive claim a couple of weeks after via Geico and I took my car to Geico recommended shop...which was Collision Center of Rancho Cucamonga. I was stressed out for a week because I was worried about 2 things: OEM quality paint job and color match. Both of entire right rear and front doors are patched (on damaged area), sanded, primed, color match painted, and clearcoated. It took about a week to finish the job. I didn't want mechanics to rush the job and mess it up, so one week time framing was just perfect for the car. I picked up my car a week after and I was blown away on first sight. I'm normally very picky about paint repair job, even with smallest detail. I started checking back and forth and see if there were any flaws exist. I found none! The thickness of the paint was even, texture matched with OEM quality or even better, and the crystal white pearl color matched exactly with front and rear fenders and the side molding. This is as good as it gets and I didn't expect anything more. On a side note, pearl colors are not easy to spray because under- or over-spraying of clearcoat can result mismatch of the color and they have to start all over again from sanding. All I can say is whoever did the prep work and painting did magnificent job, and the personnel should be promoted. I would definitely come back here again in the future if anything happens. read more
