If I could give more than 5 stars I absolutely would. Jose and Danny went above and beyond for my little fiat and I couldn't be more thankful. They kept me and my mom informed on everything going on and even gave their personal opinion on my car. Going through the process with my insurance was so stressful and they both made getting my car fixed a breeze. I also love the fact that everything they fix has a LIFETIME WARRANTY! I ended up getting a rental car the last week that my car was getting fixed and Jose himself said that he'd pay for my rental an extra day because they were still waiting on my tire. It was only 25$ more so I didn't mind. I ended up picking my car up the next day and his coworker gave me a 100$ check! I couldn't believe!! Ive gotten my car fixed twice here and each time it was a very pleasant experience. If me, my family or my friends need our cars fixed this will be the only place we'll be coming to!!! Excellent customer service but repairs such as molding and door realignment were either haphazardly done and undone. Had to return my Lexus 3 times to fix door alignment which was first diagnosed as an electrical problem!! Molding was glued, tacky at best!! Previous review was 5 stars and they would have earned it but after the above, they're a 2-3 in my opinion. read more

Waited about a week and a half for my car to be complete. Even after car pick up, this staff answers questions regarding your warranty. If you want your repair done right, don't go here. This place shouldn't even be in business. Unfortunately my wives 2015 suburban got hit and needed some repairs. We have Geico insurance so they sent us here to get a quote. We thought because Geico is partnered with them they would do decent work, NOT the case. We brought our car in 3 times. Still to this day it's not right. Trip one- they had the vehicle for about a week. We get the car back later in the afternoon. The next day when the suns up we can see the car has metallic swirl marks all down the side. (The car is black in color, I do realize black shows everything) Also they had to take the head liner off. Now her bluetooth and over head lights don't work. Trip two- they have the car for a day. They buff the car, again same metallic swirl marks. They told us to bring the car to Mark Christopher and have them look at the bluetooth and lights, they broke. Trip three- they have the car for two weeks. (They did get us a loaner) they have to re-paint and the agree to take to the car to Mark Christopher to fix the bluetooth. Well after two weeks we get the vehicle back the swirls are still there, it has paint shrinkage and now we have overspray all over the back. I went to Mark Christopher and asked if they worked on the speaker they said that Collision Center just had it hooked up backwards they just switch the wires around. But now when you use the bluetooth, the conversation echos. If you like your car, Don't bring your car here. read more

I was here some months ago for rear window repair on my Excursion. The only thing wrong when I dropped it off was the window and some paint work on the barn doors. I left with a car that the remote locks did not work, light would not go on auto and no alarm. The repair facility stated that they were not liable because it was just an issue of the car being old. Come on!! Bottom line is that the car should leave in better shape than when it came in. They will state that they tried to work with me. They were dismissive and ultimately they left me with an added repair from the Ford Dealership of $1600. Geico was also not very supportive in that this was their "preferred repair facility." I brought my BMW to this facility for my Gieko repair to my front bumper. I felt like they would do a good Job when I left. During the three day repair, I decided to check the yelp reviews. I was shocked. They had two reviews and they were negative. I stressed over the weekend thinking they were going to do a horrible job. I was again shocked when I saw that they detailed my car inside and out. At this point, I am a completely happy customer. Everything looks great and I was reassured that if there are any problems whatsoever they will fix it for free, as king as I remain the owner. Good professional job guys. read more

I recently bought a Mercedes. The front bumper is so low that it catches on curbs. Still getting used to it and last weekend pulled away from a curb and pulled off the front right bumper a bit. Took it into this shop and they took my car to the back and returned shortly thereafter with the bumper back on and in place. NO CHARGE TO BOOT! Very nice and professional office and staff too. I had my car recently repaired at Collision Center in Rancho Cucamonga. The whole experience was very convenient especially given that I have Geico insurance and they partner with Geico and with Enterprise Rental (for direct billing to Geico- this is a nice extra bonus). The day that the car was supposed to go into the shop, there was a SNAFU on the Geico/Enterprise reservation which left me without an available car. After a couple of attempts to fix the problem, the Geico team was able to come up with a 2017 C300 Mercedes (quite a nice upgrade from what I expected with my rental coverage). Alex was my adjuster from Geico and he did an awesome job. Clarabelle, from Collison Center, kept me posted with daily text messages as to the progress of my repairs, and was always cheerful and very helpful. Overall, the communications between each party were very good. All that said, these guys did a bang up job in every aspect, and the car looks great. I would highly recommend Collison Center of Rancho Cucamonga to anyone who would need to have their car repaired. Their team is outstanding!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! As a side note, because I'm super picky about my cars (and any repair work), I have taken my cars for years to a shop in South Orange County (because they do a great job and I was always confident of things being done correctly). If you want job right the first time this is the place for you! Very friendly courteous staff from start to finish, professionals all the way second to none! Got rear ended last Friday 02-28-2014 in the rain storm. Minor fender bender to my 2010 2d Honda Accord EX-L. Taking in to CCRC shop on Tuesday March 4th. Release to me on Friday March 7th, truly incredible work like nothing ever happened, actually my bumper is better then before the accident. They reconditioned my existing bumper and repainted the entire bumper. Thus taking care of any flaws that were there before like scratches. Took my BMW 328i there after a minor a accident on the passenger side. When I got my car back there was a tpms malfunction displayed in the dash. Brought it back and they claimed that they had nothing to do with it. Long story short, I wasted so much time dealing with the issue and had to pay out of pocket for BMW to do a diagnostic only to find out that when Collusion Center put everything back together, they forgot to plug in the tpms transmitter on the R front passenger side which created a tpms malfunction. GEICO and their adjusters suck as well. They didn't believe that Collision Center had anything to do with the problem either and refused to pay to solve the problem. They also didn't want to pay for the child's car seats which they are supposed to after an accident. Looks like I'll be switching insurances soon. Good riddance! read more

Jose and the crew at the Collision Center were so helpful to me last Friday, after a hit-and-run driver rear-ended my car. The car is 11 years old, so I didn't want to incur the expense of a new bumper. Jose totally understood that I just wanted to secure the bumper so it wouldn't fall off, and did not try to pressure me into paying for an expensive repair I did not want. Jose took my car and returned in less than 10 minutes - he and his crew bolted each end of the bumper and put in clips along the top edge to completely secure the bumper. They did an excellent job!
