I had called various places but when I called here I communicated with Robert who was able to let me know the estimate of the damages no hidden fees and let me know there was a $500 off my deductible. My name is Brianna Nicole and I am the owner of Crown and Glory Hair Spa, a private salon suite located in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. The holiday season is the busiest for Cosmetologists because we're all working long days and nights to ensure that our clients look and feel their best during the most festive time of the year... I left my suite around 330 Sunday morning after working a 17 hour day, and my car just didn't feel right. It felt like I was dragging something and I could hear scraping when I turned the radio down, but because it was so late at night I didn't want to pull over to look and see what it was. Another car pulled alongside me and told me that there were sparks flying from the side of my car. When I got home and parked, I looked underneath my car and saw that there was a metal plate hanging from the underside of my car. I immediately sent out text messages to the 5 clients I had scheduled and canceled their appointments so that I could get my car situated. I called the dealership in the morning, but the service department is closed on Sundays. I hopped on yelp and made a few calls to the auto body shops that said they were open on Sunday, but nobody answered... Until Robert called me back. I explained my situation to him and he asked my to bring my car in so that he and his team could take a look at it. Within 15 minutes, Robert and his team secured the skid plate that had become dislodged from the undercarriage and secured the front bumper that the skid plate knocked loose. When I asked him how much my bill was, Robert said that there would be NO charge! He said that I'd missed out on enough money for the day and he didn't want me to lose out on any more, he just wanted me to drive safely. We live in a world where integrity and caring for others seems to be a thing of the past. It made my heart smile for a complete stranger to demonstrate empathy for me and my well being. I have already paid this favor forward and I fully intend to refer my family, friends, clients, customers, and co-workers here if they ever need auto body services. My car's insurance had given me 3 Collision Centers to call for me to have my car repair. My car was scratched on the roof and hood. Hood also had a dent. The scratches were too deep to buffer out. After some searching, I met Al and his team and decided to have them work on my car. So I've been contemplating about updating my review about this place. So here it goes at first the service was great made me feel like my vehicle was in good hands which at first it was but then after getting it back the first time I noticed the job just wasn't done right. I communicated this Al and Manny and was told ok we'll take care of it so I took it back to them addressed the issues and they say we'll make it right. Once the job was redone I got a call saying my vehicle was ready to come and find out a couple thing still wrong with it so they told just gives a couple days to touch up the stuff I noticed again. To make this long story short I finally got my vehicle back and notice emblems and door panels broken addressed this issues to them and told me it was like that when you brought it in, No I have pictures of it wasn't like that but I'm not going to argue with a dishonest shop. Now only am I updating this review because I have been noticing RUNNING marks of paint also part of my door that didn't get painted all in all AVIOD THIS SHOP. I trusted the reviews on Yelp and that's why I gave them my business so I hope this hep someone else reading this review. If possible I would give NO STARS. read more

I regret ever taking my car to ICONCollision, they have poor staff with zero knowledge of customer service and how to complete task. Communication I rate Zero out of 10, they had one simple job to complete and failed me! They left me go almost 2 months now with a broken mirror they keep making excuses to fix, these have been all their reasons why; "we can't find a vendor", "it came in wrong color","oh sorry you have a faulty mirror", "it came in missing parts", "it came in as wrong item", seriously who is the person ordering and who are they really calling? They failed to communicate with me and their manager said I was waiting for you to call us since we called you once (1 time) they had my email and never bothered to call me again or send me a courtesy email nothing. I had to miss work and borrow cars to get to work when I've had to leave my car multiple times and nothing was ever done.
