My truck looks awesome, better than it should for the price I paid for the work. The truck was prepped and multiple small dents removed, hood clear coat was peeling, they sprayed my wiper arms and I had them remove my electric mirrors and put old school manual mirrors on: just too expensive to go original, given the trucks age...........Oh and did I mention I also had a bed liner material sprayed on? Well I did. And after all this work, the total price out the door was $ 2895.00 and that was with the $ 995.00 paint job choice!!!!!! Ann was awesome. The work in general looks to be good good however I'm disappointed of the way they deliver the vehicle. Just basically handed the keys pick up your car. I was never explained in detail what was repaired what was done upon entering the vehicle it was completely full of body shop dust. The person in charge was not in the location. I left and phoned her with my concern. she did offer for me to return the vehicle however, I don't live anywhere near there, and I was already halfway back home at a later time I requested to be reimbursed half of the detail which was unfortunate denied. I believe it bad customer service when they received close to $11,000 for the repairs and I get a completely filthy car but that's the way they do business do not recommend.
