Ontop of that they had the vehicle for months and I dropped it off in Fontana and they moved shops moved the vehicle to San Bernardino with them without giving me a heads up so we were forced to pay more for a tow as well I initially chose to give them the business because they were in Fontana (the same city I'm in) and they moved taking the vehicle with them before telling me they're transferring the vehicle

The work in general looks to be good good however I'm disappointed of the way they deliver the vehicle. Just basically handed the keys pick up your car. I was never explained in detail what was repaired what was done upon entering the vehicle it was completely full of body shop dust. The person in charge was not in the location. I left and phoned her with my concern. she did offer for me to return the vehicle however, I don't live anywhere near there, and I was already halfway back home at a later time I requested to be reimbursed half of the detail which was unfortunate denied. I believe it bad customer service when they received close to $11,000 for the repairs and I get a completely filthy car but that's the way they do business do not recommend.

I responded to that text that i just need to know what tome they open, and no response. I ended up leaving at 10:15 a.m. after waiting over 2 hours in their parking lot. I knew the hinges were fine and did not need to be replaced so didn't trust that place. I went to Banda's and they agreed the hinges were fine and it was a straight forward fix. He was very honest about everything and told me upfront what was done. The fix was absolutely perfect, I dropped the car off at 7am and picked it up at 9am same day. VERY happy with the results and the price was reasonable, a lot less expensive than the other shop . I would highly recommend coming here first, very nice and professional people. They even replaced four lights that I didn't notice were already out and even found someone to repair my side view mirror that had been broken off.
