‼Warning‼ ‼Read this before getting work done here‼…read moreI had my car fixed here. They removed little plastic parts/ caps that are hard to find and replace for my car. They denied it was them. They swapped out my battery that was brand new for an old one that died on me when I took my car home. They told me they lost my battery.... I had to get aggressive with them so they would replace my battery. If you look close to the work done (paint, headlights, and front bumper replacement) there's plenty of imperfections in the work. It looks like there's stuff under the paint. My headlamp leak when it rains. The hardware behind the front bumper to mount my license plate is missing. They also like to go to pick a part and get used parts for your car. They'll charge you for new parts though. This is the worst place. If you wanna get swindled. This is the place for you.

Ontop of that they had the vehicle for months and I dropped it off in Fontana and they moved shops moved the vehicle to San Bernardino with them without giving me a heads up so we were forced to pay more for a tow as well I initially chose to give them the business because they were in Fontana (the same city I'm in) and they moved taking the vehicle with them before telling me they're transferring the vehicle

I took my car in for repair and was promised an update as soon as they took it apart and never received an update. I finally drove to the shop to get updated in person. After having my car way longer than they said they'd have it they called and said it was ready. When I showed up there were so many things done incorrectly. Even a screw sticking out of the bumper and the color did not match. I expressed my dissatisfaction and they told me they could fix it again to bring it back in a few weeks. So a few weeks passed and I had to call and text multiple times before I was advised to bring it back. I took it back and after another extended stay it still wasn't right. Once again they told me to take it home and they'd arrange a time for me to bring it back. Several months passed and multiple calls and texts later I was finally told they were working on Uhaul trucks because those were the jobs that were paying. Mind you, my insurance paid for the job in full and it wasn't done satisfactory. So almost 9-10 months later I finally took my car back. It still wasn't completed correctly, but no one returned my calls or texts. A couple times I had some serious issues with the car and Toyota told me to take it back to them to be repaired yet again. By this point I was just done with this company and took a loss and traded in the car. Please do yourself a favor and find a more reputable shop. A shop that will actually answer the phone, not avoid you, and that will get the job done right the first time.
