I had a great experience with this auto body shop. I took my 5th gen 4Runner in to have a new rear wing installed, and Cristian made the whole process incredibly easy. All I had to do was give him my insurance claim number, and he handled everything from there. The new wing was installed perfectly, and the best part was that I didn't have to leave my truck overnight. The work was done quickly, the communication was great, and the entire experience was hassle-free. I highly recommend this shop, and a big thank you to Cristian for the excellent customer service! read more

Brought my car in for repairs and was very satisfied with this business! Christian was very helpful throughout the process from start to finish. Even though the shop wasn't in my insurance network, Christian was very easy to communicate with throughout the claims process as far as damages and were on the same page as the adjuster that reviewed the work needed on my car. The shop was busy but Christian and team made sure to get my parts in a timely manner and return to my car better than before. The color match was also solid. I don't have any complaints and would 10000000% recommend them to anyone needing auto body work. read more

I was in need of installing my Seibon hood pins on my carbon fiber hood, but not many shops were willing to perform this type of install. After searching on Yelp, I came across Alpha Auto Collision in Fontana and decided to give them a call. From the start, I spoke with a younger gentleman named Christian who was very straightforward and had great communication. He made sure I was comfortable with every step of the process, which was really reassuring. I even called the same day and they were able to get me in on such short notice, which I really appreciated. Delfino handled the installation and did an excellent job. He took the time to make sure the alignment was perfect and that everything looked clean and aesthetically right with the hood. What stood out to me the most was the attention to detail--they didn't rush the job and made sure everything was done properly. The install came out super clean and I couldn't be happier with the results. If you're looking for a shop that takes pride in their work and treats your car with care, I definitely recommend Alpha Auto Collision for your auto needs. Thank you guys--you rock read more

Christian and his crew at Alpha Auto Collision went above and beyond to get my 1997 Mazda Miata back on the road. They even helped me with rust spots that I had along the car and did everything they could to make it safe to drive again. After the accident with my car especially it being an older JDM car I was almost ready to give up on my search to repair it. But I found Alpha Auto Collision and they assured me that they could fix it for me. My car came out better than expected and I can seriously recommend these guys. Christian had great attention to detail and was communicative during the whole process. He didn't upsell me and was honest about the pricing and parts and made sure I felt comfortable with each step in the process. read more

I had an excellent experience with Alpha Auto Collision. As someone who values quality workmanship, I was very impressed with the final result. Before making a decision, I obtained estimates from several larger body shops, and some were actually less expensive. However, Christian took the time to carefully inspect my vehicle, explain the repair process, and point out details that others had missed. His assessment was thorough, his recommendations made sense, and he delivered the car exactly when promised. Although Alpha is not a large shop, it is led by Christian's father, a highly experienced technician who clearly takes pride in the quality of his work. Their confidence in their craftsmanship gave me peace of mind, and the final result exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Alpha Auto Collision to anyone looking for a trustworthy body shop. read more

Fast clear communication. Very detailed and professional response. You can tell they really care about the customer and trying to meet their needs to make sure you are well taken care of. read more

This place is the only place I would trust to get my car taken cared of. With my 2024 Rav4 Prime, Christian and his dad was able to perfectly color match my 3-stage pearl white color. They even made the effort in keeping the PPF film on my fender and they quoted me a very reasonable price. Everywhere else was charging me double , if not, even triple the amount he quoted me. I will be coming back for another service, for the PPF film protection, but I wouldn't go anywhere else for a paint job. Please come by and support this family-run business !! read more

I reached out the day prior, and they took my request immediately and got me in the very next day, which I really appreciated. I came in on Monday to have my emblems put back on after a paint job. The service I requested was simple but precise, and it was done perfectly. The gentleman who helped me didn't originally work on my car, but he absolutely nailed the emblem placement. Everything was aligned exactly how it should be, and all I had to do was show him a picture. I showed up around 4 pm and was out by 5:30, which made the experience even better. The price was good for the quality of work. I'm mad at myself for not getting his name, but thank you for putting my Audi back to her original self! read more

You definitely need to think twice about doing business with Alpha Auto Collision. I called and spoke with Christian. I was given a range of prices for the job ($850-$1150) I verbally described. I booked a 8 a.m. apt for the next day. I took the morning off work, and while driving to the apt. Christian called to tell me he doesn't come to work until 9:30. Could I come then? I told him he shouldn't have scheduled the apt. I am over half way to Fontana. Can't someone else there look at the car and give me the estimate? Yes. His father will be there. I really liked the father. He reminded me of my father. The father looked at the damage and called Christian. I do not speak Spanish. Christian told me over the phone he would email me a more precise estimate within the hour. I agreed, thinking they were really efficient. About 4 pm I called and told Christian I had not received the estimate. He said he would send it again- he had an incorrect email. The email never came. When I call to ask again for the estimate, the phone repeatedly goes to voice mail. I am disappointed, need to look elsewhere for another estimate, and all that time was wasted. This was my experience with Alpha Auto Collision. read more

Quite recently, I went to Alpha Auto to repaint my car. For some context, I had a bit of damage to my paint due to reasons of inadequate paint care from the previous owner and dealership. I was looking for a company to paint my car at a reasonable price because I am a college student and I have a budget. This company landed right in my budget without giving me a hassle. Plus they also made me feel comfortable. I don't like leaving my car just anywhere because I put a lot of time and money into it. But when I dropped my car off here, I knew I left it in the right hands. After everything was said and done, I was absolutely amazing by the work they did! I was grinning like a child that had a new toy. My car was absolutely stunning! It was so shiny and you can tell the works were very precise with their work. The customer service was beyond immaculate and the team was very sweet. I would 1000/10 recommend this shop for any of your paint or auto needs!! read more
