Elva is a great, active listener. She was responsive to my every concern about the process to repair my car. A friend was helping me remove a piece of hanging plastic from underneath my car, and after lowering it back down, the hood unexpectedly popped open and wouldn't close fully flush. Thankfully, it still felt latched and secure enough to drive, but the gap left me concerned. I stopped by Seidner's Collision in Fontana as a walk-in to get a quick estimate on repairing the hood. The manager, Cassandra, was incredibly kind and came out to take a look when another staff member was busy. Within about 10 minutes, she brought my car back fully fixed! She explained that the hood latch had been bent when the car was jacked up, and she was able to make a quick adjustment so the hood could now close perfectly flush. Both Cassandra and the front desk receptionist provided excellent customer service from start to finish. I truly appreciate their kindness, efficiency, and expertise. In mid-July, my car got scratched and dented on the left passenger side in a parking structure. I did not witness the event, but I was lucky enough to have gotten a note from the driver who cause the impact. After exchanging information, I was tasked to select a wide variety of centers nearby. I was recommended to choose Seidner's by close family members for they have gone to this center before. This was my first time that I ever gotten in a situation like this. I did not know what to expect and I was nervous. Seidner's staff were extremely sweet and kind. They have walked me through the process; I felt more assured and less anxious about the whole situation. John Allen, my estimator, took care of my car. He always kept me updated with the car's progress. But, what stood out was John's advocacy for further coverage for the damages on my car from the other driver's insurance; he felt that the quota that insurance gave was extremely low. Upon further inspection, John noticed that my left rear tire cap was completely busted and my driver's door was more dented than what was captured from the footage. For this, he argued to have the coverage costs increased from the other insurance. Because of John's excellent service, I am extremely grateful to have gone to Seidner's. He insured me my truck would be very well taken care of and John did exactly what he said. Here are my first impressions of Seidners. I have a future appt to drop off my car, so I will update after the work has been done. I was caught off guard when entering the shop because I'd been in communication w Cassandra over the phone who was so kind & friendly, but when I came in person, the front desk girl named Elva was incredibly unwelcoming. Her tone was immediately very annoyed when she asked if I had an appt. I'm a very friendly, non intimidating person, so I was unsure why I was treated that way from her. That was a horrible first impression of this shop as she is one of the first people who are meant to kindly greet you & direct you to where you need to go. You'd think you were at the DMV with how unwelcoming she was upon first entering. It almost made me want to choose another shop. Luckily Cassandra stepped in as soon as she saw that interaction & took over, which absolutely made up for that. Cassandra got a rough estimate of my car's damage & answered all my questions with patience. I've been going through a lot because my Grandma had passed away & this collision came at a bad time, so Cassandra's kindness & empathy made a difference in making this process more bearable. She explained the process in detail, was very transparent, offered advice & even said she'd get one of her workers to drop me off at home if I didn't go the rental car route. I appreciated her help very much. She was personable, knowledgeable, patient & empathetic. When we walked back inside, Cassandra had to go through Elva's computer to adjust my appt date. Elva continued to frown & didn't acknowledge me or make eye contact with me after Cassandra helped me. It's so strange to have a person like that running the front desk. She seemed really miserable. After Cassandra gave me my appt date, we said mutual goodbyes & as expected, with no warm greeting from Elva when I entered, there was no "have a nice day, we'll see you soon" or anything from her when I left. Not sure if she just chooses who she'd like to be friendly to or what, but I'm hoping that management can address that, because for customers like myself who are going through a tough time, those kind interactions really make a difference. An insurance repair for a fender bender. Seidner did the estimate and repair. They assisted with getting to the car rental agency. Repair was done within time estimated. The repair work looks fantastic. All of the staff were more than helpful with questions and timing, and kept me updated as needed. This was our second insurance repair with Seidner's, and I would definitely use them again, and would heartily recommend them to anyone for repair work. I just wish they had a bigger customer parking area. On the prior repair, we had them paint the entire body area, not just the minimal damaged area. Reasonable and excellently done. read more

I have to downrate the experience with this repair center, and I REALLY do not want to as they have been completely helpful and do GREAT work. However, I have two issues. First, when I dropped off the vehicle I expressly explained that there is an intermittent issue with the radio where the radio would shut off and/or reboot then stay off or come back on, that was not there before the accident. The adjuster made a note of it, however, when I went to pick up the vehicle the radio had not been looked at and when we turned it on it played for a bit then shut off, and rebooted. Second, is that there are three stickers that were not replaced due to them not being available before the pick up date. This should have been communicated to me prior to the pick up date so I could decide if I should leave it with them to be fixed, or pick it up and bring it back. read more

Took my car in after getting hit and my front bumper was torn off. They did such a great job, great team with great customer service and the car came out as good as new. They took the car on the spot and gave a realistic time frame. They gave constant updates via text and my car was done almost 4 days sooner than projected. Took 6 days in total Janeth was specifically great. This was all paid through my insurance so I really can't speak for how pricing compares to others. Final Bill to replace my cooler, front bumper replaced and painted, and Honda sensor remounted and replaced all came out to 4.3k. So use that for comparison if you need to. read more

1/5/22 my daughter was involved in an accident in the evening. 1/6/22 we opted to take her car in to this shop as we had work completed on other cars here. We had to wait until the 13th due to the shop being busy. We reviewed the damage with mark Duran and were advised the car would be ready 1/28. Two weeks. Not too bad and not really long enough to call in for a rental car. 1/25 I get a text saying they are well on their way to completion on the due date. 1/28 comes and mid day we receive a call from mark letting us know that the car is in paint but they were still waiting on parts and that they needed another week. I thought it a bit strange that they were still waiting on parts on the delivery date but hey shit happens I guess. The date was updated to 2/3/22. I call the shop to see what time I can get the car and I'm told it's not ready we're waiting for parts. Mark was very nonchalant and said well Covid you know. It's affecting everything you can see it on the news . I get it Covid is a great excuse for everyone in any industry but on delivery day? Come on mark do better. These are The same parts from a week ago. This case was poorly managed and now The new date is 2/9/22. I requested at this time daily updates seeing as how they can't hit a date to save their lives. The next day I get, parts pending update Monday. 2/8 I get parts are scheduled for 2/8-9. 2/9 finally comes and I get a call at 5pm stating cars ready we close at 530. We haul ass down to get the car that's 2 weeks late and the first thing I notice is the front left fender where the impact was is totally misaligned. I point it out and mark hem hawed around and then admitted it's not right. Tells me to call him to setup a day to bring it in I agreed. We get home and pull the car in under led lights in the garage and that's when I see how crappy the qc is at this shop. In all the bumper both fenders the hood and door were painted. Everyone of them has runs, orange peel debris in it. Helen Keller could have seen the poor quality in this paint job! I notify the shop and Statefarm. Now the shop wants to provide a rental to a driver over 25 on my credit card after they shit the bed on the repairs. I have been quoted 3500$ to fix the paint on a 5k$ repair. Once this car is fixed to a resealable standard it will be the last time I use them. I will also be sharing this review on as many platforms as possible. The fact that mark and his manager Josh Thomas are okay with work like this is nuts. You both should be ashamed. Update. Josh reached out regarding the shoddy work on the car and we returned it for "repair" work. They did get the car repairs completed but it did take another 1.5 weeks. Really wish the qc could have been done the first time around. read more

My insurance actually recommended the collision center and I was pleasantly surprised. Elva at reception ( not sure her official title) was welcoming, and efficient. John was upfront clear and honest with start to finish times. What is incredible is how quickly they were able to get all the work done and how they sent me updates and called to check in through out the entire process. Gave me my car back with a good sized paint scratch so I had to take my car back again so they could repaint it & then they scratched another spot!!!
