I got in contact with the regional manager and they asked me to take it to this Fontana location. They fixed all my issues in May 2025. An unrelated incident happened recently and I decided to go back to this caliber shop, because they did a great job last time. Picked up the truck today and was very pleased. Finished ahead of schedule and got it done right. They assured me lifetime warranty as long as I own the truck and told me to inspect it all to make sure everything looked fine. So I live where there are Caliber Collision locations closer to my home. I've been to the one in Upland but I thought I'd give the Fontana location a try because I wasn't the happiest at the Upland location. And although it was a little drive, it was so worth it!! Jesse the general manager worked with me to get my vehicle back in a timely manner. I didn't think I would get my car back so fast because last time my car was in the shop it took several weeks. It's been 4 months and Caliber still has not remedied their wrong. The manager promised me a full detailing of my car after I picked it up with all the interior issues. I've called them numerous times and it's been one excuses after another - too busy, the detailer is outsourced and Caliber has no control of their schedule, promised to call me back. And don't be fooled by that comment from their "management." I've sent them an email as their ask but I never got a response. Caliber is only trying to save face at this point, but they have failed miserably. At this point, I would not trust Caliber or any of their contractors/agents to touch my car. I talked about Gema who was our Service Advisor over the weekend to some family and friends about her service and suggested to ask for her for repair needs. I bragged about how she kept me informed through the repairs and kept their promise to hit the target date like an arrow. On June 28, I sent two mechanics to inspect my car. Jesse, an employee of Caliber, told the second mechanic, "I am sending a different mechanic to inspect the car." I called Jesse and asked him why he shared the information that another mechanic had already seen my car. Jesse said, "I did NOT tell him not to share the information." I replied, "Why do you feel the need to share information about my car or myself?" Jesse replied, "He is busy." Based on that exchange, Jesse left the second mechanic in the lobby for an extended period of time. My car sat at Caliber from 06/06/2024 to 06/27/2024 ( maybe while charging storage fee to the insurance company) until AAA called me and stated that my car is a total loss. Caliber and Jesse do NOT respect clients' privacy. This was extremely unprofessional, and this information did not need to be shared. I am very disappointed in the service based on Jesse's sharing information with an unauthorized person. Per Gabby from AAA, Juan stated the company will put me in a renter car. However with a special needs child, Juan is requesting for me to return the rental, and Caliber will rent me a car. (Simple things like changing the car could affect my special needs daughter. Why do I need to switch cars? Today 3rd, Juan is not in the office until Monday, and there is no word on the rental car. Just stay away from this branch. read more

I broke off my Toyota Prius's shark fin antenna while backing out of my garage. This turned into a $5,614.01 repair bill from Caliber and another $620 to the Toyota dealer to determine why several warning messages were going off after Caliber had my car. The one star rating is for 3 reasons. (1) Caliber broke my windshield during the repair process and charged me for the replacement. (2) Several warning messages were being displayed when I picked up my car from Caliber. I never had any problems with warning messages during the 4 years I've owned the car. I needed to bring the car to the dealer for them to remedy this. The dealership couldn't pinpoint the exact connection causing the issue but mentioned it may have been a connection in the dash. Because of this Caliber didn't cover the dealer fee. (3) The car was received back with dirt and creases in the head liner. I was able to remove the dirt but not the creases. ***Update, never heard back from the person from Caliber that replied to this review even after emailing them several times.*** read more
