These guys took really good care of me. And as a walk-in, in a downpour, I was really grateful. My rear passenger window was stuck and partially down, which was a mess for me as I'm a delivery driver and winter storms were coming. I called ahead and asked if they could help me just bring the window up, as I didn't have the money to fix it all the way. They assured me they would take a look at it as a courtesy. Alex greeted me when I arrived and was very professional, courteous and quick. He and his team brought my window up and secured it within 10 minutes, free of charge. From the time I walked in to Caliber, everyone was very friendly and accommodating and the whole process for the repair proposal took only 15 minutes or so. I was told by my insurance that one of the places they work with was Caliber Collision on Cherry Ave in fontana. I chose to use them. I called them the day after my accident and Wawanesa already sent over the claim to Caliber Collision. I called at 750 am and was told they had an opening at 830 930 and 1030. I took the 830 and met with Nancy at the front desk. She was so nice and took care of the paperwork fast. My rental car was not yet there so she called and they came right away. I loved the up to date text messages they sent letting me know about my car. I worked with Alex and he was also very awesome. He stayed about 20 minutes late with Nancy for me to pick up my car. The car looks great. I also left a few valuables in the car and they were not taken. I love this place read more

I was referred by my insurance company (AAA) to this location for an estimate on the minor damages of my vehicle. The employees were nice but unreliable. I clearly told them about where the damages were located and failed to include on the estimate the bumper damage. This caused a delay to get my car fixed with an estimate that was not valid when I went another shop because the insurance also don't listen to their customers. That's another story. If Caliber Collision did not listen to my concerns about the location of damages, I simply cannot trust them with my vehicle for reparations. It an unfortunate experience. read more
