If I could give negative stars, I would. I brought my car to this Caliber Collision location after the Rancho shop failed to install a spoiler correctly and somehow, this location managed to be even worse. First of all, the so-called "installer" thought it was acceptable to mount a spoiler with just ONE strip of 3M double-sided tape. Seriously? That's not just lazy, it's completely unprofessional and dangerous. To make things worse, they flat-out lied to me about the previous location's damage. I was told there was "no risk to the paint" from their glue attempt, which turned out to be a total lie. There was damage, and they knew it. This whole experience has been a nightmare of dishonesty, corner-cutting, and total lack of integrity. It took FOUR failed attempts with Caliber Collision before I finally gave up and went to a completely different shop that did it right on the first try. I've wasted countless hours and energy on this company, and all I got in return was stress, lies, and sloppy work. Avoid this place at all costs when dealing with your insurance, take it to the dealerships recommended shop unless you enjoy being lied to and watching amateurs destroy your car. read more

Brought my vehicle based on a previous positive experience I had years ago with another vehicle. This experience was not as pleasant, as far as the office employees were very kind, helpful, and friendly. Costumer service was good but when it came down to quality of service on my vehicle was very disappointing. My husband and I inspected the vehicle once it was ready the presentation of my vehicle was a streaky and water spotted wash like it was rushed and uncared for. The inside had dirt/dust from the mechanics I'm assuming, they did "try" to clean it to be returned to my possession. We then noticed the replaced headlight had moisture inside of it, some areas of the paint look like it was painted over some debris, and my passenger back door now makes a creaking noise when opened. I decided to bring it to the attention of Caliber the headlight and door only because I could not afford to be with out my vehicle any longer. Knowing how long a re paint could possibly take. They ordered a new headlight replacement and oiled my door up to I assume quite the squeaking noise. I appreciate it but once again it was the quality of the work. The oil was sprayed so profusely it leaked down and stained my trim on the outside of my vehicle, finally the headlight was in new condition. I did tell the associate who helped me that it was staining my car and she proceeded to try and clean it off and couldn't. She told me it would breakdown and eventually come off. Which I hope it does and she is right. I just feel the carelessness and integrity of the work all together is falling very short. I wanted to leave with my vehicle at the very least in the condition it once was before the accident and now it is not. I shouldn't have to worry about a stain to "eventually" breakdown or to even had to be brought back a second time. I believe these vehicles should be held to a higher standard of quality of work and inspection before returned to owner. It's kinda disappointing overall. read more

2024 Honda Accord Sport Hybrid with front end damage. (Accord vs large dog). Steve was my point of contact and was amazing. He provided updates with pictures for virtually every stage of my repair. Steve and his team had to go on a hunt for a particular part, that Honda said (basically) "good luck". Apparently being a Hybrid and brand new, certain parts are not readily available. Anyway Steve put the request out, found the part in Santa Ana and immediately sent his parts person to get it. He didn't want to take a chance that it would "disappear" if he waited. When I received my car back, it looked beautiful, runs like a new car should. No issues and it's been about 6 weeks since I've had it back. Had a crash that moderately affected the rear corner of my car. It was brought to Caliber Collision as per insurance co request. For unknown reasons, "someone" at Caliber Collision claimed my car was previously involved in a crash and therefore, was unable/unwilling to fix it! I've had my car 8 years. Never had a crash on my watch before. Anyway, car was towed back to my address with what appeared to be a game of Tic Tac Toe being played all over the body! "Someone" drew an X or an O next to every body blemish which was odd since I only brought it in for accident damage which they refused to touch. And whatever was used to draw on it didn't exactly wash right off. Oh, and I had a few $$ in coins in my console which was gone when I got my graffitied car back. If I could give it zero stars I would! I had my SUV fixed at this location as per insurance recommendation! They fixed it and it was done and ready in about a week! They gave me a call and said the only thing left was to check that the sensors and cameras were functioning correctly! They gave it back to me and the front seats and dashboard/windshield were cleaned! However, not even two weeks after it was fixed my multi vision camera stoped working and all my safety features are disabled! I called this location and asked to speak to Ethan who was in charge of my repair while there! He told me to take it in to him so he could check it out! I did as I was told and he said my tech guy comes out when we have cars ready to check I can give you a call when we have him scheduled so he can see what's going on! I'm like okay cool, just call me and let me know so we can arrange a time and date! I got my SUV back on 9/20, took it back for him to check out on 10/11 and had not heard anything from him two weeks after! So I called and asked to speak with him naturally he had left for the day already it was not even 4 pm yet! So I left a message for him to call me back! Here we are in the month of December and still no follow up or phone call! Needless to say I will ask for a different repair shop if needed in the future! People with old cars go at your own risk specially when the insurance pays for the repairs, neither the insurance or the auto repair shop want to take responsibility, I was referred by an auto insurance which one of their clients hit my truck from the back, this auto repair shop replaced my backup bumper but as you can see they put one sensor black and left the others silver, their story because the manufacturers don't make them silver anymore because my car's year model is old, told me to pay out of my pocket if I want to replace the others, the thing is that my sensors were working perfectly when I took my truck to the shop, this was supposed to be a cosmetic repair, I'm not satisfied with the results. read more
