When entering, there are two lovely ladies that are so kind and welcoming. The shop took care of my car, Baymax very quickly and expertly. They also were very great at keeping me informed of my status and expected time to pick up my baby. When I picked up my car, I did notice something a little off and they were amazing to take care of the minor fix. My OCD would've gone nuts if that minor detail was not fixed. I was able to have it corrected very promptly and with such responsive care. If I ever need any auto body for my car (fingers crossed not ever), I will absolutely come to Foothill Auto Body!! Thank you for taking such great care of my Baymax. He looks beautiful again!!

OMG!!! The absolute WORST in customer service. Promised return calls, by Danny -NEVER did. Only to hear " oh sorry" - very aloff and uncaring vibe all the way around. I was very specific when I spoke to Danny that I wanted factory parts. NOT AFTER MARKET!! My Lexus was promised Friday it would be ready no word until late Monday. Only to arrive and they forgot to put on a part! Plus bumper wasn't even on correctly had to go back!! 2x Car had dirty footprints from work boots and dirt on passenger seat. The bumper still is not flush on my car, and I called today and spoke to Jose the manager, and he looked on my paperwork and they did NOT use factory parts. So now they've ordered the factory part. I'm going to have to bring my car in again. And get a rental car and wait until its done ! I honestly can't understand how they stay in business.. Jose also said I'm not the only one w Issues from the Rancho Cucamonga location!!! If your looking for quality service and workmanship- please keep looking... I was glad to find all magic to be Mazda certified and close to home so it was a no brainer taking it there. My car is rhodium white which tends to be a difficult color to match as well as it being a three stage paint so I was pretty worried about getting the right place to work on my car. When I got to all magic, I was greeted by Jose. Jose helped and provided me with a very detailed estimate for the work needed for my car. Once my insurance approved I dropped off my car and it took about 2 weeks for the work to be complete. There was a couple of hiccups but Jose did a great job at taking care of it. Jose has great customer service and people skills. Overall, I am very pleased with the results. You can't even tell anything happened to my car. I also have a piece of mind knowing that it has been done to Mazda's standards. They also mentioned that all their work has lifetime warranty which is awesome. Thanks again for getting my car back to new!

When I picked up my car from my original mechanic after the transmission was replaced, I noticed it was making strange noises, felt very sluggish, and lacked power. I went to Green's Auto Shop and spoke with Jim, who told me the mechanic wanted to keep the car for about 10 days to perform a thorough bumper-to-bumper inspection. Jim later reached out and explained that the transmission was slipping badly, the engine fan was loose and causing the rattling noise, and the strumming noise indicated additional repairs were needed. I explained to Jim that I had paid over $4,200 to my original mechanic for a used transmission. He informed me that if I had come to him first, he could have installed a brand-new transmission for about the same price. I am very disappointed that I spent so much money only for my car to have the same problems--and even more. I truly appreciate Jim and everyone at his shop for helping me. I will definitely be returning for any future repairs. Thanks again Jim & Green's Auto.
