Eddie and all the staff in the front office were great to work with. Given the complexity of my situation, the entire staff at Caliber Rialto made me feel taken care of and were very responsive with my questions. 10/10 would totally recommend. I hope I never have to come back, but incase I do... this location is my first option. read more

My husband and I brought our car to this shop for repairs after an accident. Initially, we were very impressed with the customer service and how quickly the repairs were completed. Our vehicle was ready in less than two weeks, and we were pleased with the results when we first picked it up. However, the following day, we noticed that the bumper clips had not been installed correctly. We brought the vehicle back within the same week, and we were told that the clips had been replaced. Unfortunately, the bumper still looked the same. When we brought the issue to their attention again, we were told they could not make any additional repairs because it might appear as though my husband and I had caused the damage ourselves. This was very disappointing, especially since we reported the issue almost immediately after receiving the vehicle back. Although our experience started off positively, we are disappointed with how this concern was ultimately handled. We are now having to look for another repair shop to properly fix the bumper clips. read more

It's a very busy morning, the parking lot was full. There were some technicians outside that greeted me and asked if I needed help. As I entered the building Claudia greeted me as well, she was very welcoming. They checked my car in for repairs and called for a rental vehicle for me. While I waited inside they had a small snack bar and coffee for customers. I'm working with insurance company on repairs suggested, so the value must be good. read more

I got swiped by an uninsured driver. When my front left bumper got hit, my license plate and some pieces broke off. I've always heard of Caliber Collision, but never thought I'd ever have to take my car to one of their shops. ***Let me just say if I could give this shop more stars, I would***Eddie was the gentleman that worked on my vehicle and brought it back to life. He updated me along the way daily via text until my car was ready to be picked up. After pick up, he called to do a follow up to see if everything is ok. Anthony the manager, is such a kind soul when he handed back my keys. They didn't need to do this, but if you look at my photos, not only did they repair the damages, they went above and beyond and even buffed my headlights! It's crystal clear & look like the day I first bought my car. My car is a 2012 Honda pilot and has been through a lot! It had so much sparkle and shine after I picked it up I can't explain. Bottom line, I would 100% recommend this shop if your car need repairs after a collision. THANK YOU Caliber Collision for taking care of my car! read more

Horrible service and rude. Dont waste your time or money! I thought they were an honest business, but I guess not.

whatever good reviews this place has are bought. I brought my car in after someone side swiped it and was told in the initial visit that it would be an easy fix. They tried giving it back with a loose bumper, cracked paint, residue on my light, and bubbles on the paint. I brought my car back to have these details fixed and they returned it with white specs on my paint after expressing my concerns the first time. I then brought it back a third time after realizing this shop broke a clip inside of my trunk when it was being painted the second time. Ive unfortunately had to return even after all that because my bumper was not aligned properly. Anthony was pleasant and did everything to fix the error however Id never recommend a body shop that took 4 try's to correct 1 side swipe. read more

Seriously excellent service.. I wanted to change my Chevy emblem sign to black I called them up and long behold the greatest customer service person answered the phone by the name of Jason. I told him my situation and what I was trying to do. He asked me how soon would I like to switch out my emblem I said today at 11 on my lunch. He said ok, I checked in a little after 11, and I was literally out by 11:30. My suburban is complete with matching black emblems thanks to Caliber! This shop is terrible I brought my truck here in august of 2024. My truck was in and out of their shop four different times for repairs because they could not do the repair correctly. I had a minor fender bender just a cracked plastic bumper that needed to be replaced along with a few other small parts. The first time I gave them my truck to fix they called me about a week later saying its ready for pick up, I pick it up and go home and the bumper snapped out of place and wouldn't snap back in I gave let them know they told me to bring it back at a different date so they can work on it. Another week they have it and call me , when I go to pick it up I immediately can see the bumper is snapped out of place I walk back in and let them know they had someone from there shop go look at it and he literally tries to mush the bumper back into place obviously that didn't work so I have to schedule another date for them to work on it. They told me they used 3rd party parts because my insurance wanted to. Instead of recommending oem parts for the repairs to my insurance the second time I brought it back they kept putting more cheap parts on my truck. The fourth time I brought it in they swapped some brackets for the bumper which is still an after market bumper with oem brackets holding it in place now it will pop out on one corner as soon as I drive it and I can pop it back in place after. Ive been trying to get them to fix it with all oem parts for about 5-6 months now the service advisor Eddie said about October of 2024 they sourced a bumper for me and are waiting for my insurance to sign off on the repair, I gave them months without bugging them about it I called caliber around January they to get an update and Eddie told me they needed to source a bumper which they already told me they had for it. I stayed patient and called 4/22/25 and they said Eddie is out back in the shop and they'll put me on hold for him so I can get an update and after 10 minutes on hold they hanged up the call and did not call back. This shop does not care about customers or doing a good job. I was lied to everytime I was told they'd reach out to give me updates the only time they called me when they said they were was when I needed to esign the repair forms so they could collect their money from my insurance. This shop doesn't care about customers or doing a good job. I DON'T UNDERSTAND HOW ITS BEEN 9 MONTHS SINCE I FIRST GIVEN THEM MY TRUCK AND ITS STILL NOT REPAIRED FOR A MINOR FENDER BENDER. read more
