Not even worth a star - how do I begin- Out car was taken here by our insurance it's been 2 months finally picked it up our car and the day we pick it up the axle breaks off my right side of my tire....broken (did they even fix it car was in an accident) we could have been in a serious reck take the car back because they didn't have a tow truck to to pick it up we had to call AAA to transport the car there and they accuse us and say it's our fault Seriously!! They said the car would be ready in a week it's been a week and they keep telling stories. I honestly don't know what to do if anyone has any advice please reply to my post!!! read more

The front desk girl Jasmine was polite enough to me, they had mints, coloring books and crayons for the little ones, and a tv in the waiting room with the Food Network on. It all went downhill when I was introduced to the person who was to do my estimate... except he wasn't there. Shout out to Frank, what's up brah? So I got Kurk and boy, oh boy, was he in a hurry. Probably don't come here at 4 PM, no one seems that into doing work. Why do I say that, you ask? Well, he took one look at my busted up car and assumed I was trying to take them for a ride in my Kia's backseat. Kurk was pretty rude about my estimate and barely looked at my ghetto car. Maybe if I had brought in my Mercedes in that shape, and not come straight form the gym, I would have been treated like a person who had been in an accident and wanted to fix their car. Instead, my car was looked ay for 1-2 minutes at most. Despite my bumper having been shifted. And when I explained that my car battery may have been affected because it was having issues starting, he shut me down quick. People, this tells you a lot about the auto shop if they treat you this way. Stick to mom and pop auto shops, these auto body chains are full blown garbage. The best part came when he didn't even know who he was sending the information too! Homeboy straight up did not give two fucks who was getting my car pictures and personal information. He was about to send my file to MetLife. And when I corrected him politely, he got all defensive! "Well I have never heard of them." Aren't I the one that's supposed to be getting information from you, Kurk? I wish I had gone to the shop of my choice but the silver lining is I have Triple AAA now. I have brought several vehicles here in the past. They have always done great work here in the last 10 years. So I do give it up for the guys in the back, the body technicians doing the real hard work making this place look good. But I have always been treated terrible here. Customer service wise. My insurance tells me that this place has an opening and they will contact me to get the vehicle towed there. I live less than a mile from this place so I call caliber and let them know that don't send a tow. I'll be driving it there because of the proximity I live from the location. To save time and not waste resources. I live less than a mile from this place, So I drive vehicle to the location myself I checked in with adriana and let her know that I'm there and then she's like well It was supposed to be tow and I tell her I understand that but it's already here I drove it myself when I called earlier to tell you not to send a tow truck, but you didn't comprehend what I was trying to tell you and you just talked over me and set up the tow anyways so I'll let you do what you wanted to do. Half the time you were helping me over the phone you were talking with somebody else in your office and laughing. But now I'm here in person to let you know what the situation is. She tells me she can't take the vehicle because it does not have an appointment I was like what do you mean? You guys said you guys had an opening but because it didn't get tow here, you guys don't wanna take it so then I asked her can I speak to your manager or the owner? She walked to the back room she look concerned then, but just stood there just looked over came back and told me they're on the phone and I was like oh I wait no big deal five minutes later some lady comes out older lady And I explain the situation and she was like we can't take it because it doesn't have an appointment and I was like it was set up by the insurance that you guys had an opening but because It didn't get tow you guys won't take it. She said it was deem un drivable by the insurance company so It had to be towed there, but even though I drove it and it was outside on the their parking lot. She had a poor attitude too, and was just talking over me. The older lady pretty much told me if you don't like it take you're business somewhere else. Never been treated so bad before from a business. You call people on their BS and this is the way they treat you. I did talk to Frank later on that day over the phone to get a ETA from the tow company that Adriana never got back to me which she was supposed to, five hours later. I find it funny that they would do an estimate on the repairs but then later they're like we are not gonna fix it because we don't feel capable of doing it, right. Unreal all Caliber did is waste time and my insurance company wasn't happy with them either. just gave them the runaround why they did not take the vehicle when It was already there. then three days later, telling them that they were not going to fix it. read more

My first time getting in an accident, and Kurt made the whole process of getting my car fixed easy! He called/ left voicemails of any & every update they had on my car.
