My father has been coming here for years so when my husband asked a good place to get his car fixed, my dad recommended this specific location. My husband said they did a great job on his car but there were a few minor mistakes. When they told him his car was ready for pick up, we went to retrieve it but upon inspection, one specific part of his car was not painted the correct color. They painted one area of the car the wrong color. They told him to come back in a few days. They did correct the issue. Then, the emblem on the side of the car was incorrect. He has a specific motor and they ordered the wrong piece. He was a bit upset because they had all the information, a picture of the car before it was worked on, and the information from the dodge dealership. They told him to call before he brought it back so they could swap it out. When he called, he was told the man was with another customer and he would call him back but he never did. My husband called and called but to no avail. He eventually said forget it. He's going to order it himself. But it's the principle. If someone is paying for a job to to be properly executed, and they already PAID, they should have kept their world and fixed the problem. (After my husband paid, the man still told him he would be able to bring the car back.) I guess since they got the money, they didn't care anymore. But nonetheless, he's satisfied with the job. read more

Early last month someone backed into my car while at a signal. Their insurance gave me a list of places to go to and out of all the options Caliber Collision was the only one that had even close to decent reviews. They tried their best to get me into their schedule but because of the holidays I had to wait it out a little bit. I'm so glad I waited! I am not disappointed with the job they did. Kurt kept me informed letting me know approx when my car would be ready and the repairs that were needed. Very professional and thorough. Even upon setting foot on the property, all of the employees seemed to be very polite and friendly. Striving to take an Interest and maintaining a positive attitude. When I came to pick up my car, it had been washed, vacuumed, and smelled amazing! I hope I'm never in an accident again but rest assured if I am, I'll be returning to Caliber Collision! read more

Caliber collision is an outstanding place to have your vehicle serviced, from the very beginning to the end of the repairs they had great costumer service and made it seem like they appreciated my vehicle just as much as I do. I had the technician named Eddie and informed him that this was my first accident and that I care a lot about my vehicle, he said he understood and he would help me as much as possible to make the process go smoothly. He gave me weekly updates with the information broken down, along with providing me with all the options available for the changes being made to my vehicle.and called me with the options I had breaking down every step to see which would best be in my interest. He is an excellent employee, and would highly recommend anyone to go to. Caliber Collision and be seen with Eddie. read more

Terrible communication to the point where I actually had to go down there in person, to see about my car. My truck was hit in a parking lot. The insurance company asked me to take it to Caliber for an estimate. I was a bit skeptical about having them do the repair because I hadn't had an experience with them. I took a chance and the experience was great. Stephen took care of everything from start to finish. He was very professional and even gave me a ride back and forth to the rental car office. Christina in the front office was always friendly and helpful too. The repair was completed in a week. Very happy with the work and customer service. I would highly recommend them! read more
