Customer service is awesome! Such positive and helpful staff. They help me out quickly each time ! Thank you Caliber Collision

This shop is amazing! Instead of making you drop your car off and wait while they order the parts and fix it like many shops do, Caliber orders the parts and has your drop your car off when the parts come in minimizing the time your without your car. I work as a nurse with a crazy schedule and they were flexible with my drop off date and had my car back to me the next day! I cannot say enough good things about this place! They even made arrangements for my rental car to be picked up at their shop so that I would not have to drive another 20min to return it!! Good Work, Fast Turn Around, Professional Staff! I will definitely be coming here in the future should the need arise again. read more

My car was damage in the front in a car accident and I took it to Caliber Collision to get my damages repaired. Just came to pick it up and it looks really good. They did an amazing job on repairing the damage's to my mustang I would truly recommend to go to Caliber Collision to get your car repaired read more

After only owning my new car for a month I was hit while being parked. The damage wasn't too severe, but I wanted it fixed. The insurance worked quickly to resolve it for me and recommended Caliber Collision to me. I was met with a friendly front desk staff and the girl at the counter was very professional as well. In addition to that, Kurt and his team did a fantastic job repairing my vehicle and the paint looks great. I was a little worried about matching the paint because it's somewhat of a unique color, but it looks good as new! The repair was supposed to take 5 days, but they had it done in 3 which saved me money on my rental. Overall I'm very impressed with this company and if ever I need their services again, I will be back :). Thank you again! read more

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. I would recommend Caliber Collision to all my friends and family. Jessica the service adviser was sympathetic and made the process super easy and Jasmine the receptionist always had a smile on her face. I spoke with Frank once when Jessica was out to lunch and he had an amazing sense of humor. Great atmosphere. Thank you for everything. read more

Didn't even bring my car in the person Jasmine that answered the phone was very rude and unprofessional and you can tell that she definitely didn't know what she was talking about! When I requested to speak with her Supervisor Ricky all of a sudden he wasn't available. Than after I requested to speak with him she became rider and started talking over me. This is a very touchy thing with dropping off a car that was damaged she was speaking to me as if I was bugging her. Not sure how their work is because I will not bring in my 2019 to someone that is that unprofessional and employs such unprofessional Personnel!!!! read more

Absolutely loved taking my car here. They were quick, and always kept me updated. Thank you to Jessica and her team in making this the easiest thing ever! read more

I brought my car here because my insurance recommended this place but the experience was HORRIBLE. I had to wait 2 months to get my vehicle back and when I did get it the job was sloppy with, overspray, rushed weather stripping and my tailgate wasn't working. After calling back and complaining about the rushed/unfinished work, they kept my car for 2 more weeks because they couldn't figure out what was wrong with my tailgate. They ended up taking it to the dealer itself. I don't have a rare car people, I have and Acura. When my vehicle was picked up the second time, I noticed a flaw and was told to put Double sided tape to fix the issue. Ridiculous, Nevertheless, the annoying part was the non communication. Companies like this need to realize WE are the customer and updates are appreciated and looked forward to.The client shouldn't have to follow up on status of their own vehicle. I felt as if the company was well paid by my insurance yet not a simple call was done and to top it off when my vehicle was returned to me my tank was on empty. If I could give ZERO stars I would. I would think twice before taking the vehicle in. read more

My insurance recommended I come here for my repairs after my car was side swiped. I emailed the estimate, and I was asked by the receptionist come in at 1pm on Monday for them to take a look, order parts, etc. Good thing I called first before showing up because the guy in charge wasn't even available!! I had to wait a whole hour since I drove from San Bernardino. When I got there at 2 I still waited another 15 minutes. Then I was finally greeted and when we walked outside, he almost immediately said he wouldn't be able to work on my car as he laughed at the estimate he held in his hands. I contacted my insurance right away after I left and they said he had no right to deny services to me, regardless of what the estimate says, Caliber could have contacted and requested a change/adjustment to the estimate to make it WORK. He pretty much didn't wanna deal with us for whatever reason. Very unprofessional and rude also. Receptionist was nice though I give them that..... read more

I just wanted to add to my previous, while they had my truck they said the battery went dead. So they charged my insurance 200 for an oem battery, even though the battery I had was oem and had 7 year free replacement and it was only 3 years old. WTF how they going to charge for a battery that was free. U just have to watch these guys they will screw u any chance they get. read more

Came to fix my car after getting hit on the back. Once i picked up my vehicle i noticed they did such an amazing job. No regrets. Recently, I got side swiped by another car and had to find a shop to fix my brand new 2021 Camry. I called soo many different places in different cities! All places were either rude or had a really long waiting list close to 1-2 months out. I was so frustrated and wanted to give up. The next shop I called was caliber collision in Rialto. I spoke with Carlos. He was very calm, polite and very helpful! He reassured me that he was able to help me and within a shorter time frame. I decided to drop my car off and give them a try. Carlos was very patient, very kind, kept me up todate with everything that was happening with my car. My car was back to me within 2 weeks! My car is so pretty again! Usually, I don't leave reviews but Carlos and his team deserves an honest, great review! I give them 10 stars! If anyone needs collision work done on their car, call Carlos! I'm truly grateful for finding this shop. Thank you again Carlos. read more

Excellent customer service. With The pandemic they make sure everything is clean and keep a safe distance. Only 3 customers allowed in at a time. We went in to get our bumper fixed and we were in and out within 5 minutes. read more

I took my car in after a accident they repair it but made damages to the car in the process and didn't want to claim responsibility for them. Please don't bring your car here if you do make sure you take pictures of your car inside and out and when you get your car back look it over before driving away!! read more

the car looks great . good customer service and helpful with rental assistance . My car needed repair after getting hit on the freeway . Thanks read more

I've brought vehicles here before and was satisfied with the work but today I came to pick up my 2020 Honda Civic and got it worse than I left it and when I asked why the answer I got was " shit happens when it's in a parking lot" I had over spray on my tire and rim scratches where they masked off. The piss poor attitude from Mr.Kurt Root my left me speechless. My last vehicle I brought was the color white and this vehicle is the color black so I can understand how hard it is to get it just right but I'm also work service industry and I know you don't treat people like that. So my suggestion is don't bring a dark colored vehicle into this establishment or if you do try someone that isn't "Mr.Kurt Root"! read more

My son had his car repaired under ins claim the cost $10.000 .. His under car sheild the plastic clips broke off. Which is common as there plastic. Especially on a low porfile vehicle its impossible not to hit stuff on road.. Which caused the shield to get hung up on things.. After a family member checked car noticed wheel.well cover was also lose and clips missing..As well as front bumper was loose. Which proceedingly got worse. My son called ins co first..They stated contact caliber collision as life time warranty. When he did and spoke to manager Antonio. He walked out looked at car slightly looked under it and said its new damage..its not covered. .After talking said bring back and we will put on a new sheild $400.00 . So ny son brought back to nick and he said its gonna keep happening you need new bumper and gave an estimate of $2.500. Saying when replace bumper got to reset computer. Neither visit did they put on a lift..to look under car. I spoke to manager today and he accused my son of damaging bumper . Saying low profile cars got to pull in at an angle. . He also reported to ins my sons fault its new damage as scrapes under bumper. When i asked manager if his car has scrapes under bumper he ssid yes . When. I adked if clips are cheap and break often on under shield he said yes. He then offered to pay for a new shield and install. And said cant guarantees will attach on bumper.. I do not recommend this shop. They took $10.000 from ins life time warranty. And when you have problems. They throw you under bus to get out of honoring the warranty. Who the heck does he think he is accusing customer how they drive. Then report to my son insirance co new damage due to his fault..My adult son did what his agent directed him to do...contact caliber To check/ repair under life time warranty. My son asked for it to be checked and fixed under warranty. Replace under sheild and secure bumper before the car lost more parts and or bumper. .He drives long distance to work as a medic. Antonio manager said bring in we put lift to prove his point. Excuse me he should of done that from the start. Caliber collision of chino ca can continue tosuck up to ins co as ins co sends you more victims. .but remember word of mouth ! I have used your business as well as other family always ends poorly. Over priced...and crap work.. end up having to retutn with problems..My son is just another victim.. Services: Body & Trim, Painting read more
