However, as someone with little automotive knowledge, I was hesitant to take my car to anyone. Thankfully the team here at Brake Professional were so opposite of my fears. I took our son's car there for a difficult repair and they performed it flawlessly and at a price much less then others quoted. I then took our daughter's there for a brake check and they did something I have never experienced before. Upon walking in I was greeted kindly by a gentleman named Jimmy. I needed a great deal of work done which included front/rear brakes,ac service, & a oil change on my chevy avalanche. Was taken in fairly quickly which was a plus being I was on tight schedule. I waited in lobby & was offered water as staff made me feel at home carrying conversation as my truck was getting worked on. I was surprised how much money I saved when my truck was all done as other locations gave me quotes at a very high price. They are for the customer and not out to get every dollar possible. I drove away very satisfied. Month or two later I also took my BMW to get some service done & once again was treated well & was glad to get fair price for work done on vehicle. Honest, Reliable and Straight Forward. Jacob was straight forward and honest on what needed to be done with our Infiniti JX35. We've had it repaired in another shop 2x and the car keeps shuddering, finally Jacob h=gave us the low down as to what's causing this issue. We told him it should be under warranty from the other shop, so he gave us instructions on needs to be done. We were willing to pay for the inspection but truly was helpful as he didnt charge us. I called last Saturday to get a quote over the phone was finally able to get off work early from my new job and take my car in around 3:10 PM at first I didn't think I was going to be able to get my car serviced since they closed at 5pm. but they were able to squeeze me in and get my Mazda CX-5 rear brakes service swapped out and calibrated all within an hour!!!!!!! I am amazed at the professionalism and knowledge of the owner and the staff. Got brakes done 3/3/23 and it's 6/5/23, and the brakes are out again. Three months and need more brakes. Did they even give me the brakes from the start? What brand new brakes need replacing at three months? This place is ridiculous and doesn't stand behind their work. Brake Professional my ass. If I were told that the brakes were going to go out in three months, I wouldn't have gotten any work done especially being that they wanted $600 and a shop in Los Angeles of all places only charged $450 for the same work. read more

My car has 36k miles on it and was making a weird squeaky noise when I would put it in reverse or drive. I called the dealership and they quoted me $225 just to diagnose the issue. I decided to get a brake inspection before taking it in and it turns out, I needed brakes! I was told the rear brakes needed to be replaced and I had about 30% left in the front. Rear breaks on our Jetta started to make a grinding noise. The last local mechanic only recommended and replaced front brakes so I was surprised to hear grinding on the rear brakes so soon. Called Brake Pros on a Thursday and they recommended that I come in for a brake inspection. I arrived within 30 min and Jacob immediately greeted me. He was very personable and explained everything that was found in the brake inspection. The rear brakes were metal to metal and the front brakes had 80% left. The price for rear brakes and rotors was very reasonable. He did find an issue with how the front brakes were installed due to the rotors not being turned and/or not resurfaced. It looks like brakes pads were just thrown on by the last mechanic. Jacob said the front brakes were safe but we may hear grinding from the front prematurely. He suggested not addressing the front brakes and to fix if it starts grinding and it bothers us. I was in and out within 2 hours. When I got home I noticed an issue with one of the rear hub caps. I immediately informed Jacob and took care of the situation in a timely manner. Thank you Jacob and team! read more
