This particular location has yet been the fastest in and out service. This young team of ladies are on top of their game! I was very excited to see such a well organized working team/working machine all in sync. Great job Ontario location read more

I would give 0 stars but we have to leave something. We visited this location to have transmission oil serviced as regular maintenance and the tech forgot to place the O ring to keep the oil from leaking out. We were unaware until a week later we had to tow our truck back in due to the leakage. We were an hour away from the location. The truck loss power on the freeway. Putting us in danger. The tech checked the bottom of the truck and seen the oil as well as the missing o ring. They did not mention any of this in the service report only that they preformed the service again as a customer courtesy. The tech failed to report what happened until my husband asked to amend the report with the correct information. The tech also noted our oil level was still in good range which was insane as there was oil coving the undercarriage of the truck. He either put in oil when no one was looking or overfilled the oil to begin with. We filed a claim with jiffy lube corporate as we continued to have problems with the truck and were denied because they are saying the oil was in range. The tech was dishonest about the incident to begin with why would he be honest about the oil range. We also noticed he changed multiple names in the amended report as to put the blame on others. The tech was also the branch manager. He gave us no guidance and not even an apology for his negligence that literally costed us thousands of dollars in repairs. DO NOT GO HERE! Terrible place. read more

Went in for an oil change earlier this week. Customer service was fast and simple to get it started. Within a few minutes they had my filters out n showed me how bad they were (I knew they should have been due soon). They did it all quick and at a reasonable price too, with great service from Leslie. Great personality and kept it professional. Gonna be letting my fam know where to get there maintenance needs at. read more

My exhaust was making a loud noise so I stopped in to my Jiffy Lube to ask about it and get a fluid / tire check between oil changes. Wow Wow Wow..... service was exceptional. Got served immediately even though they looked busy. Marcus went below to look at the exhaust, let me know what they thought it was and then filled my fluids and put a little air in the tires. He was kind, and so, so helpful. I truly appreciate a place like this. I left feeling so much better! Thank you Jiffy Lube and Marcus!! read more

Great customer service. Everyone is always very kind and helpful. I've been coming to this location for oil changes for about 3 years now and I've never had any complaints. Shout to Sofia she's awesome! read more

In dire need of a couple of replacement brake light bulb for our Mercedes, we stopped by this Jiffy Lube and were pleased with the service provided. We watched them skillfully assess and diagnose which bulbs needed the boot and swiftly replace them for a reasonable price. We stood outside for a bit to watch them do the job and then went inside to enjoy the AC. We were pleasantly surprised with how clean it looked and smelled inside. I legit almost asked what products they used as an air freshener lol. While other folks may have had a less than pleasant experience here, for the service we came here for, we were satisfied and give the team a thumbs up. read more

These guys always get the job done. They have good customer skills there you're in and out.

Hi, they have good service Jalo in Ontario. Nice people cool area fast fast service. Definitely recommended I'm gonna change something right now thank you read more

Very scammy here -- manager/person in charge tried to add services I didn't ask for and I had to call her out so I wouldn't be charged. I only came for a basic oil change and nothing else. At the end, I found out they gave me the highest oil without consulting me on which I wanted. Scam vibes for sure and leaves you feeling taken advantage of. read more

Another great experience here. I'm really surprised the overall rating for this location is 3.5. I came here on a busy Saturday just after 10:10am. There were at least 4-5 cars getting serviced or waiting in line. I went there for an oil change and got out at 10:50am. They even honored my $21 coupon and my oil change came out to $93.63. read more

Love that the Ontario Mills Jiffy Lube now has two female mechanics working there. Jade and Jenny were professional, quick, and got the job done and under the 15 minutes. They were an absolute pleasure to work with. Look forward to requesting them if possible next time. read more

Always fast and I get to sit in my car as I wait for my oil change to be done . So easy

Horrible service. Got my oil change here and do not recommend coming to this location. Rude customer service and tried charging me way more than the quart price. When they noticed I wasn't such a dumb ass, they were all of a sudden sorry and finally gave me the actual price. When showed them I had the online coupon, they took forever to come back to me and took so long to just leave. What was suppose to be a 10 minute oil change took about 30min when no one else was in line. Rude and tried to steal my money. And before you ask, I had to get an oil change here since everything else was closed around me. read more

Went in for a basic oil change on my Honda HRV two days ago and today the undercarriage of my vehicle became loose and started dragging while I was driving. I heard a loud noise as if something was caught underneath my vehicle and when I pulled over and looked underneath the car to look, it was hanging down to the ground. I will be following up in the morning regarding this situation. This is such an inconvenience because now I may have to tow my vehicle up there to have it fixed. read more

I came in to get my air intake hose replaced as I already bought the part for the replacement & needed someone to do it for me. First off, they're so generous because they didn't even do that kind of service in the first place, but decided to do so anyways since they know how to. Every other place I called straight up declined & told me they didn't do that kind of stuff despite me being told by countless auto part places that it's fairly a simple task. The service is fantastic and I honestly felt so comfortable even though I knew nothing about cars. Shoutout to Matt for replacing it for me without extra charge! He's extremely friendly and so helpful!! The best service I've received from any auto repair shop. read more

Last friday I went to this Jiffy Lube location for a Transmission Flush and when I left 2 or 3 hours into my day my Transmission stop shifting gears I got out the freeway and called the manager to explain the situation he told me to bring my van back I brought it back next day and they check it and ad more oil and didn't work still the same. Now my Transmission is broken I going to replace it. It will cost me $3500.00 dollars. Big mistake I will never recommend Jiffy Lube for Transmission Flush. read more

So I came two weeks ago to get a oil change at about 535 and they turned me away, saying that their system was down. They closed in 25 minutes, so who knows if it was an excuse for it really was down. As last time I went, they didn't have my oil filter in stock and couldn't even top off my car which was severely deficient in oil. This is the second Jiffy Lube that has had this issue. They need to have a warning about specific cars if they cannot provide oil filters so we don't waste our time. it is a Volvo. Looks like I'm picking a new place to go to. read more

I wouldn't trust this location to touch your car. I've been going here for years and things have really gone down hill. The last time I got an oil change they stripped the drain plug so bad it took another location 20-30 mins to get it off. I don't feel comfortable bringing my vehicle here anymore. read more

Went there Saturday's for an oil change waited for a hot minute. Got in service starts then I'm left sitting there for quiet some time and get approached by manager oh we started your service already but we're out of your filter so have to get one here can take like 20 mins. But I'll have to check... left waiting more finally the guy that checked us In comes out and says it'll be about an hour we didn't start so you can go can... wait.. come back tomorrow . I said I'm good I'll go someplace else I've been waiting long already. TODAY my husband and I got to do it ourselves we find this sticky stuff all along the bottom passenger door , we pop the hood they never closed the oil seal and the cover was still tucked up by the wiper blades under hood and they just closed it. Now the whole inside of the engine area was covered in oil splatter. read more

We took our vehicle in on Monday, Feb 20th for a simple oil change and it cost 80. But worse they drained the transmission fluid instead of oil then overfilled the oil. We drove from Ontario to our home in Glendale and car was sounding horrible. We took it back the next day and the employees admitted their mistake but did nothing. Today is day 2 n no action from corporate or manager of facility. Do not take your car here. Read other reviews. The guy who messed up is rude on top of everything as is the manager. Now it seems transmission n engine are messed up. Horrible horrible service and no one is offering any help at all. read more

I have used Jiffy Lube Ontario, Mills and the JL on Foothill in Upland for the past 9 yrs. They have you in and out. I use only use synthetic grade oil in all my vehicles because it help your car perform better, and you can ride a little longer before your next change. So I love my jiffy lube. They are professional and check all your vitals. They also hire ladies who have good mechanical skills. Thank you Jiffy Lube! Keep up the good work, and I'll be back when needed. read more

Came here with my boyfriend for our routine oil change and we've been coming all the way to this location from Fontana for years. Had a little bump in the beginning of service when we learned the estimate was gonna be way too much for our student budgets and were bummed to hear that they stopped taking Groupon for jiffy. However, Sergio helped us out and gave us a great deal and were very kind and courteous with us. He truly cares about his customers and I love the customer service we were given here. They didn't try to up sell us and were completely honest here. Even walked us to our car and was a true gentleman in opening our doors for us too. Can't thank you enough, Sergio! See you for the next change! read more

Jiffy Lube Oil Change - Convenient to stay in your car - Auto Repair Near Me - Ontario, California

This is my first and last time taking my vehicle to Jiffylube. I had called a day ahead to check to TOTAL cost minus the tax for a 2019 Toyota Sienna which I was informed it would be $89.99 + tax with additional charge for anything over 5 quarts of full synthetic oil. Well the person on the phone failed to mention any the cost for labor. It sure looks like he doesn't know what the word TOTAL means. read more

I had a very odd experience at Jiffy Lube. Not bad, but odd. I brought my car in for an oil change. The gal took my car but never checked me in. I waited for them to gather my information and they never did. Typically they give you an estimate and you sign before the work is done. Today I waited for about 30 minutes and was ready to just take my car and leave because no one had communicated with me. Then I find out my oil change was done. I'm happy they were able to complete but I have two suggestions in the future: 1. Make sure the customer has a quote before doing the work so there are no surprises. I honestly thought the price was a little high today as compared to the Valvoline shop I visit on occasion. I would have liked to make that decision. I felt like it was made for me. 2. Communicate more. I'm not knowing my car was being worked on, I was about to take my car and leave. I was frustrated. read more

Shout out to Manny! Thank you so much for helping me with my coolant situation. I appreciate you staying late and helping fix the issue while everyone else went home. Thank you for going above and beyond! Recommend this spot and ask for Manny read more

My 2014 Dodge challenger was in Great condition before i brought it in for a simple Full synthetic oil change and a coolant top off, and here's what i got, first off my car never leaked prior to visiting this location, after the service i was profusely leaking oil and the 125$ i spent on oil ended up all over the Autozone parking lot , not to mention they also didn't properly secure my coolant cap, spilling coolant all over the inside of the engine, causing my car to over heat as well and eventually bursting my thermostat. My car started shooting out oil from the exhaust, keep in mind that my car was completely fine before this, i kept her in perfect condition, no leaks, no check engine, no coolant spills. I knew something wasn't right after leaving the garage. after the appointment/service my car has now become non operational due to poor service and lack of attention to detail. I understand that it was a sunday and not many want to work, but we all understand as Californians, we need our cars to survive. I hope this review can help others get an insight on the quality of service that is done at this shop and hopefully the staff may put more attention to detail after this. read more

Jiffy Lube Oil Change - Once again friendly cleaning service waiting area clean they never let me down gently thank you so much - Auto Repair Near Me - Ontario, California

This place messed up my transmission. Overfilled it and only drove 60 miles after. This happened 10/2/23 and my car STILL has not been fixed. They offered me an amount that will only cover half of my repairs and didn't even include the $1000 tow I had to pay or any rental I have paid for. It's going on a month and still not resolved. I keep getting told 1 person handles things and then the other person says the opposite. I live in Las Vegas and it seems they write an estimate based on THEIR warranty department, their estimate does not reflect the actual cost of repairs. Labor rates and cost don't add up on what it's needed to repair. This has been the worst experience of my life and most stressful, having to deal with this company going back and forth, the waiting ... I JUST WANT THEM TO PAY ME FOR WHAT ITS GOING TO TAKE ME TO REPAIR MY CAR AND NOT WHAT THEIR WARRANTY DEPARTMENT PAYS as well as reimburse for towing. I wish I had the zero star option . read more

The service is not as fast as Upland or Ontario Mills location, but the people are nice regardless. I opted to stay in my car despite the summer heat, because I don't want the staff member Mario who was maskless at that time, to be breathing in my vehicle while he's been in other people's cars too. I work at a hospital, and while I don't work on the COVID floors, I am aware that the COVID patient population is on a sharp rise again as I write this review. I understand that the mask mandate has ended weeks ago, and it looks like Jiffy Lube has left the choice to mask up or not to their staff. Out of four staff members here, only the manager Oscar is wearing a mask. I don't see anyone sanitizing their hands, neither do I see any hand sanitizers around the work area. They seem to be okay with going from vehicle to vehicle, risking either catching covid or spreading covid. The times the maskless staff opened my door to check stuff and change filters was uncomfortable. Just bringing it up in case other customers are also uncomfortable with the lack of precautions. read more
