I originally went in to get an air filter for the vehicle, then I said well I've been wanting to address my faded headlights for a while, I think I'll do them today. I asked the young person for a recommendation and he said he's heard good things about the turtle wax headlight restore for $13. I purchased the product went home replaced my air filter and then started reading the directions on the use of the headlight restoration kit, very simple and easy to apply. I completed the job in about 45 minutes with very minimal effort and the end result is absolutely amazing, it's not often that I buy a product that I'm so impressed with so I thought I'd share it for the next person. Welp. I returned some things including some air fresheners that said it was new car smell but they clearly smelled like old man cologne. But they wouldn't return those, not even store credit. Even with the receipt, and I literally bought them the day before. Staff member said he can't resell those... but he could resell the steering wheel cover? Does that mean they re shelf the steering wheel cover as brand new and who knows how many people have gone through it? Either way, that's just crappy customer service, I always come here for things and never give them any hassle. But stupid things like that, and the cashier just looking at me like I'm weird and just making weird faces and remarks like "uhh, yeah no".... Like learn some customer service communication skills. I'm quickly becoming a huge fan of Auto Zone! Made an unexpected stop at this Auto Zone to get my daughter some windshield wipers and some wiper fluid. I was with my daughter's boyfriend's dad and he just went up to the cashier and told her what we were looking for. They were also more than happy to pull everything up on the computer and go pull the items from the shelves for us. Such great service! I didn't even know that was an option, but that was amazing! This location was easy to find and is in a shopping center with Little Caesar's and has a large parking lot. Very nice employees. I already had an idea of what headlight lamp bulb I needed, but an employee came over to greet us and assist us if we needed it. Disrespectful and Dismissive Customer Service I recently visited AutoZone and had an extremely unpleasant experience with the assistant manager, Julian Perez (I believe that's his name). From the moment I walked in, I greeted him with a friendly "Good morning" not once, but three times, and he completely ignored me. He didn't even look up from whatever he was doing, leaving me standing there, staring at the back of his head. Not once did he acknowledge my presence, offer a simple "I'll be with you shortly," or anything remotely polite. When he finally decided to help me and ring me up, his attitude was dismissive and rude. I left the store feeling disrespected, especially as a woman. His behavior made me feel unwelcome and unvalued as a customer. Julian is an older man who should have known better. If he doesn't want to treat customers with respect, especially women, perhaps he's in the wrong line of work. I sincerely hope no one treats the women in his family the way he treated me. I will definitely think twice before returning to this location and may still write a letter to corporate. read more

So I stopped by this location this evening to grab a couple quarts of oil and couldn't believe my ears. As I stood there making my selection I could clearly hear two employees talking poorly about some of the customers they had to help earlier. And to make matters worse every other word was some type of curse word. I am not often offended by colorful language but this was a bit much. Very unprofessional. I attempted to provide feedback on their website and let them know they might have a slight problem but the site wouldn't let me submit the questionnaire. Other than the poor attitude and foul language. The shelves were stocked and the selection wasn't bad. I'll just head over to O'Reilly's next time. read more

These elder people don't have a clue about vehicles and work at Autozone. It took the elder lady 20 min. to figure out how to test my battery. Then she did it wrong. The test showed a bad battery. She tried pushing a sale on me to get a new battery, but it didn't work. The elder guy that works there is just rude, loud, and apparently can't multi-task, to help am employee with a customer. I left went down the street to the other Autozone, had my battery tested with ease and GUESS WHAT? My battery was GOOD! I will never go to this location again! Trying to get $200+ from me. Me and a friend came in here on the 19th to get jumper cables and the staff that were in were really interesting. It was about 6 mins from close so I can understand them being done for the day or whatever but there was another customer in there before we even got there. Anyways, we were standing there waiting to ask one of the staff for help and one of them took a phone call for a man claiming to work there asking for his schedule, where he proceeded to make fun of and tease the man not giving him actual answers if he worked or not which we thought was really rude. The other man that was on staff paced around refusing to look at us or ask us if we needed any help. When the other customer asked a question to the man on the phone we decided it would be okay for us to as well despite not being acknowledged by either staff member. I definitely think the staff here need more customer service training here. read more

When she walked in, she asked a worker named Isaiah, if he could help her with this part, He rudely answer, "Just look on that wall, and match it!" Five stars for Axel but 3 stars for not having my air filter in stock. Axel helped me and said all they had in stock for my car model was the $44 dollar K&N reusable air filter. I was looking to spend about $15 on a Fram filter. He called around to a few other stores and they were out of stock as well. Axel was really patient and offered to check other stores via their database and even make calls to make sure the stores actually had them in stock. read more

Pretty average in terms of service, selection, and meeting expectations for an auto repair/supplies shop. The store is located pretty conveniently for quick and easy access, including lots of parking and lighting. The store seems to be well stocked with the basics, and employees could be a touch friendlier but really no major complaints. read more

My car died a couple of times after I started it. My brother recommended I go to AutoZone and ask them to test my battery. Not only was the battery test free, but Chris at AutoZone also noticed my power steering fluid was almost gone! I purchased fluid, intending to put it in myself, but Chris didn't even hand me the fluid after I bought it, but walked out to my car and put it in my car for me and wouldn't even take a tip!!!!! This review is mainly for the help and service Abdullah provided a few weeks back. My battery died immediately after I had a cracked windshield replaced earlier in the afternoon. It was late at night and I already had my car jump started by AAA so I could make it to Autozone in time before closing. My battery is difficult to get to and Abdullah went through all the trouble of checking it, jump starting it again, and helping me get the last available battery ordered within a 50 mile radius for pickup via another store nearby. I had bought 40oz worth of oil, but when I went to use it I had found I was actually sold already used dirty brown oil. Now I didn't know what color clean oil is supposed to look like but when I began to pour it just didn't look right. Called the store let them know what happened and was told I would have to come back to the store and speak w the store manager. Once I arrived I had explained to the manager what happened, not only was "Mike" very non-apologetic he was also very rude when I asked what I should do about the oil that was poured into my car, he told me to get a new filter and oil change. Are the serious here ?! I bought a bottle of Nu finish for my car, and went to the register waiting to pay. There's was no one in lien, the workers were maybe 5-6 feet to my right on the computers where you pick up parts. Not one person came over to help me until maybe about 5 minutes just waiting, staring them down because I KNOW they saw me.. A girl walks over and asks if I've been helped.. I said "no. I've been waiting to pay" and she said okay come to this register. So I go to the register right next to it, there's an empty cup with ANTS all over the counter top, the cup and the register. She takes the cup and throws it away and then TAKES MY BOTTLE OF NU FINISH and starts killing the ants with them and give the bottle right back to me. That's gross. read more
