    Friendly service by Eli at the front register . I came in for windshield wipers and Eli was able to locate one for me . He offered to replace them in for me as well. I declined , I was in a hurry and figured hubby would get it done.

    We have come here for years and most recently today. Our car battery died, so we jumped it and made it to Autozone, to buy a new one. Carlos helped us to pick the right one and installed it for us. He was friendly, helpful and we were in and out in 15 minutes. Great service. Store was clean and appeared well stocked. This Autozone is conveniently located off the 210, Citrus Ave exit by Jiffy Lube and America's Tire. Plenty of parking available.

    I drove to this location at 7:34 arrival time and it was closed but the hours state it opens at 7am there is about 5 people waiting also it is very annoying and bad customer service to be late so heads up don't trust the signs of the hours, they finally opened at 7:48 am looks like manager over slept ‍

    The owner is a Proud Pathetic Bully. That alone should say enough. His favorite word is NO and he…read morethrives on it. I was purchasing a part that was still on the vehicle, as they were removing the first part I was requesting others on the vehicle. Never once did I say, "I don't want the first part." Somehow the owner told the employee that I didn't want it! Just so the owner could approach and tell me that I must pay for it first. (Yeah you think?!) That was only 30 minutes in of the two hours I had to wait and all parts were still far inside the yard! To then be told they were incapable of removing the bolts from the floor that's holding the seat. Think.. something so simple... Heck if a dismantler can't get a couple of bolts off. Being that it was hard to believe, possibly it was about timing, and I only needed the front seat pillow extender and backrest but had to purchase the entire seat which I was perfectly fine with that. If customer service meant anything to them, think about all the options here. So I asked if I could stop by tomorrow/Thursday? He said NO, I asked, "What will you be doing with the seat? He said, "Throwing it away!" Can't help but to wonder if he does drugs at night and goes through withdrawals during the day; prime personality. Everything could be going smoothly, and he'll have the desperate need to turn it around. The word No is in his blood. Sympathize, pray for him and for the ones that must deal with him on a daily basis or save yourself the trouble besides, at All Auto Parts their prices are extraordinarily high and instead stop by one of the many neighboring auto dismantlers. Completely ignore any apologies in the reviews, that's just a coverup and I say that from the depths of my being. I'd understand if I was being harsh, demanding or rude. I'm soft spoken, get along with everybody.

    Overprice parts, same as dealer but for used parts, LOL…read more They are friendly and not rude but don't waste your time going there. I drove down there asking price for couple parts and he give me price that is more expensive than dealer's price and this is for used parts. I told the guy that is too expensive for the parts and hoping he will adjust but he said that is the price.

I called couple of time, finally was delivered. Then I received a phone call from the bodyshop, informing me that's the wrong part & color that they are delivering from Dan's truck. So I immediately got on the phone and spoke to Jose at Dan's truck and informed him that this is the wrong part wrong color and for them to take it back, he refused and said they won't take it back and they won't refund my money. I have called back several times after that and try to get a hold of a manager. He said the manager's name is Dan. I was on hold for five minutes one time other times for a couple of minutes. Nobody ever comes to the phone and I left a messages for Dan to call me back never received a callback. I am in the car business and I deal with a lot of people. I've never been treated like this by any merchant or a wrecking yard. It's truly sad for how they treat clients when it's stuff for everybody being spoiled Business owners all the way around
