These guys are horrible. Over paid for a horrible installation. Service was absolutely horrible with no communication or any sense of customer service. If I could give these guys a negative rating I would. Save your self the headaches and DO NOT use those guys for any stereo installation. I had power steps put in along with a new stereo system with external amps and sub woofers. Two of the speakers were damaged and rattled, the ANC was never properly bypassed and used incorrect gage cable for the amps. Bad craftsmanship, Shay service and over priced! read more

Your reply is full of lies and excuses, and none of it changes what actually happened. The burn on my seat was not there before I brought the car in. You blamed it on a lighter, but when I asked for proof you had nothing because your "cameras" don't show the inside of the car. You know that, and that's why you couldn't back up anything you said. You also told me you "never removed the radio" during the original install, which is impossible for any legitimate amp installation. That statement alone shows either you don't know what you're doing or you lied to cover up your shortcuts. A real audio shop removed everything you installed and documented all the problems--cheap RCA cables, twisted and taped wiring, bad routing, and low-grade work that had to be completely ripped out. That's the part you conveniently ignored. Instead of owning your mistakes, you attacked me personally because you have no defense. They only have one decent technician and he's an employee so who knows if he'll be there when you go. So it's been a little over a month since I got my system with dash. The only reason I'm leaving a 2 star review is because one of their workers made a small tear in my drivers seat. It was the first thing I noticed when we went to test out my system. I spoke with a gentle men there and he told me that they are going to fix it no problem. He called me the next day just to re-assure that it was going to get fixed but after that call I didn't hear back from them at all. It's been about a month now and still nothing. Now I have this tear in my driver seat that I have to see every time I drive my truck, it bothers me so much! Other than that my system sounds great. My old Mercedes window wouldn't roll up and I was worried that some one would break in the car. I spoke with Mo..what an awesome guy. He knew exactly what is wrong and he told me that he will take care of it. Setting up the appointment was easy, Mo communicated with me as soon as the part got in. Angel the technician helped me out getting the window fixed in an hour! I was worried that the parts availability and the overall complexity of fixing an old German car. Like Mo said, he took care of everything promptly as promised! I saw how they also took care of other customers and being a business owner, I definitely appreciate what a well oiled machine (no pun intended) this shop is. I jokingly told Mo that he is like a NFL head coach on the sideline or Gordon Remsay in the kitchen to make sure everything is done right and everyone is happy. One day later and I was hoping the reverse camera would work with even the door closed. The screen tends to flicker or go all black like this. I was hoping they would put the cover of the trunk where you can gain access to re route the wires of the reverse camera but they didn't. The key remote doesn't function to open and lock the door or open the trunk and I thought they bypassed the harness since it was 2006 Audi A4. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM FOR ANY SERVICE AT ALL , I took my bmw 325i to get a sound system installed , the car was really clean from the inside at the time nothing broken at all , when I got it back from them all of my cars trim located on the dash board fell off i noticed that they broke of most of the clips on the trim, I also notice that my window buttons started falling in to the center console and right away I took it back. When I made the complaint to the owner Shawn he had told me that they put the wrong stereo adapter that's why my trim and my buttons were all broken. If you knew it was the wrong one why install it in the first place?! Then when I made the complaint he wanted to charge me $300 on top of the $600 that we agreed on.
