I went to the Holt Blvd location. Will was there and listened to me and offered me a product he had in stock to meet my need. He was very helpful and his product had all the features that I needed. I already had a DVR rear view mirror in my 2015 Ford F-150. it has Bluetooth, Apple Car Play, and an FM transmitter function as well as the typical rear mounted camera and built in front camera. since my truck has a lot of bells and whistles, all I really needed was the rear camera/DVR function. we swapped the existing unit into my 2013 very basic Hyundai which brought it up to date with current tech, and installed a new basic mirror/DVR for the truck. he accomplished all of that in a little over an hour! His install was very professsional and he charged a very reasonable amount for his work. highly recommend this business! read more

I've had some work done there in the past so I came back got a stereo installed prices are high the same stereo I bought for 300 you can pick up almost anywhere for about 200 dollars the installation was comical almost didn't seem like he was confident no soldering very cheap crimp connected a very poor wrong color new installation kit radio bezel overall I don't think I'll be going there anymore or maybe you just bring in my own equipment in prices are inflated and the installation fee still applies so in my case I think I paid about a $130 more than I needed to He's been in business for a long time so I guess he's doing something right you can't have that many first-time customers hopefully he understands And he restructures pricing he would make a lot more money and have more repeat customers read more

First off, I can honestly say, I am dumbfounded by the reviews this shop has been receiving. I have stopped by here and there over the past few years when I have had emergency problems with my audio systems and every time, Will has been nothing but helpful and kind to me. There are times, I go in just for questions, and he still does not hesitate to help me get answers. He makes me feel comfortable and welcomed. He doesn't try to push sales on me, which I love. It's always hard to shop around when people are trying to make a quick sale. My very first visit was about 3 years ago, I came in looking for a newer type of fuze system because the previous shop I went to, gave me an outdated type and it couldn't handle the power I was pumping out. Will was kind of enough to show me the difference and enlighten me on how things worked. I ended up getting the fuze from him but when I looked confused trying to install it, he offered to install it for free. I tried to tip but he wouldn't take. Ever since that day, I knew i found a good shop. So when I wanted to get a system installed into my car, I thought "hey, they've been good to me, instead of letting them fix other shops mistakes, lets let them install a system and see how things go". Came in to get some quotes on some items and even after I told him I would order it on amazon, he did not treat me any different. Will was still helpful in guiding me on what I should get based on my "wants". The install went well, and I LOVE my new system!!! We never got an owners manual with our new stereo, Which was just like the last area we took out because we didn't like it American stereo masters put in the very same stereo and didn't tell us how to use it and we're stuck with another very good stereo that we cannot use we don't have an owners manual the one that print it out on the computer was smaller than a pin head and we couldn't read it. So we're stuck with a stereo we cannot program put in by a company they didn't tell us how to use it, and we are really not happy read more

Credit should be given where credit is due, that's exactly how I feel about this place. I first got my sound system installed back in 2011 with American Stereo Masters and was completely satisfied with the price and and service I received which is why I came back a second time. I was having issues with my dash stereo (the sound would break out when I'd hit a pothole or pass by train tracks) so naturally I thought it was an issue with the wires. I took it to Will who, based on his experience, advised me that my first problem was my speakers as they were going out (one already blown). I got new Kenwood speakers installed, front & back and the sound was still not right, continuously cutting off. As it was late in the evening he asked me to return the following day where he endlessly worked to solve the issue, until he finally found the problem and fixed it at no additional charge. I just want to thank Will and his team for taking care of me once again! Ps Will is a pretty cool guy, we talked about cars and he gave me a few tips on car buying. read more

I got.my tint done here, and they promised lifetime warranty, a came 2 months after the tint was coming off. The guy didnt.want.to fix the tint.even with the receipt. Pls go elsewhere... FYI I did have the receipt and I showed the guy and yes they did do tint there,the owner had someone else from another shop come do tint there he was on-call , so the owner is lying ... But then again it's your choice... I recommend Tint Masters in Ontario, they do a great job and they have a great service and warranty .. read more

I have never had any problems, until this pass weekend. The alarm started going crazy, and would not stop going off. I went in today to see what could be done, and the owner is ordering and replacing the remote and brain of the alarm for me for free. He will be calling me when it arrives, to install it for me. This place is small and hard to find! The service was okay but these guys like to give you a high offer for labor.. ! I bought an aftermarket stereo from here , it was a German brand.. at first I was thinking it was a good deal for the head unit! Then couple weeks later when I started messing with the head unit a little more , tuning everything and seeing if the CD player works ( which it did not! the head unit even scratched my brand new CD and it didn't even play my music!!) , the head unit came with an opening area where I can plug in my iPod USB cable to charge my iPod! (It didn't even work! I plugged it in and my iPod was not even charging!).. Now let's get to the memory of this thing.. it sucked! the time and every saved radio station I had set up during the car ride has been automatically RESET! everytime I turn off the ignition even when I try to save my settings, everything would reset back to its factory settings, I mean EVERYTHING! (The time, the channels were reset to 887.5).. So overall, I spent $100 for a cheap, ineffective, non-working, crappy aftermarket stereo. Never again.. please make sure you test everything before you walk out of this place! read more

Great price & great service! Was shopping around for a replacement back up camera for an old RV I recently acquired. Went in on a Saturday morning, told the owner (Manager?) what I needed and that I couldn't spend big bucks, and he showed me a system that was quite a bit less then I was expecting to pay, Of course I was waiting for the other shoe to drop thinking he was going to whack me with some massive installation fee, and then he really blew my mind when he said the installation was INCLUDED in the price!! Just to compare, this is a WIRED system that I couldn't find any cheaper on-line and my regular RV repair guy told me they would charge me about $300 to instal (labor only) a WIRELESS and have my rig for at least two days. Bought my RV in on a Tuesday morning and it was back in my driveway by 5 pm same day. The installer Julio walked through the job before starting as I wanted some special handling and then he walked me through when I picked it up and explained how to use it, the different options, etc and he even made a quick fix on my dash stereo so it didn't drain my battery. I wish this place did repairs on RVs, seriously, because I will be back, not just for stereo, etc, but for general maintenance, oil changes, etc. And no, I am not a relative or an employee or even a friend of an employee. read more

iI recently gave a scathing report on american stereo masters, regarding their bad business pratices. Don't be fooled by their supposedly cheap prices.I purchased an AM/FM HD with cd component.I wasn't happy with it since i still received static on the AM station(even while parked) and i was not getting the full enjoyment of HD. I enjoy sports talk and various baseball and football games while on the road.I returned the radio a few days later and stated i wanted a radio without the HD. He replaced the $240.00 radio with a $79.00 radio which he didn't tell me and told me it was just a few dollar difference. I agreed and left. I happened to check other stereo locations later and realized i was taken for $161.00.As he claimed i was losing just a few dollars. In his reply on YELP, he claims thats he offered me the balance and that i refused it. Now you tell me. who would refuse $161.00 ? I also noticed that he never had any positive or negative replies on YELP till i issued mine. Of course the positive ones were from his friends and relatives. So don't be fooled by this con artist. He's sly and deceitful. He has an employee tht was less than competent . I don't understand how this person can be in business since 1986. He claims hes fast and reliable. No he isn't. I bought a stereo from this store 8'months ago. I was very happy with the radio. I put it in an old Volkswagen bug. Just today it quit working. I went to the this shop and Will the owner helped me. He worked on it for 45 min or so and could not fix it according to his satisfaction, so he replaced the whole radio free of charge.
