Excellent customer service! I called and it was easy to make an appointment. I appreciated the text I received the day before the appointment, to confirm I was going to be there. The owner took the time to explain the different types of tint and my shade options. I waited in the very clean and comfortable lobby and was offered complimentary refreshments. The work was completed in less than two hours, and the owner took the time to explain the care and maintenance process, and included ammonia-free glass cleaner and drying cloths. While it's only been one week since the windows were tinted, the quality of work appears to be top notch, and if there ever is a problem with the materials or installation, I am confident they would remedy it.
