BUYER BEWARE! This guy needs to close up shop! Poor treatment for customers! Shoddy tint job, poor excuses, and the price is what you get. Do NOT pay for a deposit prior to service. Luckily, if you pay via credit card, you will get a refund for poor service. From my experience, the tint job was sloppy. There was tiny wrapping left on the floor and along the back window. What is worse was when my headrest were not returned back to the right spot. My middle headrest was put on the sides. Does that even make sense? The middle one is clearly the smaller one. The time it took was longer than mentioned and when you question it, all Mark says it's because "good work takes time" but in fact he is just taking on another car. Look at my picture, those are bubbles from after a month. Asked mark to have it fixed, I keep getting a run around. Now he claims I do not have an invoice which I never received. This guy is a bully, fraud, and cheat! BBB has been notified by their poor business practices. This guy gonna lie and ask for an invoice, which he will never create when he knows the job is shoddy. My option is go ELSEWHERE. Make a smart choice and go somewhere legitimate. Remember if the price is low, so is the quality. I got a really great deal to do everything all in one shot so I went for it. I went with 3M film and the team at One Tint spent a good amount of time making sure it was done right. The 3M also has a lifetime warranty which is awesome since this protective film can sometimes get pretty beat up after 4 or 5 years. Where do I begin... This place is terrible, stay away. The Owner Mark is lying, misleading cheat. I purchased a vehicle wrap for my Ford Raptor. He gave a 10 year warranty on it. The wrap barely lasted 8 months before it began to discolor. After about a month of trying to schedule a time and way to fix the wrap, it was decided that we would switch the color on the shops dime. I dropped my tRuck off to get unwrapped and this is where it alL fell apart. Mark had no idea what he was doingg and caused over $8k in damages to my truck taking the old wrap off. The guy lied to me several times saying my truck was ok and that it was taking a bit longer to take off.... all the wh hope he was completely clueless on how to get it off and destroyed my truck. When I finally went over there too pick it up, my truck was in pieces, and he had lost the keys!!!! Mark is a mess and his business is too. He hasn't given my money back for the initial cost of the wrap nor has he paid his insurance to get me my deductible back so I can get money for the rental I needed for a month while my truck was being repaired. Came in to get some emblems removed from my car. Marc has always done great work and always stands by his work. I have a 2019 Prius Prime and to both Marc's and my surprise the back hatch is made of.... PLASTIC!!! Who would have thought? Anyway the removal process did damage the hatch but Marc made sure I was aware of the damage by calling me right away. He also made sure it was repaired quickly. Accidents happen. If you still decide to give money to this place, make sure you use a credit card so that you can file a chargeback after you get your car back with bubbles or scratches. Even better, don't pay till the job is done. Also, DO NOT walk away without and invoice!!! This guy is trying to evade taxes and responsibility by not giving customers invoices.
