I can't even begin to say how unprofessional the owner Marc is. I am not a fan of bashing establishments but he clearly could careless of his customer's satisfaction. I am only writing this review in hope that no one else gets screwed over by this man. He did a horrible job on my boyfriends wrap. Not only did he take WAY longer than they had originally agreed on the wrap but when we got the car back it was unreal. This man tried to make fools out of us and thought we wouldn't notice the TRASH job he did. He agreed to fix the car when we brought up the issue and he never followed up. Not only did he do a terrible job on the wrap. He also broke my boyfriends mirror! He said he would replace it but AGAIN NEVER GOT BACK TO US. The pictures will speak for themselves. I'm truly disappointed in how this man runs his establishment. He did wrong by very nice people. Can't believe this man has the audacity to pretend like he didn't screw up the wrap and we're "a company trying to bash him" he's a joke. We have no motive. At first I thought it was a good tint job and at a more affordable price when comparing to others but after everything cured I noticed many imperfections including bubbling and lines in the tint. A few of the lines were noticed before leaving but was told that they should clear up and if not, get back to them and it would be taken care of. It was partially a rush job in my opinion after I was there for about half the day, mostly waiting. It's been a hassle trying to get this resolved. On the day I had my windows done, I was the first person there, even 20 minutes before they opened and waited till after the stated opening time just to be asked to wait and have someone else jump in front of me for what was stated to be a "15 minute" job that took over an hour. I ended up waiting there for well over 3 hours and now that I need two small windows fixed I am getting the run around. I was told to come one day to have it fixed then told that they were all of a sudden too busy and asked to come another day. My tint is very dark which results in not being able to notice much of the lines and imperfections unless you are very close so I'll skip the hassle and leave it as is till I can make it to my normal shop. There are other imperfections that show that I am not complaining about but a some are noticeable on two small back windows that I would've liked to have fixed. Also noticed that there are some minor melt spots around parts of the material of my window from the heat gun that was used when it was pressed against the material. I was also told there was a lifetime warranty and I would get an email receipt, etc., but nothing ever came and no type of receipt or written proof of work done and warranty given... no worries... Overall, I feel like it was not so good of a deal for me personally and I feel like I should've paid a little more at my normal tint shop for a better job but I decided not to since it was quite a drive. Mark and I have been working on my 2018 Camry since Summer of 2018. So far Mark has done the tint, the black out of the front grill gives it that Bat look. The car is very White so the contrast is great. I highly recommend Mark. He's been doing a good Majority of the work Himself. I drove by the shop around 7pm Mark was still there. The owner makes this shop a 5 star shop. Really easy to talk to and work with. No games. Just seems like he cares more about keeping customers happy over maximizing profits even if that means longer hours. Mark works on the cars himself and will stay late to make sure the job meets his high standards. Also his willingness to fit you into the shop schedule is awesome. No ridiculously long waiting period. As far as the tint and wrap I received the work was flawless and the price for ceramic tint and windshield compared to the rest of the local shops made it all a no brainer. No run around changing prices..no BS..even gave me a lift home nearby.. Also received a warranty and invoice after the work. Already have 2 cars done and a another car scheduled with him. He definitely takes his time to get it right so some patience is required but communication is good and the results are worth the wait. My 70 percent windshield tints are awesome. Doesent affect vision or have any blur and really take the edge off the sun. Combined with the other ceramic window tint it makes wearing sunglasses optional and the car much cooler. Will tell you I am a hater from another shop, but I am a dissatisfy customer. Tint he is putting on is probably not the brand he tells you. The empty boxes he has is name brand tint to show you what you think he is putting on. I have a cluster of bubbles on 3 of my 5 windows on my car. I have left my car there 3 times to fix the problem nothing was done, but excuses from him why he couldn't do it. Also, kept my down payment for my front clear bra that was not done during those times I left my car with him. Did not return the money to me. There is no receipt from him and false promises. My lost for trusting this owner false promises to work on my car. Very careless with there tools that might damage your car. Owner is now advertising low ball price on other sites. read more

I've had other vehicles tinted in the past and I can't always say I'm the easiest customer to satisfy.
