My 2019 Altima Radio hadn't worked right since I bought it used during the Pandemic. They have done 2 of my cars thus far and will be coming back for my 3rd. The owner Abe is easy to talk to and will work with whatever budget you have in mind. I had previously shopped around at all the other audio shops on this street and Abe had the best prices and I felt the most comfortable dealing with him. Additionally, the set up I went with for my second car is way cheaper than piecing it together from crutchfield.com. The installers are also friendly and don't mind talking about car stuff. I had a sub, amp, and wiring kit installed and that took about 45 minutes with another 10 minutes to fine tune the equalizer. It might have a small show room but if you are looking for a specific brand/model, Abe will be able to get it for you. I'm a returning customer to these guys and brought my recent new car to get a new stereo. The dude in the front helped me out perfectly and told me the best radio they have that is good for my car. I got the kenwood over other stereos because of money wise. So I came back the next day and they installed my car for me in less than 2 hours. Total plus installation came out to $800. I believe the price is slit for the stereo and the installation but after thinking it again, you get what you pay for. The radio works fine, the Apple car play works amazing, including playing Spotify. And the backward camera works as well. Nothing wrong with it and I'm happy with my purchase. These guys fixed the issues I had previously with another audio shop (see my past reviews). I can't thank these guys enough! Shoutout to Abe and George for their tremendous work. The issue I had was this whining noise coming from the front speakers or tweeters, sound would cut off from time to time, and there would be little to no sound in the rear speakers and amp wouldn't work properly. I stopped by three hours before closing time, told them about my situation and then George, their audio technician, wanted to check out the wiring before he got started. Immediately, off the bat George diagnosed the problem and figured out that the previous audio shop used the wrong wires. Abe gave me a fair price for labor. They told me it'll take two hours, but they finished within less than an hour and a half! Incredible! I came to pick up my vehicle and Abe showed me they made a better placement for my amp and ran new correct wires. Now my component speakers and amp sounds freaking amazing because of them! Definitely won't be returning back to this shop. Came for a simply swap. Just transferred my old system from one car to another and I should had went to the shop where I gotten my first installation they were busy. So I hoped on my phone trying to get quotes of what I needed within my time frame, So found this shop on Yelp and I received a message from the owner and he could do what I asked and at a discount which was great and got me in the door, I compared their prices compared what the other is the price could not beat. So I pulled up and parked and to be the only car bad sign in the parking lot. But he took a quick look at my car and said yes let her started snd go in and sign the deal. After all that was said and done I ended up paying 100-200 more than was I was originally quoted before! And that was before I even went to my car to hear what it sounded like. Once I went out to my car and heard my beat I wanted to cry. Sounded horrible!! I should I kept what I had. And I told him is it up all the way and he said yea it's just the song your playing so you can hear it. I was just so pissed and was ready to leave and hate that I wasted my time and money. List of things installed: head unit, 4 component speakers, 1 powered sub, and an amp. The install of all these things went perfectly, the amp and powered sub was set perfectly under my back "pull up" seat of my truck. Clean wiring placement. Sound? Night and day difference. I wanted to retrofit Apple CarPlay into my 2007 Acura MDX. I called them and they were very prompt, professional and affordable. Very seldom do I see the need to write a review as many Yelpers already mention all the positives and negatives of any business, but after this experience I thought I'd share my experience. Abe is a wonderful salesman with a good sense of humor, sometimes cough cough. Not once did he push for a bigger sale. He gave me what I wanted along with many other options in my comfortable range without pushing for the bigger package. I was really satisfied with how he helped me which led to me wanting to support this business more. With a brand new less than one week old car I was skeptical of all mechanics as I heard of the horror stories of ABC hack jobs and skimping on quality to make a buck off of you. Last thing anyone wants is a damaged new car and this is also valid for any car, who wants a hack job? Jorge, the mechanic who worked on my car, really impressed me and I hope many only mechanics learn from his ethic. He treated my car as his own and thought what kind of job do I want on my car? As a result everything was flawless, no scratches on the door, no dents to be found, the car literally looked untouched but the amazing sound showed the quality this establishment put forth. These guys are the best in town. The best customer service from the beginning. I was looking for audio shop in town that were knowledgeable and weren't trying to scam me. Every time I contacted other shops, they were rude on the phone, like if they don't like money or something. I contacted Stereo's R Us and Abe was able to answer all my questions. My car is a special case (Honda CR-Z Ex with Stock Nav) because they do not make any double din frames for it and other shops and online forums were saying that it was impossible unless you retro fit it with many additional parts. There is one review that mentions an unpleasant experience and being taken advantage of. I second that review and have attached the work that was done on my vehicle. I went here to have an aftermarket stereo installed and they left important controls including controls that adjust the mirrors inside the dash. There is also wiring that was hanging by the accelerator and break, which could have been dangerous if I had not noticed. Additionally, after having the original stereo swapped back in later on, i had found out that the module which was supposed to be installed with the aftermarket stereo, was never installed by them. Just passing this along to anyone new who is looking for honest work. read more
