After deciding to get it "professionally" done I came to this shop. I waited about an hour and a half (standing by my car cuz I noticed some shady behavior around my car) only for them to tell me they received the wrong part and I have to come back the next day. That they'll call me or better yet I should call them to see if they have received the replacement part. Now mind you...I've been extremely patient and quiet but watchful. I KNOW they didn't HAVE to drill a hole on the inside of my door to hold a wooden block to "hold up the window so it won't break until we can repair it" dafuq! that's 3! Then after like 45 minutes I noticed the guy left my key turned on but not all the way on so if I hadn't turned it off my battery would've drained. All of a sudden this guy comes back passes by my car takes a look at the dash sees the lights off looks at me to see if I'm looking and continues to walk away. The whole time he kept talking to this other guy and whispering back and forth and trying to block my view of the car and what he was doing. Ok, so now they didn't even put everything back in place on my door until they "fix it completely" which just seems like a ploy for me to bring it back to THEM. They even left my other windows down and the power to those cut off, had I not tried to roll up my other windows before leaving I would've realized too late and been caught all night with my windows down on the street. SMH.I just wanted to get home after such horrible service and being out in the heat the whole time. The way I was made to feel is horrible ngl kind of feels like its because they saw a single female taking care of business so take her money and time. I WAS interested in adding an alarm system and tinted windows but after that yeah, no thanks. I'm sure there's other businesses that treat their customers with respect and dignity no matter their gender. Telling all my friends and family AND sharing MY experience on all social media. I'm not sure if it's worth my time and money after all, gotta go back for them to finish the job or round two of bad service I already paid a deposit. Guess we'll see. Keep y'all updated.

*Be sure to keep your receipts in a safe place the tint has a life time warranty *…read more Over the phone husband received a quote of $150 for 6 windows he also reiterated again to make sure he hears it correctly, the man on the phone repeats $150 . We came here from 2 separate recommendations from my sister and nephew , they both had their tints here and mentioned their price was fair and their tints looked great and were happy with the results. Lo and behold the price that was quoted over the phone were incorrect, here we stood at the front desk and we were up charge by $80 . We did questioned the price difference the gentleman said, it's not included with the front windshield . ( my gripe here is trained the staff, especially who ever answered the phones to be transparent with pricing.) As we waited I over heard the conversation with an employee and another customer, the $80 windshield is not included in their $150 quote , customer stated he knew the price quoted is minus the windshield price . ( then I questioned my husband's hearing or their miscommunications over the phone ) Besides that the gentleman at the desk was helpful in guiding us with making decisions on the different shade of tint for our car . We initially came in for 70% ceramic tint, the gentleman explained it wouldn't make any difference from what we already have. He recommended going with 20% or 35% since we didn't want the windows to be super dark . We were indecisive and after taking the samples outside to compare in front of our car windows , it was clear the gentleman was absolutely right. We went ahead with his recommendation and purchased a 35% grade, Not too dark and not too light . shade . Wait time is anywhere from 1-2 hours , we sat in the waiting room with a movie on screen lounging on the leather recliner seat sofa . We asked if he honored any discounts for referrals , he gave us a $10 discount with no sales tax . As we drove a few blocks home we noticed there were black speck or glue marks on the windshield . We turned around to have the matter looked over, the same gentleman we dealt with apologized for the black speck , as soon as one of the employee finished working on an existing car we would be next. Less than 35 minutes our windshield was fixed .

I rolled up to the garage and a nice guy offered assistance. I told him the subwoofer just stopped working and I had no clue wtf was wrong. (Other than me pumping up the jams to the next level). The guy said he would check out the system to determine the situation if I agreed to pay a small diagnostic fee. The tech took apart the box and discovered that the connectors were FRIED! Okay maybe I bump the bass to the extreme! He said it's typical for that to happen over time. He replaced the connectors and put everything back together with no additional charges - awesome sauce!!!
