Heck yes. I took my mom here and she loved it, too, and she hates cars. Great deal on parts, and they had just what I needed. Call in advance, because they can let you know what parts they have in stock. I called this place on recommendation because they usually have a good stock of Mercedes parts. read more

The owner is a Proud Pathetic Bully. That alone should say enough. His favorite word is NO and he thrives on it. I was purchasing a part that was still on the vehicle, as they were removing the first part I was requesting others on the vehicle. Never once did I say, "I don't want the first part." Somehow the owner told the employee that I didn't want it! Just so the owner could approach and tell me that I must pay for it first. (Yeah you think?!) That was only 30 minutes in of the two hours I had to wait and all parts were still far inside the yard! To then be told they were incapable of removing the bolts from the floor that's holding the seat. Think.. something so simple... Heck if a dismantler can't get a couple of bolts off. Being that it was hard to believe, possibly it was about timing, and I only needed the front seat pillow extender and backrest but had to purchase the entire seat which I was perfectly fine with that. If customer service meant anything to them, think about all the options here. So I asked if I could stop by tomorrow/Thursday? He said NO, I asked, "What will you be doing with the seat? He said, "Throwing it away!" Can't help but to wonder if he does drugs at night and goes through withdrawals during the day; prime personality. Everything could be going smoothly, and he'll have the desperate need to turn it around. The word No is in his blood. Sympathize, pray for him and for the ones that must deal with him on a daily basis or save yourself the trouble besides, at All Auto Parts their prices are extraordinarily high and instead stop by one of the many neighboring auto dismantlers. Completely ignore any apologies in the reviews, that's just a coverup and I say that from the depths of my being. I'd understand if I was being harsh, demanding or rude. I'm soft spoken, get along with everybody. read more

Had me go there to pick up a wheel they didn't even have. Waste of 1 1/2 because they really don't have it together

called about a part I spoke with Eric. Very rude from the start. It's my first time calling this place ever asked him if he had a hood available for a 2021 Nissan rogue he said yes I asked if I can get a picture of it so I can see the condition he said no that I would have to drive down there to see it I informed him that I am over two hours away if I could get a picture I'd really appreciate it. He said no not gonna happen. A lot of people asked for pictures and never show up I said well I'm really interested in the part. I just wanna make sure it's in good condition again he said I'd have to come down there. I said well that's kind of a bad way to run a business and then he hung up on me. Very poor customer service I mean, how hard is it to walk out to the vehicle and snap a photo real quick and send it. only thing I could think of in my opinion and experience of buying auto parts used is there was probably some type of Nicks & dings scratches that he couldn't be straightforward with with me about and was probably gonna end up wasting my time. only conclusion I could come to besides pure laziness. I definitely won't be calling this place again. I'm very high customer service without the customer wouldn't exist. read more

I would hate to give them a star. Their employee Romero has no kind of respect for others he's the biggest douchebag he has no respect on how he talks to his employees first day on the job same day I left they need to teach him some manners or maybe his mother didn't show him any you give respect you get it back too bad there's no HR to report his ass but then again the owner won't do nothing about it I would never tell my friends or family about this page terrible terrible person coming outside the shop with a bat training his drivers I don't know about what but I seen him pulling the back and saying something that they messed up a order the next time that bat is going to be he said and that's what you call a supervisor I wish you would have pulled that on me that bat would have been in his mouth .. read more

I wouldn't even give this business one star. The dude Romero is so full of himself and super aggressive. Dragged me all the way out and didn't budge on the price. What a waste of time this guy is. Stay away from this place since their parts are way overpriced. read more

Waste of time. I needed a part. Called ahead of time to confirm they had it. I drive an hour that same morning, get there, and they tell me they can't even locate the car. I ask why it's in their inventory and they just shrug it off. read more

Spoke with Saul, trying to buy an engine for a c250 at asking price $2600 but would not provide the engine serial number until purchase is made. Lol. And supposedly is because the are very backed up. So basically he is saying to buy the engine and verify later or simply trust them. Maybe next time. ;) read more

I called yesterday and asked for a Transmission for a 2013 Buick Verano . They responded " 2013 Buick Verano " I said "yes" OK we have established that we are talking about a 2013 Buick Verano transmission correct ? Ok. I get to the place mind you I drive all the way from San Diego . I get there . Tell them I am there to pick up the transmission for the 2013 Buick Verano . They plop it into my car and off I am to San Diego . I get to my mechanic and he tells me " dude this is a transmission for a Buick Regal" arggg . Well let's give them a call. When I speak to the gentleman who sold me the transmission for a 2013 Buick REGAL I ask him if I can return this transmission because it's NOT what I asked for . I told him I asked for a transmission for a 2013 Buick VERANO. He tells me well my system says they are compatible . I told him that's great that your system has that feature and that he has experience and knowledge in what is compatible but I did not ask for a compatible transmission nor was I ever told that it was a compatible transmission , I was told it was a transmission for a 2013 Buick Verano . I thought it was fair to get my money back and they get their transmission back . I was told a 35% restocking fee would be applied . So on top of my gas from San Diego to Fontana and back to San Diego I now have to pay for gas again from San Diego to Fontana and back to San Diego on top of a 35% restocking fee . The transmission was 350. I asked to speak with a supervisor and he says ( I am the supervisor ) I asked ok let me speak to the owner . On hold for a few seconds and he comes back with I can do half of the restocking fee . I hung up And will be looking for alter native forms of getting my money back . read more

We were referred here from another company that didn't have the part we needed. We were greeted and helped immediately. They had the computer we needed for our 2011 Toyota Sienna at a fraction of the price of a new one. They were professional and knowledgable. If we need parts in the future, it'll be our first stop. read more
