The American dismantle team are awesome. They have the best pricing in town 100% recommended as for Cruze

Wish i could give them 0 stars. Avoid this company. The guys that answer the phone hang up mid phone call trying to rush you off. What a shitty business with old farts who hate their Job! read more

Absolutely Horrible Experience - Avoid This Company at All Costs I have never dealt with a more unprofessional and incompetent company than American Dismantling. Since April 1st, I have had to email them DAILY just to get sales tax removed from an invoice--something that should've taken five minutes. Not only did they completely ignore every single email, but when I called again for the 10th time, I was on hold for 20 minutes. When I finally spoke to someone, their accounting person clearly had no idea what they were doing. Not only were they rude, but their tone was disrespectful and condescending, like it was somehow my fault they couldn't process a basic request. They even lied, claiming they called us about the resale certificate earlier in the year, which absolutely never happened. Their lack of professionalism is staggering. If you value your time, sanity, or even basic customer service, do not do business with American Dismantling. They are disorganized, dishonest, and outright disrespectful. read more

Lol I don't believe that these people give a damn about having good service because your at there mercy and they have the part that you need. Not one of them have a mask on but they ask for you to put one on. But the parts are good if the service was better they would have five stars read more

After searching for a used engine without being scammed multiple times over, I found these guys from an accredited association list. They were honest and gave me the facts. I had a few moving parts to work through on my end; the President and his team helped tremendousl. I would recommend and refer anyone I knew with an engine, or part, problem to anyone. There are SO many scammers in this industry go with someone who is accredited. read more

It's a shame businesses like this still exist. There are so many good companies in this field and American Dismantling is the rotten apple. Their business ethics are atrocious. They sell parts that are garbage and unethically add a "sold as is" stamp to their invoices after it is signed and paid for, so if there is an issue, they try to fall back on that. My suggestion is, if you are a victim of this practice, to report the incident to the BBB, California Attorney General and California Department of Consumer Affairs. read more

Bad customer service. I gave a 500 deposit at 2:30 and and an hour later had to call back and ask for a refund because when I got home I found out my dog had a medical emergency and needed surgery and they told me no refunds even on just a deposit that they took only an hour ago! Wouldn't deal with them again bad customer service they just lost a good customer that would have bought many parts but now I'll take my business else where. read more

These people are a full scam, they sold me a nissan altima taillight that i need to finish up my car, received the item they shipped out, once I opened up the box found it was broken something that i was not hoping for, Danny at american dismantling said the item is in great condition without any scratches or cracks, yet he lied to me! called to get my refund for the broken item he said "i would need you to ship the item back" and said "the shipping is not covered" and another $25 just to ship the item back? whattt? you guys are a joke and should learn what the true definition of customer service means. I am very disappointed! read more

The only auto dismantling facility that has not disappointed me when it comes to buying cars or parts. I've been doing business with these guys for years now and it has always been a pleasure. Never have they sold me a lemon or a car part that wasn't working the way it should be. The facility has so much to offer when it comes to different year, makes and models of vehicles. The customer service is on point! The employees always find exactly what I'm looking for in minutes of my arrival. I give this place two thumbs up for great quality products and customer service!! Thank you American Dismantling for your continued quality work. read more

Go to a regular pick-a-part place that will physically show you the part before you pay for it. These imbeciles think that showing you a picture on a computer screen legit. These guys are a joke and are not physically capable of showing good customer service. If your looking to purchase a door they will give you a price for it but when you get there they try to sell it to you piece by piece and do not guarantee it will be complete after you pay for it and once you physically see the door and it's not complete they will charge you a 20% restocking fee. These people are a joke. read more

I'll put it plain and simple for everyone. These people are scammers and take advantage of women who do t have knowledge on vehicles or parts. Worst business I've ever done. The practically stole $4,000 from me. read more

This place is unprofessional and not worth your time . I called them about a part and even sent them a part number and they said they had it and after I drove a hour to come get it and see the part it's not the part I'm looking for at all . Even though I sent them picture of part and part number . The part they showed me there even had a part number on it which didn't match the one I gave them . All they had to do was look and make sure the part number matched and the pictures matched instead of wasting my time and gas . DONT GO HERE FOR YOUR PARTS!!!!! Don't make the same mistake I did . Go some place with little more professionalism in there work and actually knows how to do the basic things like match a part number or photo given them of part they have at there junkyard . You know the basics ! read more

Some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They are very rude, and unhelpful. I called in for a part and right off the back the employee cut me off before I can finish and told me "no, we don't have it " and then hung up. I went here years ago to buy a seat for my GMC stake bed . I paid $100 for a cloth driver seat which was still very good. Just a bit dirty. They pulled out the seat from the wrecked truck and gave it to me. I then had it washed and installed in my stakebed truck. It's been a few years and the seat is still good . Plus it's Soo comfortable. I'm going back later to get another seat for my passenger side. Highly recommend this place. read more

These guys are great. Low prices and large selection of parts. I deal with Cruz he is very professional.

Terrible customer service. Asked for a simple picture of a part as I live two hours away (part was listed as undamaged, just wanted confirmation) and was told they "don't waste their time on a $350 part." Have called other dismantling yards and they gladly did it for me for parts half the price. read more

I'm pleased that they had the part in the color that we needed. Customer service was as expected for a place like this. We waited an hour for the part, not ideal for our situation. We called hours in advance to verify stock and advised about what time we would arrive as we were driving over three hours. The reason for my rating is how sketchy it felt when trying to pay for the part. We were told the total and pulled out our bank card to pay. They advised they didn't accept card payments. We looked at the gentleman then at the card reader that was in plain sight. He then corrected himself and said they could not accept card payments for purchases over $350 that we would have to pay cash. We advised we didn't have enough cash on us to cover the full cost. He then corrected himself again to advise he could take a partial card payment and the remaining would have to be in cash. The situation could have been specific to the employee. Either way I got the part I needed and paid a decent amount for it. Whatever sketchy nonsense they've got going on is their business. Just bring cash when you go and you won't have the same issue we did. read more

I Checked car-part.com to see if they had a part- Air filter box for 1999 7.3 diesel f250. It said American auto dismantling had 2. It also showed a picture of a truck for one. I drove 30 miles there on sat 8-20-16. I was there at 12:45pm. I had a printed out picture of the part i needed. I had a printout from car-part.com showing the stock numbers. The guy working there really didn't want to look at either. He sent someone to get the part and they brought out the incorrect part. I told him I wanted one listed on car-part.com. He said those ones already sold. Apparently they do not update their inventory list online. The employee was not apologetic or very helpful. read more
