Went through Peddle and arranged to have my car towed. This was their go-to partner. Easy enough. Day came, I was sent reminder text. Cool. Was told by an employee over the phone that I didn't need to be present for pickup however I took the day off to be there just in case. Time came, I got a notice that I needed to reschedule. What?! Called to reschedule and to see what happened. Manager or whoever on the phone was a real piece of work. Nonetheless, scheduled for the next day. Next day came, received a reminder text again. Called Peddle customer service and found these guys lied and said their driver came out-they didn't, I was at home all day answering every unknown number while waiting. Unprofessional Business With No Concept of Customer Service I asked these people by email how much I could get for my truck. A guy named Anthony Gomez (guy in the picture with the Burger King kids hat) said they would offer $700. Because it's normal to negotiate, I asked if it's possible to get $800. I was prepared to take anything between $700 and $800. Anthony replied with "will pass." He had also spent some time trying on different Snapchat "costumes" or whatever they're called for his business email profile picture. Called their automated number to get walked through the processes of trying to sell/get rid of a used car we purchased from someone unreliable. I have no experience with cars and the person who answered was extremely rude, patronizing and did his very best to make me feel like an idiot from the get go. Some questions he asked didn't even have to do with the car and that alone made me hang up (I.e. "you really paid $3000 for that?") I'm a person who gives more than enough chances with customer service because I know how tough it can be, but there is absolutely no reason for him to have been that rude to someone who had a single question. Not everyone is an expert with vehicles and I thought a business like this should know that. I'm not sure if the automated call center belonged to ipull-upull but they need to take a good look into who is driving away potential customers. EDIT: Their staff was able to elaborate my question but that was not my main complaint. He let me know that portion and I understood. I let the associate know I understood as well then he proceeded to ask me more questions to lead me to believe it might be possible in a round about way. Once I let him know how much I paid (after he asked) he scoffed at me which was my final straw. Nicest salvage yard in the area! It's it blows doors off LKQ. It's organized & clean (for a yard). It's under new ownership & it shows. It's like night & day. I've been to 3 LKQ's & by far this is this nicest. Their prices are reasonable & the staff are genuinely friendly & helpful. The yard is organized with proper labeling & spacing between each car allowing one to locate vehicles easily & access each car! (Doors opening completely on each side! which was not the case at a few LKQ's!) Additionally, ALL the wheel barrows & dollies are in tip top working order. These are all rather clean! nothing bent, tires are inflated! which is terribly important as the flooring is completely laid out properly with large white gravel. There are no dangerous slick spots nor uneven pavement like other yards. They actually offer Orange Goop to clean your hands! My only complaint is that they do not post pics of the vehicles yet. If they did I'd be giving them 5 stars. read more

They try very hard not to honor their posted discounts and prices. Sales rep. was just rude and inappropriate when asked to double check the senior citizens age. Despite the fact the age of 55 is clearly mark on their advertisement all over their property. He refused to honor it. When I tried to show him an image of my phone of their sign showing their own advertisement, he refused to look at it and took the part away from me. I asked to speak to the manager and both employee at the counter acted like idiots and ignored me. I asked a third time with a raised voice and reluctantly they contacted the manager. Manager was a little disrespectful and was not taking me seriously and was laughing. At the end, the sales rep continue to discuss the issue with the manager who told him to honor the posted prices. So now it's almost five years since my first review. What a change. It doesn't look like a dime has been spent on upkeep or upgrades of customer facing areas. Parts outside of vehicles everywhere. Some vehicles have been removed but still listed on website leading to lots of needless walking and searching. Tried the direct messaging (texting) service they rolled out about a year ago, took 23 hours for a response. Website price and vehicle charts only really works in landscape mode. Prices charged at checkout never match online price list. Not once in my 20+ visits have prices matched. But usually to the advantage of the customer. Usually. Attitude of the employees is still far and away much more positive than LKQ, their big competitor. They don't seem to nickel and dime like LKQ, but they still charge hidden "environmental" (?) and core charges. Ending on a positive note: the Parts Warranty here is free, unlike LKQ and and they have rotating weekly specials on part groups i.e. starters and alternators, radios and speakers, etc. read more
