That made a big difference. I scheduled a pickup date and time, and they were on time and reliable. They stayed in communication with me throughout the entire process and even sent text updates, which I really appreciated. At one point, I couldn't find the pink slip, and they patiently walked me through what I needed to do. Luckily, after searching, I found it. They came, picked up the car, and wrote a check for the exact amount we agreed on. I understand every car is different and pricing will vary, but overall, as a first-time experience selling a vehicle this way, they made the process easy and stress-free. After a week, I noticed a consistent clunking noise, so I brought the car back in. I was told it could be the exhaust, but that doesn't add up the exhaust was already on the car before the springs were installed, and there was never any noise until after the suspension work. I was then told to come back when the suspension tech was in. I returned again yesterday, and now I'm being told no one can figure out where the noise is coming from and that it is normal but yet it's coming from one side of the car if it was wouldn't it be all the sides making that noise This is a brand new car, and it didn't have any issues before the springs were installed, so clearly something isn't right. I'd really appreciate it if this could be properly diagnosed and resolved. I'm not trying to point fingers, but I just want the issue fixed or my refund so i can use that money to have a mechanic fix it .

Shelves were well stocked and quite organized. It was my first time here, but my Mom has been here in the past. Luckily, the power steering fluids were on the left wall near the front entrance. We were looking for the Master Pro brand, but they didn't carry it. The nice lady staff helped us with finding another brand called Shop Pro. It is Honda compatible so we bought it. Its price for a 12 oz bottle is the same as the Master Pro brand. It worked for us. They weren't super busy at the time. We paid for the bottle swiftly.
