I have not used the business, but I'm telling you how crazy this is where I got a quick reply when I placed a request for a job from a person on the yelp. He was attentive to ask a lot of questions and then said he would get a quote for me the next morning. The next morning came I never got quote, and so I called the company itself. And can you believe when I called the company the person who answered the phone literally said they "have no idea what yelp is!!!" and I said "your business is on yelp and you don't know what yelp is!?" and he said "nope. better you come down here." it was so unbelievable that I drove my butt down there just to get the quote and the person in the front was so not friendly at all and had someone quote my car for a ridiculous price and i would leave my car there for four days on a simple scratch? I will never use this business based on just the business tactics from the beginning without the proper follow through as promised and all the way towards the end. I still don't know how he could say so adamantly and rudely on the phone "I don't know what yelp is" well, I don't know how you even got rated so many stars. I don't even want to put a one. But I'll do it because at least someone didn't reply me very fast when I put out the job request. read more

Well the guy in the back was cool he helped me I have to balance my wheels and I just bought a set of 24 inch wheels maybe like a month before but I had to get them rebalanced and the guy scratched the s*** out of my rim on the inside removing the weights and he left all the glue residue I just noticed it about a week after and it's terrible because I don't have money like that to spend on things and I splurged finally on some Wheels I've never even bought Wheels as big just to take it there so it can get scratched really bad so if you have a nice things maybe take them somewhere to take care of them read more

Horrible customer service, they act like they are doing you a favor and you're wasting their time. They answered the phone and I was very courteous by asking how his day was going and he responded by saying "extremely busy, what do you want" with a stank attitude. I decided to let that one slide and informed him that I had submitted a quote via Yelp, he actelike he had no idea what I was talking about...but Yelp stated they had received my quote and we're working on it and then he proceeded to say to me "just tell me what you want'". This morning I found out I had a nail embedded into my tire. I didn't think I'd have the manpower to fill the hole on my own, so I was looking around Yelp for a quick tire repair location. Stumbled upon Wheels N Motion and decided to swing by. They have a check-in offer for $15 on any tire repairs and the reviews have been positive. I arrived and told one of the workers my situation, he told me to give him my keys and he'll take care of it while I waited inside. It took less than 10 mins and it was done. I hit something on the freeway last night which ripped my front tire. I was worried this morning that I wouldn't be able to get it fixed right away but I was going through Yelp and found Wheels N Motion through Projects. They responded quickly as soon as their shop opened. I like the way they responded, they also gave me all the cost first before asking to confirm which I appreciated especially since this was unexpected. When I got there, they asked me to wait inside. They gave consistent updates and told me about how my other tires were. They even fixed the small hole on my rear tire. Overall, service was great!
