This is after a previous nightmare the previous nite with Hertz at LAX, but that's a different story. Anyway I take an Uber there and this woman Anicia is at the desk and I walk in and tell her who I am and that I'm the one that just called for a reservation. I'm trying to have a conversation with this girl and the phone is ringing off the hook, like 30 rings, so she just talks over it and I ask her " is someone gonna answer the phone?" she starts giving me, the customer attitude instead of putting them on hold she yells " SIR, IM WAITING ON YOU NOW !" What a little bitch! So she goes " well you'll just have to wait for a car to come in !" I told her that's why I called over cause you said you had a car available. She ignores me and walks off and helps about four other customers then she comes in after about 30 minutes and says " well the car I was gonna give you needs an oil change so I guess you're just gonna have to go somewhere else." Completely out of spite because I dared challenge her. Not only am I not gonna deal with Enterprise anymore I'll be speaking to her boss about her shitty attitude. What a nasty little woman.

Recently I've probably rented once a month over the last 6 months & every rental is either a week long or 2 week long rental. We just moved to Chino so this my first time at this location. Check-in was annoying because I had to convince the gentleman that MY CARD was a credit card. After explaining that I have rented multiple times prior & this is the same card I use every time , he simply was convinced my card would not work because "I've never seen this card before." After going back & forth w him for about 10 minutes, I was finally able to rent a car & yes my card went thru lmao. The reason for the bad review is because this location STOLE MY PROPERTY. I live 5 minutes away from this location & had to do a verification of address when I rented the unit. So they are aware I am a chino resident. I left a $60 chair from Sam's Club in the trunk along with a $40 bleacher chair in the trunk. 100% my fault, understood. I call Tuesday morning to ask if my belongings were there, after describing the items multiple times, the gentleman on the phone tells me he has it & to come anytime before 6pm. I get there, they don't have either. I ask them if they check all the cars after every rental - his answer was yes. I informed him that I forgot the chairs in the back because his associate asked me to come & close out the reservation. After that, I completely forgot & left without my items. So I know for a fact that this is the last place I had them. I hate to accuse anyone of theft but they stole my stuff. $400 rental turned to a $500 rental. SMFH I'll never rent here again & I recommend yall check out Norco or Eastvale Enterprise. They are kind, GREET YOU WHEN YOU WALK IN (also something Chino DOES NOT do) , & if I've ever left anything behind, I was ALWAYS notified. Very disappointed. Then he said oh I have this car that just came in and tells me there's only a quarter tank of gas and not clean and to go to the car wash to wash the car. This is the 2nd time I picked up a car that wasn't clean and they asked me to take it to the car wash. I get in the car and the tire pressure light is on. I drive to the front to show "Rambo" and he said it's fine, just take it to the tire shop. I told him you want me to do all these things that's supposed to be your job to do and drive with a car that's unsafe?! And he then ignores me talks to someone else and then tells me to go to Ontario airport to switch the cars. I asked him why didn't you give me a notice the day before why were you going to call me 15 mins before my reservation time to say there's no car available. He couldn't give a good explanation. I get to Ontario airport budget and they said they are sold out as well and only had electric cars available. This location caused a lot of inconvenience and doesn't do what they're supposed to do. Because this is a private owned, budget corporate can't do anything about this location. When I dropped off the rental they told another customer the car isn't cleaned and they would need to take it to a car wash. They don't care how they can inconvenience you and placing you in an unsafe car. Never renting from here again.

I made my reservation in advance specifically to secure that type of vehicle, only to find out later that it wasn't available. What's frustrating is that if the vehicle isn't in inventory, it shouldn't be available to reserve online in the first place. Customers shouldn't have to waste their time planning around a reservation that cannot be honored. To make matters worse, I was transferred to another location and felt like my concerns were brushed off rather than addressed. The lack of communication and accountability made the entire experience extremely disappointing. If you're reserving a specific vehicle class, I would strongly recommend calling ahead and confirming they actually have it before relying on your online reservation.

We've rented 2 vehicles within a month for local road trip purposes. Both cars were very clean, serviced up to date, had gas and ran smoothly. No problems whatsoever. We rented a Toyota Sienna 7 passenger mini van that had plenty of space and was honestly one of my favorite rentals, super good on gas! Next, was a smaller mid-size Mazda 4 cylinder. Amazing on gas of course & really easy to drive. Lee is so quick to respond and is an excellent communicator. He has a great feel for making sure his clients are taken care of. He goes above and beyond to make sure your rental experience with him runs as smooth as possible. He is such a nice guy and really makes it a point to help you especially if you're in a bind for a rental. Lee even offered pick up/drop off services. AND he gave me a free apple car charger for the road. Seriously just the best. They accept all forms of payment. Credit card, Debit Card, Cash, Zelle. There is no credit check. There is a $500 deposit that will be returned to you once the rental is returned. THEY ARE OPEN 24 HOURS but the lot is locked so you will need to call before hand to meet Lee or another employee at the lot. It isn't your typical Car rental place that you can just enter during business hours. Think of this as a private car rental agency exclusive to those who "know" lol. It really is a great business. If I had to compare, it works the same as a TURO rental but obviously better. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend renting from here. An option to choose from if you don't have a credit card.
