I'm absolutely traumatized at the experience I've had at this location. I called enterprise at the phone number listed for the Glendora location and was told they had 4 mid size vehicles available for rent at that location, I booked my reservation and arrived to the location less than 20 mins later. The man at the front told me they had nothing available even though I saw 2 of the cars I reserved. He told me I could upgrade and pay almost 200 more for a luxury car or get put in a small economy car that wouldn't fit the kids in the back seat. Would I said I didn't understand how I was told 4 cars were available yet now there in none in a span of 20 mins he's told me "well that's what you get for booking before we close" like I'm being reprimanded for booking last minute? I called customer service and they said they will contact the manager of that location to accommodate me and give me a car priced at what I reserved. The situation further escalated and this man kept walking in our faces saying leave I'm going to call the police and shouldered my 65 year old mother telling us to get out since the other employee said I need to leave I have plans, but says after us being threatened with the police "well I'm staying for the fireworks". Like this was some type of entertainment for him.. The police were involved and my mother is pressing charges for his shouldering her. It is disgraceful this business operates the way they do and this person thinks they can treat customers this way. When the police arrived the man claimed he was the manager. I cannot fathom how this person treats their customers this way and I'm heavily considering legal actions. This man had no right to treat us that way or tell me they won't take my reservation when there was 2 of the exact car I asked for sitting right there and then threatening us with the police, we didn't violate any laws but now we're criminalized?! They lie to you, rent out vehicles that have problems, not return your emails or calls, waste your time when ur pickup is at 2pm they dont pick u up until after 4, I missed 2 appointments and spent another hour inside with some employee trying to catch an attitude with me, and they'll rip you off hard like the Mgr Dylan did to me and then stopped all communication when I told him that he charged me way more than I owed and I want.my deposit back. I initiated a reservation over the phone. Unfortunately the numbers to any Enterprise on Yelp redirect to the reservation center and not the actual location you are calling. This created a disappointing overall experience, to say the least. The phone associates do NOT have access to the actual inventory at a location. For me, this meant nothing in the realm of what I wanted to reserve. I Ubered here (waste of time) based on the belief that there was a vehicle close to the type I was requesting. I arrived to find out there was one singular vehicle, a VW SUV. This is far bigger than I am comfortable driving and also more expensive than what I was budgeting for. They called to transfer the reservation to another location but I'd still have to order another Uber even further out. I would've saved myself the hassle of leaving without a rental (and money on Uber) if I was actually able to speak directly with someone that works in the actual store front. The one positive thing to say is that the female associate that was trying to help me out was very professional and positive. But still the whole thing was a big waste of time and money. Also I was involved in an avcident where an old lady hit me and then an enterprise car, I didn't even exchange details with the girl on the enterprise car, the old lady paid for my damages, police was not called. After more than a year Enterprise is charging me! for the damages caused by the old lady to their vehicle. I was never inquired by the company, just received a bill to pay by mail LOL. read more

My car was hit by a driver that ran a red light. Our insurance covers a rental. This location reached out to us even though there was another assigned to us. Shortly after they had a driver picking me up to bring me to get my rental. The process was fast, easy and straight forward. I would recommend before you come to confirm if your Indira covers rentals. Second before you take your Rea tal make sure you take a picture of how much gas has. If you don't return it with the amount it was given to you you will get charged their posted price. Before you leave you must inspect the vehicle and take pictures of anything bumps, scratches and dents. You don't not want to be help responsible for any damages that you did not cause. When you return your vehicle return your vehicle in the conditions that it was given to you. The gas should be no less or they will charge you. Make sure the car isn't filthy. My return was even faster than my pick up. I was told what my charges were and I left. Andrew was the gentleman that asistes me and he was great. read more

This location is absolutely terrible. Two of the rudest employees were working today, Eric and Dion. Neither of them seemed to know what was going on. Phones were ringing off the hook. People had reservations and they didn't know what was going on. I was assigned this location from my car insurance company while my vehicle was being repaired. I had called four days ahead of time and made a reservation. When I showed up, they had all my information from the insurance and claim number, but said I didn't have a reservation. They told me it would take 20 minutes to clean one of the vehicles, if it was available. I waited 20 minutes and started asking how much longer. They were completely rude and said it's what we told you. I then asked a different employee and he got in my face and was telling me to pay attention. And that it wasn't going to be any sooner than the amount of time they told me. All I was asking for was an updated estimate as my son was going to be late for work and I was going to be late for an appointment. Unfortunately, I had to have an Uber come and take my son to work because they were so slow and inefficient. I proceeded to ask again what the status was and was told that they were not going to do business with me and to leave. The two employees that were working at the Glendora location were again named Eric and Dion. I do not know if they are misogynists or just don't like white women. I felt like I was belittled and completely lied to. Avoid this business at all costs. They are rude and it will be a complete waste of your time. read more

Had a fantastic experience with Eric at the Glendora location. No hassle renewal. Pre-filled out forms. Fast, courteous and professional. I went through an insurance claim it; it was a simple procedure--thought it would take an hour, but I was in and out in about 20 minutes. I rented a minivan, Chrysler Pacific...it was awesome, spacious and actual fast. If you have never rented a minivan do so...I loved the captains chairs. read more

Just absolutely an incompetent location. Haimen is the manager for this location and just has no idea what he's doing. First rental back in August with this location was an absolute disaster. Booked a rental months in advanced but was unable to give us the vehicle we needed, gave us a quarter tank of gas and a extremely unclean and dirty and smelly Transit. There were stains on EVERY seat and it smelled disgusting. That was my vehicle for my bachelor week. Second rental attempt, i called in for a vehicle under a claim number through insurance and was unable to gelp me and told me my agent has to be the one to book my reservation. Completely false. Called another branch in Covina and helled me immediately no problems whatsoever. This location is just absolutely incompetent. Three days before we're scheduled to leave they let us know our reservation is canceled as they need all the vans for a "corporate event". Good to know customers come first! I booked a standard SUV this morning, pick up time is 5 pm, which is also the returning time for my previous rental sedan. So at 5 pm, I returned the sedan, and waiting for my new rental, a standard SUV. After 10 minutes, the manager brought me to a RAV4, and said "Here is your car". I have rented multiple times from this location, and I know RAV is just an intermediate SUV. After I pointed that out, the manager said this was the biggest SUV they had now, and willing to give me a lower price. Feels like she tried to cheat me at first. But this car didn't fit my travel plan, so I insisted for a standard SUV. Then the manager said she tried to call all the offices nearby today, and there was no standard SUV available. If I don't like the car, I don't need to take it. Then I said if you don't have the car, you should at least give me a call so I can rent a car from other rental car company. The manager said she's so sorry that they were too busy today to give me a call. How ridiculous. I asked how to solve this problem since I did need a standard SUV, she said there was nothing she can do. Then I kept asking her why she couldn't give me a call to let me know before I came, she just blah blah blah and finally asked me to leave! I had to walk 20 minutes in a hot summer day to home, since I already returned my previous car, and didn't get my new rental. I usually only rent cars from this enterprise because it's only 1 mile from my home, now I have to think otherwise. The service there is really terrible. I reserved a economy car via the online app for the same day, and went in to pick it up about 4 hours later. I was given a silver 2019 Mitsubishi Mirage. I needed the car for 7 days total and paid a good price. They did charge a $200 deposit in addition to the price of the rental for the entire 7 days upfront. Upon returning the car with a full tank and clean, they refunded my deposit which showed up 2 days later. I was very satisfied with their customer service. There was only one thing I was concerned about with the car. The engine sounded very loud, it had only 8400 miles on it. There was a dashboard icon of a wrench showing which was unusual. I was worried that there was something wrong with the car. I called the next morning and expressed my concern. They checked the maintenance schedule and said it wasn't due until 14k miles. Since I required this extra service I stopped by and inquired how to set this up during covid. Dalen Jones was very helpful and gave me instructions to let them know one day in advance. Steven Castillo picked me up, checked me in, and then proceeded to go over procedures for operating the vehicle. I was so pleased that he took the time to do that because I had never driven an SUV before. My experience renting from this location was great. I had written out a bad review then when I was driven home from here my rating of this place changed. I was taken home by this 62 year old retired man who was so pleasant and made the experience so much better. I did have some hiccups in the early stages of renting with enterprise, but I had a better than expected rental for 29 days and ultimately I think the good outweighs the bad. I think as consumers we expect perfection but we forget we're all human and Sometimes our idea of perfect service is harder to attain with son many external factors affecting it. read more

The manager Matty was completely unprofessional and he had no clue what the true meaning of customer service meant but after I escalated my issues to his Area Supervisor our issues were handled. I am disappointed that the manager was capable of getting away with the behavior that he did towards the customers for so long but I am happy that it was finally addressed. Due to the fact that our issues were handled and as long as Matty is no longer at this branch, I will consider renting from here again. If you are looking for a car to rent for the weekend, this location offers the best deal. My boyfriend and I went to the Scottish Highland Games in Ventura so we picked up a car for the weekend. However, we got a car that had some issues. Not only did it smell like rotten milk inside, it was missing a gas cap, which caused the "check engine"light come on. Unfortunately, when we went to pick up the car there was quite a line so whenever a car came in, they gave us what was available. I know they perform their inspection before and after, but if they took a closer look, especially in gas tank, they would have seen the plastic bag that was stuffed in the tank. Yes, whoever rented the car before us, didn't bother to tell them the gas cap was gone. When I returned the car, I told the reps that this car needed some serious detailing and the matter of the gas tank. When I showed the guy who inspected the care the plastic back, his jaw just dropped. He went back into the office and told a co-worker and their were just as shocked. After realizing the fact that if the gas tank caught fire, they actually didn't charge us for one days rental. Although they should have refunded us the entire two days rental, I was happy that we got some money off. I really have never had a problem with this place, but I am definitely going to be more vigilant in checking everything on the car before renting it. read more
