So I just got my dream car a few months ago, after working and saving for years, and it's been the time of my life. Then yesterday, the worst thing happened - while swerving on a joyride around the potholed streets of LA, a minor sideswipe left my baby with a nasty two foot long scrape all along the front right-side panel. My worst nightmare, seriously - the most severe cosmetic damage I've ever gotten myself into, probably, in all my 15+ years of driving. Upset with myself, and resigned to the fact that I had just ruined the perfect lines of my precious whip, I came in to this shop on a whim to get a quote for a touch-up or possible repaint, just praying that it wouldn't cost me an arm and a leg. But lo and behold - after a quick inspection and some magic, Junior had me all sorted and out the door in less than an hour. There's barely any sign of damage and my car is looking brand new again! There are many auto body shops in the Industry / La Puente area, but I highly recommend Pristine Image. They are relatively new, but it's obvious by the skill of their labor that they know what they're doing - zero bullshit, just quality workmanship. I was looking for a body shop to repair the cracked front lip on my Lexus. I communicated via Yelp with Jr. who was very helpful and understanding of my busy schedule. I brought my car in on a Friday and left it for a week. The project ended up being larger than expected but Jr. worked with me and maintained professional through it all. When I picked up my car, I thought it was a new car to be honest! Not only was the cracked lip repaired, but the bumper was repainted and headlights restored. This is the only bad review I have ever given. Jr stole 255 dollars he was supposed to pay smart start for me. He said my card declined 2 weeks ago I told him I payed him cash, he insisted my card declined. I called the bank there was no decline of that amount. Terrible company to do business with. 1st I gotta start off with sound quality was met. For some time now I've been wanting to get a complete surround sound upgrade from my factory speakers that came with my Acura TL 04 which have been gone for some time. Staff are very welcoming knowledgeable and professional when it comes to getting the job done after getting feedback with your goals. The fact that they allow 3 months no credit check or 6 month with credit check helps out a lot to get the sound you want today and make them payments with no rush. O M G one of a kind Shop the paint job I got was great and the the price was over $1000 bucks cheaper the other shops .....but the job was for sure better then the all the other places I looked at u can really feels the paint it's smooth and bright shiny and they gave me a 10 Years yes 10 Years warranty on there work they also did so extra body work for free I tell you right know for $1,800 bucks it was worth every penny and I saved 1/2 the amount compared to other estimates. Lol the reason for these one star reviews are ridiculous... Anyway, This is the second time I've brought my 2008 Nissan Altima here for damages. Both times I was extremely satisfied with the work, I wanted to write a review & hopefully let others know this is a great spot for auto body repair. Smashed headlight, bent bumper, caved in fendor.. OKAY SO WHAT KIND OF COMPANY HAD THEIR OWN EMPLOYEE aka "Tony o" write a review acting like a customer I'll tell you why because this place sucks monkey balls! 1. They fixed my totaled car but it ended up having overheating problems like how?!?! And 2. how is it I fucken ask for limo tint on my Honda Civic coupe and they didn't put it!!! Like wtf I honestly didn't realize it until after my GUY friend told me about it a year later dumbass on my part I know but still that's shady af! PLUS I remember it having bubbles too when I first got it Not to mention after 3 years of having the tint the film on my passenger window is coming off somehow?!?
