Not to mention that I was also receiving calls from other similar companies warning me about this "Company". I just went ahead with them because they were "Cheaper". I have already paid a total of $1,100 with this program, I am trying to comprehend on how I am saving money but I am not. I am spending the exact amount I would've paid if I did this on my own. They contacted me, which should have been my first clue that they were a scam. I fell for it because I had never had my physical driver's licence taken and not returned. I thought that is what they would help me with. The sheriff's office told me they sounded like they were committing fraud. They then advised me to contact Consumer Affairs for LA County, which I did. Ever since then, I have I have been simply trying to get a refund. I looks like mediation LA CC&BA wont work with them and that I'll have to take them to court.
